It billows out in a bit of a weird way, so not the most flattering, but it looks expensive, doesn’t wrinkle, and is a very pretty light blue color! A good summer work option and would travel well but not sure I’d rent again. 

I was hoping to love this but it was just eh. It was tight around the armpit holes and then laid really weird at the boobs 

Very loose fitting but was great to wear to work. Easy dress to throw on and look put together!

This is really cute for work. I love the color. My only complaints are that I think the sleeves look better tucked under (as pictured) and I think there’s something weird in the carrying around the armpit such that the dress sits a little funny. 

This is a wonderful dress. It is oversized if you are looking for more fitted. 

Highly recommend. Fits well and comfy. The blue is the perfect pop of color. 

Great material, and flattering. I maybe would have sized down to get it a little more form fitting but it was perfect for a more comfortable fit.

I wore this for a big presentation at work and felt classy, confident, and comfortable. It’s very very flowy - I debated wearing a belt but ended up liking it without accessories. Will definitely rent again! 

I’m not a huge fan of prints but this dress was fantastic! I put a chain belt on it and it gave the dress the perfect shape! Wore it twice! 

This was not my favorite. I wore a belt.  cute material, just not flattering for my figure. 

Wire to a work dinner. Super light, a bit roomy but it looks flowy and not baggy 

I wore this to a banquet and to teach at a conference. It travels well and doesn't wrinkle. I rolled it up in my suitcase and it came out ready to wear. Very flattering and comfortable. I could have sized down. 

So pretty and comfy. A little longer than I would want but I'm not the tallest and it was good for being modest at a work trip.  It gives a slight figure at waist but nothing too cinched. Still can look baggy but a belt could be cute

Finally a RTR dress that is not extremely short!

I ended up not wearing this. Possibly for the right event, it would have worked. But it balloons in the waist and just didn't pull together with any belt I had the way I wanted. Great quality, beautiful color. 

I liked this dress and did get several compliments. Personally I did not feel it was especially flattering because of the loose fit and my ample chest. Less endowed ladies would probably look more slim. But the length helped - hit a bit above my knee. The color is beautiful and the pattern is very pretty. I wore it in October in NYC, so I paired it with black leather boots and a short black leather jacket (forgot to take a pic with the jacket on).  I thought the jacket made it more flattering.

Fit true to size and was a fun dress for a casual day at the office! Good quality thick fabric. Didn't have much shape to it so was much better belted. 

The dress was not fitted and a bit loose however did have a flattering fit.  i cinched with a belt to define my waist a bit. Overall super cute and reminded me of a scarf print. 

The fabric is a nice pattern, and the pleating details are interesting, but I do think I would have wanted more of a waist.

Love the pleated detail of this dress. I added a silver chain belt to give it a little more shape. It’s a great length and style for work. Would recommend! 

Loved this one. The pattern isn’t me, but everything else made up for it. Very well made, flattering and comfortable. Perfect for work and taller girl friendly - it fell right at my knee. I’d say this runs a smidge large, but I wasn’t swimming in it. 

Loved this dress sooooo much! It’s different with the pleats and the chain print. It’s actually big on me but so comfy. Only smaller part were shoulder sleeves but the rest is baggy. 

Seemed like it needed just a little more, but I got a lot of complements 

Took a risk and rented with no reviews. High quality dress and wore to work, but felt just ok without a belt / no styling?
