Dress fit perfectly and was so comfortable! I normally wear a 0 but the 2 fit fine!

Fit great on me (size 0, 5'0), but I think would be too short for anyone much taller - it was already mid thigh for me. The lace on top is nice and hides the fact that my bra is showing a little on the top (the top part is a tad too long). Good quality material, nice for a vacation.

Great for petite girls, but not suitable for work. It is very short! Still adorable though :)

This dress was perfect for me (I am 5'3"), but as you can see its pretty short, especially when you sit down, so taller gals might have an issue...

It's very cute but a little short, which was surprising considering I'm 5'2''. Thankfully the skirt puff out just a little bit to cover my butt more. I just had to be very careful when bending over, and I decided to not wear heels so the dress didn't look even shorter (went with Sandals and it was cute). Also the illusion plunging neckline has beige fabric between the breast so you can wear a bra! The beige fabric matched my skin tone well but it might not match for women of color or very fair women, just to be warned! Cute, but had some problems. 

Proportionally speaking, I have a smaller waist/flat chest which helped the 2 fit perfectly. It’s true however that the waist has absolutely no give/stretch so be cautious there. Overall, not my most flattering dress from RTR but still very nice & no issues. I’m 5’2 and the amount of leg was just right but on a taller gal would be too short. 

I rented this to change into after my wedding reception, for an Afterglow at a local wine bar. It was totally perfect. It was a fun move - long lacy bride to short lacy wifey! It was a touch snug in the upper rib cage, but I also ordered true to size because I wanted it to fit snugly in the chest. No bra necessary!

Loved the dress. It did run a bit small and the first dress that came had a big stain on it. I'm usually a size 6 in dresses but for this dress I needed a size 8. Rent the Runway was super helpful and shipped me the right size without a stain over night. Overall, it was a great experience.

Perfect dress for any wedding related event or any event really! I wore on my honeymoon. Husband loved! Great fabric. Sexy but appropriate. I'm usually a size 2-4 and I wore he 6 because that's all they had and it fit perfect! Would have been way short and a bit tight in the 4.

The dress fit my petite shape so perfectly and the fabric was super breathable for a humid summer night. Great classy choice for a petite bride! 

This dress was beautiful and worked perfectly for my bridal shower. It does run small, and I felt it was pretty snug but the backup size did not come so I wore it anyways. It was snug enough I didn't need to wear a bra which was great! Overall, great dress and would work well for bridal occasions!

I received so many compliments on how the dress fit like it was made for me. You can tell that the material of the dress is a great quality and is thick (not see through)! I was surprised by the length because being 5'1" dresses are usually too long, but not this one, the length was perfect. I can't say enough good things about it, I wish I could wear it for every bridal event.

I wore this dress to elope to city hall- it was perfect! The fit hugged my curves but wasn't too revealing. It was especially flattering for my muscular shoulders. I did have to size up for length- I'm usually a 6 but the 6 was way too short. There wasn't much difference between the 6 and 8, so it wasn't too loose to size up for the 8. Definitely recommend this dress! 

Wore this for a white party at a country club and it was perfect for the occasion! I am usually a size 2 or 4, but after reading that the material has no give, I ordered a 6 as my back up size and I am def glad I did! It did not appear too small on, but it felt very tight around my rib cage. I probably could have gotten away with a size 8 for comfort purposes. I'm 5'2, and I felt the length was perfect and the dress was flattering for my shape. I would definitely recommend this one, but I would order a size or two up from your normal size, as there is no stretch whatsoever! 

Lily dresses run a little smaller than most (apparently a well known fact according to my Lily loving friends). This dress was super cute for my bridal shower and I got a ton of compliments. My only complaint is that the lining extended beyond the top layer of the dress. At first I thought this was because the dress was a little tight on me, however, that was still the case off me and on the hanger. For that reason I had to bump it down a star! 

I really like the dress but it was just a little short. The lace was great and the material worked out well. Just be aware is short.

I loved this dress! Had a fun time for my bachelorette weekend.  The dress hit my waist perfectly and was a great length. This dress was supportive enough that I did not need to wear a bra which was awesome.  
The only con I had was that it did seem like the white was getting just a touch faded. You can't tell in photos though! I would recommend renting this dress. 

This dress is really cute, but I ended up not wearing it for my wedding shower . It just wasn't  as flattering as most lily dresses are and it ran a little smaller than usual . I ALWAYS wear a 6 in lily sometimes even a 4 but the size 4 was definitely not fitting and the size 6 was a decent  fit but actually a Little short in my opinion . I'm only 5'1 ish so getting things that are too short on me is super rare ! For size reference I'm 5,1; 130lbs; 34D . I wish it would have worked out a little better ! If you're looking for a shorter fit and flare dress then go for it and the renting and returning process was very easy ! 

