I bought this shirt! The size is a little big but still looks good. The embroidery on the sleeves is beautiful! I get a lot of compliments.

I wore this top during a family reunion and a lot of my cousins asked where I got it.  When it was offered for purchase by Rent The Runway, I grabbed it right away.  I wore this with jeans and it was comfy and stylish.

I think I liked the style more than everyone else. There was the embroidery (my favorite part), the ruffles, the collar, and buttons. Maybe too busy. Also, the color is different than most blacks, more of a navy tinge. No big deal when I wore with jeans, but I noticed it. 

The shirt is really cute and received many compliments! This ran true to size and I wore with dress pants. The only negative is the very long ties at the cuffs. By mid day I was over them!! I wound up wrapping around by wrist and then tucking under cuff just to get rid of them!! 

This shirt is beautiful! I got a ton of compliments- my only complaint is that the ties at the end of sleeves kept getting in my way during the day. It was really annoying. The shirt was also a TINY bit snug. The last button pulled a little bit so I just tucked the shirt in. It did the job and still looked great!

I selected this top because I thought the sleeves looked pretty, and they were.  However, here are the times during my work day that the dangly ties at the end of sleeves were a major pain in the patoot:
1) getting our of my car (caught on the geat shift)
2) washing my coffee cup (constantly falling into the sink)
3) using the restroom
4) washing my hands after using the restroom (again, constantly in the sink)
5) eating tacos on date night with my spouse (if I reached for a drink or some hot sauce or my mobile phone, the ties invariably ended up in my tacos)

Tucking the ties didnt work, as they kept slipping out of the sleeves.

So, while the shirt is pretty, it is waaaaay too high maintenance.   

It also has a very boxy fit in the waist, so ots not a great option if you prefer a more fitted look
