The dress was great for New Years. However, the underwire poked out of the lining in the size I wanted to wear. It was a little uncomfortable, but manageable to wear for the night.

Stretchy fabric, pretty details and very sexy neckline. You can definitely go a size smaller than normal if you want to show a lot of skin.  I wore a 6 because a 4 wasn't available but it was still perfect for New Year's Eve! 

The dress had a great fit, I took advantage of the timing and wore the size 2 on Thanksgiving with black tights and boots and a cute black sweater for dinner with the family, and then wore the 0 for the wedding. Got compliments at both events. The only issue I had was that the 0 had one of the cup wires sticking out and digging into me. Other than that everything was perfect. The material is good for colder temps, very thick, but very pretty with gold specs that shimmer throughout.  

Fit was true to size, but the top portion is a little looser. It stayed up throughout the night but definitely was not snug. Dress was warm and nice material. Was very short but didn't move upward, so it was fine. Fun for the night out! 

Hugs the body nicely and very flattering on. It  is hard to tell in the picture, but there is gold, sparkly stitching throughout the dress that makes it that much more special. This dress is perfect for a holiday party!

I rented this dress for my girlfriends bachelorette party. The ruched fabric is form fitting and didn't give my narrow waist the best curves, but the neck line was sexy and fun. The boning inside kinda dug at my rib cage on one side which at times was uncomfortable but overall the material is thick and forgiving even after a long night on the town. A normal strapless bra and any kind of underwear would work just fine. I got lots of complements. Wouldn't rent again but glad I got it for this occasion! 

This dress had the perfect gold shimmer that I accentuated with gold and black jewelry.  The sweetheart neckline was very sexy but I did have to pull it up throughout the night.  I am normally a size 6/8 and the 8 was perfect.  I'm glad the 8 fit because I was accidentally sent a size 2 instead of a 6 as my backup!  It was the perfect dress for our night out in Atlantic City and I would definitely recommend!

wore this little number for a weekend in Vegas! I went with the 4 because the 6 was slightly baggy on my waist. I recommend sizing down one as your backup 
pros: this dress has some give and is more gold simmer than the pictured on the model. I did not wear a bra as the boning construction of the dress held everything up and in. 
cons: a little on the short side but hey its Vegas

I wore this dress as part of my Nefertiti Halloween costume, and it was a slam dunk! The fabric is thick and the deep v neckline made it different from the other run-of-the-mill strapless dresses I saw. The ruching laid beautifully over my curves, and the only con was that I had to pull up the top a few times throughout the night. That small detail aside, I would definitely rent this dress gain!

This dress is beautiful! The fabric is really nice and the gold sparkles are much more noticeable in person than in the picture. I wore it to my sorority's semi formal and I got so many compliments! I'm normally a a 4 or 6 but since it was fitted I ordered the 6 and then followed the suggestion of the RTR stylist I spoke with and got an 8 as my backup size. I ended up wearing the 8 because even though I'm only 5'4" my hourglass figure sometimes makes dresses and skirts look too short in the back, so I wore the 8 more for length but then it ended up being a bit big on top. It wasn't too bad and as long as I paid attention I didn't have any wardrobe malfunctions! Overall, even though it wasn't a perfect fit I was very pleased with the dress and had a lot of fun wearing it.

The dress was adorable, but a bit large in the bust. However fit great everywhere else. Great for informal events, but can certainly be dressed up.

I actually received this dress as a back up because my original pick did not work. When I got it, I was very surprised. Pictures don't do it justice but the gold speckles throughout make the dress sparkle. It also is very sturdy, with boning in the top part of the dress. Runs true to size, but a size down would probably work too because the material is stretchy. Great to dress up or down! 

I rented this dress for my sorority's Semi-Formal and it was the perfect fit for the occasion. I normally wear a 6 but I ended up wearing the size 4. It is incredibly flattering and definitely accentuates the best areas of your figure!

The details weren't really visible in the pictures on the website but when I got it I was pleased. Very pretty gold woven into the black. Comfortable, and I was very surprised when it stayed up! I usually have trouble with strapless dresses but this one wasn't annoying and I didn't constantly have to pull up on it. Overall, very good (: I wore this to a dance and I had a great time in it!

The dress fit well; however, I thought the sweetheart neckline was too low for my taste. Loved the material and it had just the right amount of gold for NYE!

I rent this dress for a Christmas party.  Everyone loved it!  It is a thicker material so it was nice to wear it in the winter.  Everyone complimented on the dress.  I got 2 sizes and ended up going with the smaller one since the fabric is very stretchy, and it helped hold it up better.

Rent the Runway made my sorority formal a care-free, fabulous, and stunning affair. I ordered my dress Wednesday, and it was delivered (as promised), a day later. The dress is a little heavy, but it is true to size, and flatters your curves and chest, especially. I got tons of compliments!! I would absolutely rent this one again! Thanks RTR!

I usually wear a 2 or 4 and ordered this dress in both sizes. The 4 was way too loose in the top, so I wore the 2 (even though I preferred the length on the 4). I could have probably gotten away with a 0 since the top of the 2 was also a bit loose. I wore it to a family function with black tights & ankle boots and a long, gray, open cardigan and it looked great.

I wore this dress for New Year's Eve.  The material is much different than I imagined - very sweater-like and flecked with gold pieces.  It pairs well with gold.  The dress was also much lower than I imagined.  You will definitely need Hollywood Fashion cups with the dress.  The bodice is fitted and very flattering.  I am 5'2" and the dress hit me perfectly above the knee.  

I rented this as my backup NYE dress and ended up wearing it to steal the show. It's comfortable even though it's very form fitting. It worked really well with my small bust (and actually made it look like I had something up there). 

In person, the dress looks almost like it's woven with gold...although in some photographs it just looks like a well fitted lbd.

I usually opt for dresses with more color but this was a perfect choice!

This dress surprised me with how gold it is in person, but it was a good surprise...it would be a perfect dress for New Years. The ruching on the sides are extreme flattering, along with the sweetheart neckline.

Fun dress that fits great! I loved the sweetheart neckline!
