I sized down based on the reviews and think it fit fine. The design is really flattering as it highlights the waist and it's so different. I got a lot of compliments. The color was fun and bright. I wore over black jeans and might recommend wearing flat front pants or skirt instead as the top of my pants created a line that wasn't so smooth (the silk isn't that heavy).  Would definitely wear again but important to know it is BROWN, orange, and a rosy/pinkish red. NOT black and not ruby red.

Fit true to size. Maybe slightly big. But the belt cinched it in. Nice quality and pretty/fun style. 

It was work appropriate and looked great later that night for a holiday party. 

This shirt is awkward all over. It actually looked better, imo, backwards and so that's how I wore it. This could have been a great idea if it had only been engineered more intelligently. The band didn't sit properly and left a gap near the buttons. I wouldn't rent this again but I made due with it for one night.

Colors are orange and unusual dark taupe (not black or even brown) with hot pink tie. I wrapped it twice to close the gap in the back for work and make it more fitted. Styled with white skirt and heels which was perfect. Would look good with pants or animal print too but takes some thought to make it a knockout. 

I liked this top but with the orange in front as pictured I couldn't shake the feeling all day that it was on backwards. I think you can wear it either way but felt a little funny. 

I loved this shirt but it was not as pictured. Fits great.

This is a cool top. It makes me feel like a space geisha. Or a 1960s flight attendant. Or Peg Bundy.

The only thing I should say about this top is to size up if you're pear-shaped. Or you could do what I did and leave the bottom button unbuttoned in the back to avoid keyholing.

Surprisingly, this blouse was not a pain in the ass to button, considering the business takes place in the back.

All in all, this is the first time I've ever felt like I pulled off a style better than the model.

Oh, and the colors were true!

Didn't love it. Wore to work on Halloween. Buttons up back. 

The color pattern is nice and I paired with a pair of black slacks. After trying on the blouse, I realized it was a bit cumbersome with the buttons in back and wrap.  Also, the collar looked and felt uncomfortable. It was too high for me.

Great style, fit and color. Would definitely rent again!

Gives a nice waist appearance without being too tight

This top is unique in the color combination.  It is orange and brown with a hot pink tie.  I receive many compliments.  It buttons up the back to add another whimsical feature.  Rent this top for the office.

waistband tie was a little confusing to figure out, but it is very flattering around the waistline. a very comfortable blouse and very feminine given the amount of fabric. 

A little baggy and fabric wrinkled easily but sash at waist helped with fit.  Trendy piece that was fun to wear to work with jeans.

Nice pink accent with the bow. Great for a party, work or a date. 

The top button had a ding in it and because the ding is white, it's a little distracting. But otherwise, this top is so different and so cool... something I'd love to own if it was affordable. Make sure you put the waistband through the slot and wrap it around. Initially I thought you just tie it and that's so wrong. It's super cool with the orange in front and more traditional with black button down in front.

This top runs large, size down 1-2 sizes.  It is a fun top, and cute with leggings.  For a different look, it can also be worn backwards, with the buttons in the front.

I don't wear much brown, so the fact that the darker color on this is chocolate and not black wasn't great for my wardrobe. Wish I got the cute red pants it's shown with!

A bit on the conservative side, and the bow strap was a bit longer then expected, but the style was very effortlessly chic that it made a great work/day top. Fit was flattering but slightly loose side. Loved the color blocking combo

I actually wore this backwards for the first half of the day before realizing. I kept wondering why the buttons were looking weird across my chest and then I realized LOL. Loved the bright orange and pink combo. The shirt wasn't super flattering. I felt the top part of the orange area was too large.

I rented this to wear to work and Thanksgiving. The colors are great, but not what I expected. Rather than black, orange, and red, the colors turned out to be brown, orange, and pink. Great color combination but I didn't like the black pants I had paired with it. 

The bow is a nice touch, but I couldn't get it to lay flat and the back buttons wouldn't lie flat either - and it wasn't because it was too small a size. I had room. 

So, despite being a really cute, classy, and well-made shirt, I didn't wear this piece at all.
