This dress isn’t going to make you swoon but it’s a timeless classic black gown. I’m 5’3” and even the petite was a little long. Wearing my highest heels and it still grazed the ground. Perfect fit though and nice thick fabric. Would recommend for a safe, not flashy, choice 

This dress was beautiful and perfect for a formal fall wedding we attended. I got so many compliments! I sized up after reading other reviews and wore a size 8 (usual is a 6). Due to sizing up, the cup/boob area was larger and I ended up buying push up cups to help fill them out. 

This is the second time I’ve tried renting this dress for a wedding. I am a solid 12/14, pear shaped. Tried the 16 and it zipped and technically fit, but I could barely breathe and didn’t even attempt to sit down. Beautiful otherwise, really wanted to make this work! Disappointed in the size disparity. If you can get a size that works - the fabric is really pretty and the style would do great covering the midsection if that’s a troublesome area for you. 

Took my measurements and the dress fit perfectly. I’m between a 10/12 normally and ordered a 10. I have tiny boobs so there was a little space there but over all the fit was great.

Fit really well while standing but when I say the neckline was a little tight and moved. Still a great dress.

Everyone loved the dress and it was so comfortable. The only thing that I had to do was pin up the straps because it was a little big on the top but no one noticed. It makes you look very slim!

I sized up to a 14 and 16, and had to wear the 16 because the back didn’t meet to zip, so if you are wider up top, definitely size up. I’m normally a 10-12.

Loved the fit on this dress. It was comfortable and perfect for a formal wedding. 

Ordered this as a backup. It was very pretty and fit well. I’m 5’10” and with 2.75 inch heels the length was great. I liked the front slit! I ultimately wore another dress that I liked a little better but would have been very happy with this one as well. 

Definitely go up a size than your normal. Worked great for a formal wedding. 

This dress was great for a black tie wedding. I’m usually a size 4/6 but went with a size 8R after reading the reviews. It was the right move! A 6 would have been too right in the rib cage. Four-inch heels allowed me to move without tripping. The straps fell down a few times… but it wasn’t so bad. Overall 8/10–would rent again :) 

Most definitely need to size up. I’m 129 and 5’7’’. I wore an 8, but I’m normally a size 4 (6 in some brands). The size 6 fit but it was very tight in the chest (36C) and it was real short. I got a regular size 8 and it was perfect. 

One of the most beautiful formal dresses I’ve rented. Compliments all night- at a fashion show! Fabric is thick and luxurious. Fit is comfortable. You will love. 

Best dress! Fits well (tighter side), and the fabric is high-quality / thick and snatches you in. I have a bust and didn’t need a bra.

*Tip: I went for the 6 (Long) over the 6 (Regular) because I don’t like it when you see too my shoe for a formal event.

The straps are a little long and the bust is definitely built for a larger bust. I am 5’6 112 and usually a 2 or 4. Everything else fit perfectly! If I had gone any smaller I don’t think the back would have fit though! However get the dress just order a backup because it is a really nice dress for a great price!!

I normally wear a 4 or 6 but this dress is tighter around the hips. The 8r was almost perfect, the spaghetti straps were a little loose but overall was a great fit. It was elegant and worked well for the black tie wedding I attended. 

I initially ordered a 2 and could barely get the zipper to zip in the back (like the reviews said). The dress was tight in the upper back area so I had to end up wearing a 4 (which was still a little tight around the torso area, but definitely fit better than the 2). Otherwise, beautiful dress! 

Wore this for a black tie wedding. Loved the look but it was a bit tight in the hips and straps. Was loose in the chest however. 

LOVED THIS DRESS! I was nervous it wouldn’t fit. But it fit perfect. I love how it was different from everyone else’s, someone said it resembled a curtain… but I loved it! 

I didn't end up wearing this but only because it was too tight! I am normally a size 4 dress and the size 8 was still too small with this one. Most of my curves are in my hips and thighs so I'm sure a 10 would've fit better. The 8 looked good on but I would not have been able to sit comfortably had I worn it. I think this dress would fit best on a more "long and lanky" body type! So if you're curvy...size way up!

Hugged all the right places, lifted butt, and great for us small chested women! The material is thick but gorgeous, and the slit in the front is perfect! Highly recommend.

I'm typically a size 6 and decided to size up based on the comments. Up top it was big and the straps kept falling off. On the hips it was a little snug. I love the fabric on the dress. Still deciding on whether or not I'm going to wear it to an event. 

This is a beautiful dress with great texture and design however it runs SMALL. I couldn't actually wear it given that I couldn't zip up the back. I had planned to wear this to a wedding, after trying it on I realized, given its semi-mermaid shape I do think it would be difficult to dance/move around in (even if it were the right size)

Fit very well (a tad loose on the boobs). Sturdy fabric. I felt confident and comfortable for the entirety of the 8 hours I wore the dress. 

Runs pretty small. Usually a size 4/6 and just zipped up the 8L. Beautiful dress in person but is a tight/ structured fit 

Wore this for a masquerade gala and it was beautiful! It was a tight fit, but I think it looked great that way. Definitely couldn't wear a bra but It was fine. Only issues were the straps cut into my shoulders and the slit was VERY high, but being covered by the center ruffle it wasn't a huge deal; just be careful sitting down or if it's windy. 

This dress fits true to size and is so flattering. love love love it

I rented this dress for a Black Tie wedding and it was wonderful! Definitely true to size, the straps was a just little big for me but it fit great everywhere else. I wasn't able to fit a bra on underneath and even though it was great to not have to wear one with the dress, my boobs were definitely on display a bit! 
I am also 12 weeks postpartum and this dress was very flattering for the stomach area. 
Such a great find for the price!! Would rent again.

I ordered the 8R and it did not fit over my hips. It fit my little sister perfectly (who is more like a size 4)

I usually have to order dresses in a 0 but ordered a 2 based on reviews saying it ran small. It was definitely snug but fit me very well! Comfortable and easy to move around in. Highly recommend!! 

I absolutely loved this dress. It was so flattering and perfect for a black tie wedding. The slit in the front does go up a bit high, so it's hard to move the dress without being too aware of that. Otherwise, it was so beautiful and I got so many compliments!

The dress is super stretchy so I think it could fit a range of sizes. Loved the color. Got tons of compliments! 

Dressed up as Eva Green's character from Casino Royale. It was a hit!
