Wore this to an awards show, and I received tons of compliments. The color was gorgeous and stood out among a sea of black and blue 

Wore in Vegas to a work dinner, then work to my daughters Kindergarten graduation a few days later

This dress had me searching for more Milly. Fun color, cute tie at the shoulder , loved the cut.

The body fit well but the top was too large, so I wore a push-up bra and then layered a colored shirt under. The shirt under made it more work appropriate for me. 
The shoulder bow is actually a full shoulder tie. So functional, not just decorative. 
Great color, but would have washed me out had I not worn something under it. Lots of compliments on the color - easy to find in a crowd :) 

I was concerned this was going to be yellowish but it’s really a perfect almost-neon green. It was exactly the type of statement  dress I wanted for a recent work dinner and was refreshing to change silhouettes (and color!) from a standard shift. Don’t over-accessorize - the dress is all the ka-pow you need. You’ll feel like a sexy, elegant 80s boss bitch via color instead of shoulder pads :) Rent it now! 

My work hosted a neon night and this dress was perfection. The length keeps it classy, the fit and material keep it comfy with a little structure, the shoulder tie keeps it interesting. I’m already trying to figure out what else I need this dress for. 

I am very disappointed with sheath sizing. Maybe RTR designers are made for taller girls but it is so frustrating that every time I order a size 8, the style doesn’t fit on the hips! I am smaller on top so that was bigger and the bottom was just too tight around the hips. I may re order in a larger size because the color is great and the material is nice. I didn’t wear and had to send it back.

This dress is true to size and really hugs your body. The length of the style was perfect for my work event, but with a hint of fun with the work appropriate slit and tie strap. You can even wear a regular bra with it!

Would stay with a 12R if you’re in between sizes and I would suggest sizing up a size - 5 stars!

Gorgeous color and material. Looked great, but I needed a size up with my curves. Loved the tie shoulder and the dress was perfect for a work to date night outfit. I'm a 4 top, 6 bottom and I needed to go up to the 8. 

Rented this for a nonprofit gala. It was a standout dress and received a ton of compliments. I'm normally a 4 and the 6 fit perfectly so size appropriately! 

I loved this dress. The color was so beautiful and I loved the detail on the neckline and in the bodice. 

Body is tight while top was loose even w my Chest size- tank felt loose or maybe my top torso is short? High slit made up for long length 

The color and cut of this dress are fantastic, I felt so comfortable and confident in this dress!! Despite it being skin tight, it fit in all the right places and I got so many compliments. Also! I was able to wear a bra with straps, and the straps stayed put. Love love love, and will definitely rent again. 

This dress definitely pops!  It took me some time to work up the courage to rent it to wear to work, but I am not disappointed. I felt great in it all day and got so many compliments. It definitely drew some attention, but it was worth it. A fun rental for sure! 

Loved the color and the detailing on the shoulder. The length was more conservative than I was expecting. 

The bright color turned this otherwise classy sheath dress into a head-turner. The tie on the right shoulder was another fun detail. The dress was perfect for a summer wedding. I usually wear a size 6 in dresses because of my broad shoulders, but this size 4 left plenty of dancing room. Material does stretch, so size down for a more for-fitting look. 

Wore this for a very important work meeting (virtual) and felt fabulous and confident. The yellow color was perfect the dress was comfortable as well. Must rent !!
