Runs small. Usually wear a 4-6, 8 was perfect! Wore this to my 20 year high school reunion and had so many compliments. 

Gorgeous dress. Loved the fit, the color and the sleeves add interest! Wore it to a rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments. Fit true to size!  

Maybe a little tight for me below the waist which made a pucker at the hem.  But the color is so striking and the bare shoulders makes it fun for evening.  A nice break from the little black dress.  I tried it with champagne metallic sandals and liked them better than black sandals.  The less shoe the better!

This dress was perfect for a spring event when you're ready to wear a fun color, but it's not quite warm enough to go sleeveless. It runs a bit small so definitely size up. My bust is on the smaller side so was a bit loose in that area. The off the shoulder cut and slit in the leg revealed the perfect amount of skin to offset the long sleeve.

This was absolutely beautiful for a wedding. I couldn't live my arms too far and the zipper gets stuck. I wore a size 10. I'm 5'3" 140lbs and needed some really good shapewear. Totally worth it.

It runs a bit loose in the abdomen area but otherwise is a great dress.  Very comfortable and the sleeve detail is so pretty.

Loved this dress but it does need spanx to hold it all in.  The slit on side adds a little sexy!

Tight on my chest.. I'm normally a dress 6 but I think the 8 might have been better. Really gorgeous color and dress. Highly recommend!!! 

This dress was incredible, totally one of kind. Exciting design details, comfortable fabric and amazing color. I was so in love with this dress, I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. LOVE!

Fit -  ran small. The design limits movement of upper arms - so be mindful of that. I wore the size 8 to a Christmas party and loved it. I did need help with my shoes & getting into my vehicle was not fun.  I wore the second size they sent - a 10 - to a different Christmas party and felt much better in it. Dancing was easy and no trouble getting into my vehicle.
Color is fantastic with blonde hair. 

Beautiful dress, fits true to size and not too tight. The color is a little more vibrant in person but in a dark party was perfect for evening too. Many compliments!

Classy, flirty, fun, sophisticated and perfect fit!! Had my eye on this one since trying it on in store a year ago, and finally had the perfect occasion to wear it to. Got so many compliments on this dress, including from strangers! I am obsessed!! A bit limited arm mobility, as always with off the shoulder styles, but didn't bother me. Very comfortable, the big sleeves were so fun but were the perfect length to not get in my way. Color is gorgeous in person- very vibrant but not "too much". Good for skinny/curvy bodies too. Considering purchasing this one!!

I wore this to a cocktail gala in early November.  I had worn the Tomato Red version at a different event and decided to go with the blue version.  As I am 5'2", the one length was a little longer than I would have preferred, but otherwise, a fun dress to wear.

Great thick fabric, fit was great, I'm a small and wore size 4, it wasn't too tigh. didn't need to wear a bra. Looks very fancy, loved the sleeves. 

The dress was very tight , and hard to move around in but it was worth it lol I received tons of compliments and the color is stunning. 

Wore to my cousin's wedding and received a ton of compliments. Between the gorgeous color and fun sleeves, you are sure to stand out! The dress was flattering on someone short and a bit curvy like me. I danced the whole night and was very comfortable. Would 100% rent this again!

I am all belly this pregnancy and had to size up a lot in order to make this dress work. At 29 weeks instead of a 0 or 2 I had to go with an 8. It fit perfectly everywhere. It was snug but not too snug to breathe. I felt great in it all day and would definitely recommend this dress!

I ordered this as a back-up dress, but fell in love when I tried it on!  It fit beautifully and was even flattering around my mid-section, which was a nice surprise.  You can't lift your arms up, which was a bummer when trying to dance, but I knew that limitation going into the night.  I got so many compliments all night, even from the bride!  Highly recommend!

Con: Dress runs small. Be sure to get 1 size up.

This dress, by far, has been my favorite rental ever! Not only did it fit beautifully, but the color was phenomenal. I received so many compliments - and it definitely snugs right in the right places if you're a bit curvy. I wore a strapped bra with it and tan heels. Small accents of color in jewelry and accessories were the perfect final touch!