I am very petite and this dress could not have fit more perfectly. I wore it to my bridal shower & received so many compliments on it. The style was flattering and the body of the dress is actually slightly shimmery and not stark white. The length is definitely short though so I would not recommend if you're a tall girl. All in all a cute dress and great for a rehearsal dinner or bridal shower!

Perfect for a college graduation. I'm usually a 4 but Lily dresses tend to cater to one body type  so the 6 actually fit perfectly. Light and breathable fabric that isn't see-through. I received so many complements!

I originally ordered a size 2 (my normal size) but it was too small so I had to send it back for a 4, which I never wear, so I definitely recommend ordering a size up. The size 4 didn’t have the underlay issue of peeking out from under the dress that the size 2 did. 

I rented this for my wedding shower. While I was afraid initially it would be too short, it was absolutely perfect! I felt so pretty and perfectly bridal! My fiancé liked it so much I ended up buying it! Perfect choice for a bridal/wedding shower! 

I wore this dress for my bridal shower (an unseasonably beautiful 80 degree day in April) -- it was PERFECT!! Although there were some concerns that the dress was a little short, I was careful to make sure everything was covered when I sat/etc. I got SO many compliments that I think I may purchase it!! 

I wore this for a Boots and Bling Gala for my local Humane Society. Simply adorable! A little on the short side. I'm 5'1 and it was still short. I went up a size and loved this dress!! Wish I could keep it.

I wore this dress for a photo shoot in Central Park for my engagement. The photos came out beautiful and i loved the fit of the dress. I only gave it 4 stars because the dress is very short. Im only 4'11 and it barely came past my butt. Other than that, its very comfortable, especially when your whole day is spent walking

Loved the fit of this dress. Very flattering and the pattern on the dress was really cool in person. The under layer does fall below the over layer as some mentioned so I️ pinned it because it didn't look right but other than that it was perfect 

I wore this dress for my bridal shower in the spring and it was absolutely perfect! I wish I could have kept it. Even having to pin the under lining up. Great for a bridal shower! 

RUNS SUPER SMALL AND IS VERY VERY SHORT--GO A SIZE OR 2 UP!!

I wore this dress for the exit of my wedding.  It was absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier with how it looked in pictures.  I received so many compliments and would rent it again!

The larger size I received did had a weird lining thing, where the liner hung down lower than the outer fabric, but the smaller size was fine. 

I wore this dress for my rehearsal dinner and loved it. I wore a strapless bra. I'd say it fits true to size, but maybe a little tight in the bust area. Note I'm a 34D and it worked fine. There is no stretch though. As I think others say, the lining in the dress oddly stuck out and was longer than the dress itself. The only thing I can think of is that the dress itself has shrunk over time, but the lining hasn't. So, I actually got the lining hemmed - shouldn't have had to, but I wanted to wear the dress. So for whoever rents the size 4 dress I had, this problem has been resolved! This also brings up that yes... I'm 5'4" and it was on the shorter side. For a bachelorette party with high heels, I would have felt fine. For anything else, I'd probably suggest shorter heels or flats. Last, note that this was actually my second choice dress but the backup size of my first choice wasn't available, which is why rtr sent me this in the first place. I actually liked this one better so wore it even though the other one did fit. My point is that when you do rtr, there will be snafus with sizes being available (not every time you rent, but this wasn't the first time it happened to me). Be flexible, and do fill out their request for backup styles - it will be worth it, versus them picking out the backups themselves!
Not sure what my details show, but at the time of wearing this I was 5'4" and 125 lbs. 

Loved this dress and it was perfect for the occasion. It fit like a glove and looked amazing, got lots of compliments 

I LOVED this dress, but be forewarned it is very short. I am 5'4", and it was very short on me. I was almost uncomfortable but I got so many compliments I couldn't help but love it!

This dress was cute, but tight in the bust and on the shorter side. 

I found this runs a little small, I am usually a 6 in Lilly and sometimes a 4. I rented the 6 and the 8 and the 6 was way too small with the 8 being just right. 

It fit perfectly, it was a little shorter than I expected but worked out fine! 

I ordered a size up for my back up per the other reviews but my normal 6 fit perfectly. Which was good because the 8 was definitely well loved. The 6 was in much better condition. It was a little short but not inappropriate or awkward. I wore it without a bra and no issues there either but I'm not well endowed at all. You could easily wear a nude bra and no one could tell I just didn't want to. It's a thicker fabric but still works at an outdoor event in the Southern summer. 

Fit was tighter than expected. Wore bigger size and almost didn't wear it at all. My biggest concern is how wrinkled it looked after sitting through a ceremony. Would be a great wedding shower/engagement party dress. Not so great for a graduation.
