I love this purple (yes not blue) fitted, structured dress. It's very fitted in the waist but not as much in the hips. However thanks to the reviews from others I sized up and I'm glad I did! This dress has no stretch. I am most often a 0 but the 2 fit perfectly. Wish I could buy but the price is high for a used garment. Def rent this one!! 

Great work dress, not too log for petites. It ran a tiny bit smaller in the chest area but overall true to size. The color is electric-ish blue but in a pleasant way. Would rent again. 

Nicely tailored, quality material. Work-appropriate length on my 5'7 frame. It fit me like a glove but there wasn't much wiggle room. The puffy sleeves give the otherwise simple dress some fun flair. 

Beautiful color. Modest, form fitting. Great for a curvy figure but if you sit down be prepared to be an encased sausage 

Loved the cut and neckline on this Millie dress! Wore it twice to work, and received tons of compliments! It does run a little small, so I might try an 8 if I rent again. 

loved the way it looked including neckline and length. Didn't wear because it was tight in the chest and rib cage and I knew I'd be uncomfortable at work all day. Ordered next size up. Will review again when I wear 

I wore this to work and out for drinks after. 

I'm usually a 2 or a 4 depending on the dress, and after reading reviews, I went with a 4. I was worried it would still be tight in the hips (I'm curvy), so I was pleasantly surprised that the only place it was slightly snug was the waist and otherwise the fit was good. There's no "stretch," but I think it loosened a bit over the day. 

I wore this dress for a huge presentation and received SO MANY compliments. It was a little tight in all the right spots. The length was perfect for work. The neckline was beautiful. I will 100% rent this again.

I rented this for an outdoor wedding. Wow, the color was perfect. It's not a bright blue. It's a purplish blue color. I did size up since the reviews said it was small, I'm glad I did. The waist was the smallest part of the dress. You may size up 2 size if you want a looser fit.
I received many compliments on the color of the dress. My husband said it was stunning classic dress. 

Great color. Sleeves that are a little fun while still leaving an overall professional look (with tights, likely a little too short for me without them). 

Based on the reviews, I sized up to a 12 from my usual 8-10. The 12 is a little big on me in the shoulders and chest, though I think there's some chance the 10 would be too small in the hips. Would probably rent the 12 again if I was bloated or the 10 if I was having a skinny day.

Beautiful fabric and cute puffy sleeve. It was just a little too short and a little too tight the work event. It works great on a shorty, I’m 5’1’’ and it would be great for a date night in the fall. 

Usually wear a size 12 but reviews said it ran small so I sized up to a 14. Couldn't even zip it. It was also comically short and I'm only 5'6". Beautiful color though!

Great dress, felt confident. Form fitting. On the smaller size so it's recommended to size up!

The color, perfect fit even for curves, shoulder detail didn't make my broad shoulders look broad at all.

This was a little shorter and shinier than I expected to wear to work, but not inappropriate. It's lightweight and easy to wear. I wore with a jacket during the workday.

I sized up and wished is sized two up! Torso is SUPER fitted. I am reliably a 2 in Trina, Vince, Ted Baker, DVF, and sometime less. I got a 4 in this to be safe and it was wearable but still ultra fitted through back and torso. Really a shame because it's a gorgeous dress fabric, shape and color.

I should have read the review more - took it out to wear to work and was surprised at how small it was! Didn't even attempt to squeeze into it. Lovely color, great material and shape, but fit is very small.

tight around the midsection but looked really nice otherwise.

Very very slim through the torso even ordering larger than usual size.  Had to return. 

I got a 12 which was my normal size.  The dress was cute, but unfortunately I was unable to wear it as it would ot zip up over my chest. I recommend sizing up if you are bigger on top.