I wore this for a fundraiser and got several compliments. I originally ordered the red version of this dress but a seam was coming apart on the garment that arrived. RTR quickly shipped this blue dress and the color is fantastic! I had a baby six months ago and am a bit self conscious of my shape so I wore a waist cincher underneath the dress. It runs true to real sizes, not true to American designer sizing. 

This dress was absolutely stunning.  It's a little small in the top (not sure if that's because I have a larger chest), but it fit perfectly.  I was nervous about the off the shoulder, but I never had to adjust once.  Tons of compliments

Wore this to my company's annual Winter Ball. My co-workers were floored and many told me it was the best dress at the party. The color and cut are gorgeous and the material is extremely high quality. It stretched just enough, but keep it's shape. I'd rent this again in a heartbeat!  

This dress fit incredibly well. Stayed on beautifully, and was unbelievably comfortable. This leaves the way they are cut, you can wear them and dine. A huge plus when you want to go to a party and eat as well as drink. Loved it would rent it again. Color is great and I would highly recommend it. Looks better on than the picture I am posting.

I absolutely LOVE this dress! I wore it to my company's national sales meeting in Arizona and it was perfect. The event was a formal awards banquet and I received compliments all night long. The blue is gorgeous, especially with lighter hair. NOTE: this dress runs very small across the rib cage. I am 5'8", athletic, and ~150 pounds. I usually wear a 4/6 in pants but I have broad shoulders and a wider rib cage so my dress size is usually an 8/10. The first time I rented this dress I ordered an 8/10 in rhe red and I could not even zip it, so I reordered the blue and had it shipped to the hotel. I wore a 12 in this dress and I have never worn a size 12 in dresses before. Not to worry though, the 12 was perfect but just FYI! Also, a HUGE shoutout to the RTR team for being so great and helping me!!!! Yall rock! 

It was a bit snug in the arms and need someone to zip it up for you. I had the hotel staff assist me.  But absolutely comfortable. 

Fitted dress so it will show your curves, good or bad. A little challenging to bend over and buckle my shoes. The shoulder fit was good. Stayed in place. I didnt raise my arms though. The bell sleeves were gorgeous. Overall i loved this dress and felt very confident. I also rented the earrings from RTR and they worked out great. Lots of compliments! 

It runs small so I went with the 8, I usually wear a 4-6. It didnt move all night! I didnt even wear a bra. Soooo comfortable and I got tons of compliments. One woman told me her husband said "You gotta look for the blue dress, its awesome!" Lol I cant wait to rent the coral one....

Love the dress! I got so many compliments. The color is very vibrant, feels a little brighter than the picture but it looked so good on! The dress feels like it has a slight cinch at the waist but the dress still fit well after dinner. Definitely won't regret renting!

This dress is incredible. The color is gorgeous and the fit is flawless. I can't tell you how many compliments I received that night- I would absolutely rent this again. You may have T-Rex arms (I wouldn't have been able to raise my arms overhead, but that was fine), totally worth it! I thought I was a size 8 but i was a 10 in this dress. The 10 was snug but the 12 didn't flatter my figure as well. 

Very fitted from chest to hips! The zipper is very poor quality. I ordered both one and two sizes higher than my usual, per the other reviews that said it was very small. Unfortunately the zipper on the larger size was broken and couldn’t be worn. It is a 2 person job to get you zipped up! Once I was in it though, it looked great! I got many compliments all night! I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like tight dresses, or showing off your curves. Otherwise it is a showstopper!

A good move from the typical LBD that I often wear to events.   Fit like a glove but didn't feel too tight moving around.   I received a ton of compliments!

This dress is Carolina Panthers Blue.
It is amazing on, but the sleeves are super tight and Icould not drive with them on.
I couldn't lift my arms in security to be wanded, but that was fine.
Compliments EVERYWHERE.  Milly is my favorite!

This dress fit like a glove and yet I was able to move with ease, standing & sitting, with no problems.  I loved the statement sleeves and the color was stunning! I normally wear a size 10 and thought I had ordered a 10 but received two 12's but one of them had a buckling zipper and when I tried it on the buckling was apparent so I very worried about the second dress but it fit perfect.  I did press over the zipper just in case there was a buckling problem.  I felt very polished and sexy at the same time.  I would love to own this dress!
