I wanted to love this and should’ve listened to the reviews. I ordered a size 8 and when I first took it out of the bag I couldn’t fit into it. I think I may have lost some weight in the week I had it because I put it on again 10 days later and it fit but it was tight around the rib cage (other reviews highlight this). I don’t have big boobs so it was comfortable without a bra. If I had worn a bra it would not have zipped up, if you are beyond a B cup I wouldn’t recommend this piece or would size up 3 times.  It was fun with jeans but still little too tight. It grew on me and maybe I would rent again but in a bigger size or two.

Pros: really beautiful top, fit well
Cons: a little hard to get on needed help to clasp top, couldn't raise arms

FYI your stomach will be exposed so I wore a cami underneath. Got lots of compliments!

Loved this top beyond reason.  Wore for NYE and got compliments galore. I'm a size 10 but for this designer I have to size up to 12.  

I'm in my 30's and always what to wear out with jeans that's chic but age appropriate? This top is it. The sleeves aren't tight (I hate my arms) and proportions just right. It's a showstopper!!!! Stunning material and design 

It's flattering but the material is lace so it has zero give. Luckily it fit perfectly.

Wore for thanksgiving with black pants. Shirt doesn't have much give but the 6 fit as expected. Wore without a bra. More comfortable than I was expecting for a lace shirt. The details on the back of the shirt are amazing. Everyone was complimenting. Did not want to return. As shown, it's definitely a little shorter at the waist so wearing with looser fitting pants is a must to avoid a muffin top!

Wore this for an anniversary dinner date and got compliments from my partner and multiple people at the restaurant! Gorgeous top with beautiful and incredibly unique details, as you'd expect from Marchesa. Unless you want to show a lot of stomach, make sure to pair with high waisted pants as it's quite short. 

This was a great top.  The cut was very flattering.  Even though the fabric below the black waist is sheer, the pleats and design of the lace keep it from looking like a crop top.  I felt really feminine in this top!

I'm 5'9", 142 lbs with D cups. I got the 10 size. Fit perfect. So pretty on. Shows your tummy. But ok with high waisted Pants. 

Wore it for a fundraising event where the dress code was office or cocktail. Wore it with black leggings and got tons of compliments. It's gorgeous - I may end up buying it. It runs very small in the rib cage. I normally wear a size 4 top and the 8 was a bit tight. I had worried about the sleeves because my biceps are on the big side but there's plenty of room in the sleeves - it's more the ribcage area that runs quite small. 

I am an Instagram blogger at @storyofstyle. I can't buy clothes all the time so rent the runway is perfect. This top is so flattering. I have no doubt this would look good on ANY body type. I'm 34C and size 4. It fit me like a glove. Very happy. 

Material is pretty stiff so go up a size as directed. I'm a 32 DD and was able to go sans bra although there was probably just enough room if i chose to wear one. The part that flares out at the bottom is sheer so if you don't want your stomach to show, I would not rent this top. Other than the material being a bit stiff and sometimes itchy, I actually really liked this top and was able to pair with some black skinny work pants for a christmas party when everyone else wore a dress on a -8 degree night. A bonus for me!

I was worried about the sizing on this top so I ordered up from my normal size 6. The size 8 fit my like a glove. This top is beautiful and I received so many compliments on it. It was in perfect condition and looked very expensive. The length was a little short and the bottom of it was sheer. One of my favorite unlimited rentals so far! 

Love this shirt!   Definitely runs a little small. The fabric doesn't really stretch at all. I wore a size 8 however A 10 would've been perfect. I am 5'8 & 125 lbs.    Fabulous & feminine!

The lace detail on this top is gorgeous! I felt so pretty and elegant wearing it.

Not only was this stunning, people ran over to me at a huge concert to tell me how much they loved it. It's absolutely flawless in person and the back is beautiful too 
I'm pretty flat chested so it fit well and the small amount of shirring at the waist is very flattering. 

I usually wear a much smaller size but got this because it was the only one available. Was a little big but still looked good. Got a lot of compliments! Stylish top, highly recommend.

I wore this top to go out on thanksgiving eve. It was a beautiful piece that could easily be dressed up or down. I wore with a black skinny leg pant. The detailing and embroidery was stunning and the fit was true to size. The material was a bit itchy from the embroidery, but nothing too bothersome. Also, its perfect for wearing a sleeve without the weight and heat of a sleeve (so if you're at a crowded bar or club, it'd be my go to top for not getting too warm in) Received tons of compliments!!

Gorgeous lace detail make this a statement or special occasion top.... couldn't wear a regular bra with this and with no stretch SIZE UP at least one size if you're full cheated
