The coloring on this dress is gorgeous and it was a wonderful piece to wear for my bridal shower this August. Unfortunately it just ran huge. I am typically an 8 and I thought based on the fit of the model's photo I should go ahead and get my typical size. I got an 8 and a 10. I probably could have worn a 4 without looking too crazy, a 6 would have been the best fit. All in all the dress was still pretty, the fabric flowing nicely, but I was overwhelmed with the excess of material. And it's definitely a dress for warmer climates given how thin the material is. It was everything I wanted - tropical, full length, covered my shoulders (I burn easily!), fun open back - in the wrong size. Size down! 

Very comfortable but the belt is hard to stay tied & doesn't quite stay where you'd like it  to.  I did receive several compliments on the color and flow so all in all a great dress for a tropical night out.  

I loved this dress! I wore it for our school's annual fundraising gala. The theme was Mystical Morocco and it was perfect! The caftan flows beautifully and the lightweight silky fabric hardly felt like I was wearing anything. The best part is it was so comfortable all night, it fell perfectly on my shoulders, the v-neck was flattering but not plunging and you can adjust how snug to wear a belt giving freedom of movement even after a big dinner. The dress is very forgiving. In the photo I am 5' 7", 155, 36B. I am wearing the size 8R with 2 inch heels and the back of the dress fell exactly to the floor without stepping on it. I think the 10 would have been too big. If you are shorter you'll need taller heels or you could cinch your belt tighter and billow the fabric up a bit. It does NOT include the tassel belt on the model!! I ended up using a long gold tassel necklace. I loved the belt loops, the belt wraps around your back (inside the dress, against your skin) and comes out at the loops to tie in front. The arms are similar to butterfly wings. The back of the dress is a gorgeous low open U shape, it hit at my lowest rib. I wore a tan colored tummy/waist tamer that came up to just above my belly button and it didn't show in the back. I wore a tan strapless/backless bra that has sticky tabs on the sides. I got lots of compliments and felt great all evening! This dress would be amazing for any tropical vacation or a cruise. 

Pros: gorgeous lightweight breathable material, perfect for a tropical vacation! Absolutely gorgeous in person and very loose so it hides imperfections 

Cons: 
Totally see thru, couldn't wear a bra with the open back but couldn't go braless either...I opted to wear a strapless bra and put the strap as low as possible on my back. I also had to wear shorts underneath so my underwear weren't visible. Dress would make a great beach coverup. Also, the dress definitely ran very large, I opted to tie the red belt around my waist to give me more shape. I couldn't quite understand how the belt was intended to go since there were only 2 slits, I didn't use the slits for the belt but it looked great anyway 

Super freakin cute! I ordered a few sizes smaller than usual, due to the reviews and it was spot on. Only complaint is that my rental did NOT come with the cute tassel belt :(

This dress fits large due to kaftan design. I am 5'8 but the regular touched the floor just the way I liked it to. I would recommend this dress to anyone wanting effortless beauty and an array of compliments. 

I would recommend sizing 2-3 sizes down, the belt only gathered excess fabric around my waist, which made the kaftan's slimming qualities instantly dissapear. The colors, however, are BEAUTIFUL and I wish it had worked out to wear this to the rehearsal dinner. 

The fit seemed to run large, which might have been fine if the belt that I think was supposed to come with it had been attached.  The fabric is thin like a cover up.  Maybe that's what it's supposed to be?  I don't know, it just didn't look much like the picture and seemed cheap feeling/looking to me.  Maybe it would have been better with the belt.

Pretty...I wish this came in a smaller size, it was way too big. Could not wear the 6.

It does need to be ordered a lake smaller so it doesn't engulf you - the belt helped
