I felt it ran a bit small through the chest to wear alone but it looked great as a vest. I’d size up next time if I was to wear it alone. 

I paired it with a brown skirt fit perfectly. It’s very on trend. The buttons were a little tricky, but other than that perfect piece.

I loved this and was able to style it so many ways! It fit great. 

Wore this to a country concert! Very comfy! 

I sized up at first, and it was way too big. I then sized back down to my true size and it fit perfect! Wore it both for a night out and to the office and it was perfect both times.

I knew this vest was going to be the bomb before I got it. I adore it. I never thought I would be the person that wears denim with denim. It takes me a minute to adapt to current trends every once in a while, but I get this one now.  I am not very busty shall we say. So I like to leave my vest unbuttoned on the top and wear a tank, tee or button up the front top under them. It's more flattering for me. But this would look cute buttoned all the way up too.  Loved wearing it with a scarf tied like a loose tie. I received many compliments. 

I really wanted to love this top, but it just wasn’t comfortable enough for me when sitting. I tried 2 different sizes - ended up wearing the 14, but it was just so tight brighter bust. I probably needed to size up at least one more to be able to feel comfortable, but it did look sharp & snappy!

This is the perfect addition to your typical jumpsuit/skirt/dress outfit to spice it up! I wore this to Open House night and the parents were complimenting my outfit all night! It can be tight in the chest for bigger-chested women, which I anticipated so I sized up to the 12, and it was a perfect fit. Would definitely rent again!

Nice piece, I would order true to size.  The 6 was a little too big.

After waiting for some time, I finally got to rent this top back in May. I must say I was a little underwhelmed. It was cute but nothing special. The fit is true to size, although the arm holes were a little large for me.

Wore the vest for a girls day out at the mall. I wore it with black denim pants (another RTR item) and I loved the way it looked. I am in between a 0 and a 2 but I’m glad I went with a 2 on this one; otherwise it would’ve been too tight in the chest area.  I plan on wearing it again this week and will definitely rent again!

I’m a jeans girl. Always. Having this vest with cute summer drawstring pants were perfect for a school event. Easy to dress up or down. Loved it. Would rent again. May need to size up if you’re bigger on top. 

I’m 5‘4“ in this fit true to size. There’s not a lot of stretch, so check out the measurements.

I had to wear a cami under so my bra wouldn’t show when I raise my arms; the fit was otherwise perfect. It has a nice silhouette. There was not too much gaping between buttons. I should have definitely held on to it a little longer.

I loved this top. I paired it with a denim skirt to complete the look. Great stretch over the boobs and cut helps hide the tummy. Would rent again.

I love Madewell, I love a vest, but this did not work.  I'm a 38DD, and this did not work for me.  I'm certain if you're a D-cup for smaller, this could work for you.  It pulled in the middle and flattened my chest, and it was very uncomfortable. Too bad since it's so cute.

I’ve been trying to hop on the denim vest trend for a while and this was everything I wanted it to be and more! Fit just right, flattering, and easy to style with at home basics.

Wore this so much. True to size! I’m a sucker for denim anything and this was perfect for my wardrobe!! Wore with jeans, white skirt, white pants, white shorts/skirts - goes with anything!!!!

I rented this as a space filler and it came in super handy when I had to jump on camera for a meeting!  I actually really enjoyed the silhouette and ended up not changing for the remainder of the work day ;). Fit TTS, the buttons were a tad annoying to button, but easy to undo.  The color of the denim was a perfect blue and the cut was flattering and enough covered that the exposed arms felt “summer office” appropriate.  I can see myself renting again with an actual outfit in mind! 

The sleeves gaped a little but otherwise this looked really cute. I belted it just to dress it up. 

I wore this so many different ways, and I kept another month to continue. I may end up needing to keep this one! It’s a soft, lived in denim- not rigid it all! Looks great on. I teach, and random girls at my high school told me how much of a slay it was! 

Absolutely loved this vest! I wore it multiple times—it was easy to style and instantly elevated any outfit. It ran a little loose in the waist for my shape, but adding a belt completely solved it and gave it a flattering, cinched silhouette. I loved it so much I ended up purchasing it at full price. One of my favorite pieces I’ve rented!

Would size down if you have a smaller chest (like me) if you want a more snatched look. But comfy and cute!
