Loved the dress. It ran a little small and I ended up wearing a size 6 rather than my usual size 4. I received a lot of compliments.

Runs small so size up IMO. Back zip and a seen in velvet belt at the waist 

Very elegant dress with exquisite lacework. Some of the flowers are sequin, but the overall appearance is very classy. It was a bit tight on me and would not have been the most comfortable dress to dance in. 

My usual size is 0-2. This sz 2R fit like a glove. I am 5' and 116 lbs.

Really pretty, but the sewn in ribbon/belt made it impossible to zip. There would have been enough give in the waist if not for the tie being sewn right at the seam. I ordered two other size 8 dresses from Marchessa Notte and they fit perfectly but this one just wouldn’t zip. Not a big fan of the ribbon in general honestly, it just kind of hangs in front. 

This dress was beautiful and the details were very unique. I was disappointed it ran so small. It was quite close to zipping however, I don’t know if I could’ve sat down once it was zipped! Would definitely order another time in a bigger size. 

Fit perfectly! Boning in bodice gave it structure so I didn’t need a bra and wasn’t worried about it slipping down. Skirt is fitting and very flattering. A bit tight so tricky on stairs! 

Wore this dress to a formal summer Friday evening wedding. Pretty comfortable for being so formal. This is a beautiful dress. I felt stunning in this dress and received a lot of compliments on it! I’m sad to send it back! I feel like this dress would like better on someone taller than myself or word have looked better if I wore heals but I can’t do heals so that was my bad! Highly recommend!

Wear this if you want to get a TON of compliments. Truly have never felt better in a dress. I will say it is a little bit hard to sit down in and the dress I got, the zipper didn’t go down all the way so putting it on did require help lol. But overall if you’re looking to WOW a crowd, get this dress! 

Ran a bit big in the bust- but really loved the dress

I absolutely love this dress! The fit hugs where it needs to without feeling too tight, and the cut gives a beautiful silhouette. I felt comfortable all night. It’s the perfect dress for weddings or parties. Highly recommend!

The dress has very nice detailing all around! I am more apple shaped so when I sat down the dress fit a lot more snug around my belly/waist and it would've been uncomfortable if I was sitting down longer than just my meal. It fit great while I was standing! 

The 6 was big on me but I wore it anyway because it was so stunning 

It’s an elegant dress with beautiful floral detail and shimmer that gives it a fun flair. I sized down and though it was slightly snug in my hips, it fit my top perfectly–no bra included!

Got multiple compliments! I was nervous but went for it! It was a little loose at the top but no biggie!

I would say this dress runs small so size up. I normally wear a size 4 in dresses and the 6 fit me best. I loved this dress so much I want to buy it. I received so many compliments. 

This dress is perfect. No notes. The detail and colors are spectacular in person. It fits securely and stays up without a bra (there is boning). It was easy to sit and dance in. The length is a perfect offset to the bare shoulders so it feels conservative and dressy enough for a formal event but also could work as a cocktail dress. I'd say this is heaven for an hourglass shape. 

I could have worn the 10 but the 12 was more comfortable.  This is a gorgeous dress, it’s Embroidered and sequined and sooo pretty.  It hugged my curves and I felt gorgeous.

This might be the most beautiful dress I've ever worn. The detailed embroidery and subtle sequins are gorgeous. Got so many compliments and made me feel so confident. It was a bit roomy in the bust, tight through the hips, and a little limiting on the dancefloor, but I still danced the night away and had a blast! Highly recommend! 

Fit true to size. Great for a curvier bottom. 

This is a beautiful, classic, high quality dress. I had several strangers come up and conpliment it. I am a 34b and feel like I had to pull up on the top a little bit but it's secure enough to feel comfortable. Great option for a wedding guest!

I got so many compliments on this dress. It fits like a glove, without being too tight. I was able to dance, sit, etc. I loved this dress. 

Unfortunately, the bust area was too big and I had to order replacement dresses for a wedding I was attending. The dress is stunning, but definitely has a tighter mermaid fit so I wouldn’t recommend stairs or bending down in it. I’m a 32C and the top area was “gaping” plus the whole dress slid down when I moved. The top area has very sturdy boning so it’s not like the dress can mold to you. I went and bought a strapless padded push-up bra but nothing made it stay/fill the top. I even tried fashion tape and safety pins but in reality it just isn’t made for a smaller bust. 

I am 5” and wore heels but even without heels later in night dancing it was not too long. Dress has beautiful detail and I received tons of compliments. The dress is form fitting and a little big in the chest but did not fall down or anything . The boning in the dress really kept it up unlike other strapless dresses.

A total showstopper! The pictures don’t do this dress justice, the colors really pop in person, it is ALL embroidered and black sequined. Absolutely gorgeous, the quality and attention to detail is phenomenal. All you need is a sexy black heel and little black evening bag and youre good to go. Fit like a glove, I ordered my normal size (8) and one size up (10), bc some reviews said it ran small but I wore the 8, so I would say fits tts, just remember it is fitted thru the thighs almost mermaid style so it will be snug. I didnt even need to wear a bra. Still had plenty of room and give to sit and dance. Very comfortable. I received nonstop compliments all night. I was a little worried the length would be too long since Im shorter but it still hit me at the perfect midi length. Highly recommend renting, I actually have another wedding coming up and am considering renting this dress again it was that good. Marchesa for the win!

Wore this to a wedding in upstate NY. It fit like a glove and I felt amazing in it. Super flattering to my figure (hourglass with a belly). Comfortable to wear all day/night 

I am usually a 4 in dresses, but needed the 6, so I would suggest sizing up. The top was a little big but stayed in place due to the structure. 
The fit was very good, comfortable, and I got alot of compliments on the dress. 
Wore to an end of summer wedding. It was a nice pop of color. 

I got a ton of compliments on this. It is tight in the hips and big in the bust, which is weird, but I fashion taped it up top and wore Spanx, and it worked out. I’m usually a 14, but got both the 16 and 14. The 14 fit best, so that’s what I wore, because the 16 was still tight in the hips but super loose up top. I’d recommend this dress, but just be aware that it isn’t totally comfortable- but you’ll definitely have a lot of people come up to you and ask where you got it! 

Cocktail casual. Got SO many compliments from true fashionistas and one asked if the retail was 6k. My boobs are 34D so it was def snug in the bust but it all fit like a glove! Glad I opted for the 6 for the bust 

This was my first time using RTR, I had used Nuuly in the past and didn't have the best luck with their items. I originally ordered a different gown for a wedding and it didn't work out. RTR was able to send me a replacement AND back up size free of charge. I am so thankful as I would've been S.O.L without this option. I ordered Size 14 and Size 16 both fit but Size 16 was comfortable and breathable. I received so many compliments. I felt comfortable which is key when it comes to weddings. Don't hesitate to rent this gown!!!

It’s snug, but great! I felt like Marilyn Monroe in it. If you are curvy, it works! If you aren’t, it will give you curves. No bra needed. Felt like a million bucks in it. Tons of compliments 

I am about 7 months post partum, so I normally wear a 6, but the top was a tinnnny bit snug as I’m still breastfeeding/shedding baby weight. But this dress made me feel hot still! Felt confident and not like I had to suck it in the whole night because the dress helps out. Got loads of compliments. Wore it for “garden formal” wedding

I wore this to a winter wedding in December, and so many people stopped me to ask about this dress! The floral details were absolutely stunning, and I paired it with a faux fur stole to keep warm.
