It's backless and plunge so need sticky cups to hold the chest 

Perfect dress for a fancy date night or gala! The color is perfect and the pleated detail was so fun

The app says XL is a 10-12 but on the dress itself the L says 8 and the XL says 10. I’m usually an 8 or a L,  but ended up doing the XL for the waist closure like all the reviews have said. I definitely don’t have big chest so I went without boob tape or pasties and just made sure not to slouch. Color was amazing. The length was awesome too. I don’t usually get dresses that long.  If you’re short you’ll def need heels. I wore it to a wedding outside in Florida in May. It showed some sweat in the moment (not much compared to how much I was sweaty) but dried fast. The pics were after we made it back inside. This dress is one where you should def get a back up size just in case. 

Fit me perfectly & I have a longer torso. I'm very small chested & had no issue with the fabric up top. There's plenty of it but still sat nicely. The neck collar thing fit snug like a choker. Easy to dance in. There is a lot of material in the skirt so I got very hot in muggy New Orleans but received a million compliments on the night. 

Fit like a glove and super comfortable. The length was perfect for my short frame. 

RENT THIS DRESS!!!!!! So comfortable and received so many compliments! Fit was perfect and didn't need to wear a bra.

Beautiful color & got a lot of compliments! I wore to a black tie wedding. I was worried about the chest gaping but the collar helps hold everything up well. I did use fashion tape to help out while sitting and dancing. It was a little tricky with the pleats but overall worked out great!

I loved this dress so much and got so many compliments! The color is a deep gemstone purple and it was super comfortable wearing all night and dancing at a wedding. I did have to use fashion tape to secure the side to the outside of my breasts, otherwise it would have been hanging open when I sat down. I would definitely recommend using this is you’re going to rent it. 

It was such a beautiful dress! Receive loads of compliments all night long! People on street even stop me to be how gorgeous I look in this dress! The color is very vibrant! 

This dress was so fun to wear for a wedding reception. I’m in between an XS and S and chose a size up for this dress and boy did I make the right choice. The waist has to be tight to keep all the fabric in place. I shockingly did not need any fashion tape because of how the fabric drapes. All in all, an excellent rental.

Felt great, lots of compliments. I was worried about my breasts being exposed when I ordered it, but I used pasties and that was not an issue.

The size M fit great. I had to use fabric tape at the top to make sure I wouldn’t flash anyone. Waist is not elastic so it won’t stretch. If you are tall like me this dress will not touch the floor. 

Stunning down, had great movement, showed off just enough cleavage. Comfy enough to dance the night away!

Everything about it was perfect. Wore it to my cousin's wedding. Used fashion tape and nipple covers to keep the girls contained but I was not worried about falling out of it at all. Got so many compliments and LOVED how it moved on the dance floor!

Gorgeous dress and perfectly retro for a friends 80s themed birthday. The skirt is long and dusts the ankles so perfect for twirling, the neck has a 3 button closure so it's super secure. For a low chest and back I still felt really covered and the front of the dress stayed secure without tape! Color was vibrant and shimmery - really a perfect party dress!

Special dress for special moments. Very standout 

I recommend fashion tape unless you maintain perfect posture all night. Otherwise super comfortable! 

this was my favorite dress i've ever rented! perfect for a wedding guest look. the chest ran a little big but nothing a little fashion tape couldn't fix so i felt more secure moving around. 

Wore this for a disco bachelorette and loved it. Tons of compliments! The chest fit is odd, it's sort of wide? I have a long torso so the waist almost didn't hit at the right point. Was torn between 6 and 8, went with 8 and it was perfect.

Super fun for the "colorful semiformal" wedding I went to! Was a bit worried about the neckline, but my chest is medium sized (28FF) and it fit perfectly, I didn't even need to tape it!! Was a great dress to dance the night away in, also, tons of movement in the skirt!

This fit perfectly! You definitely have to keep your shoulders back so it doesn't gap in the boob area but other than that, the color is so striking and pretty! I received so many compliments!

What a fun dress. The color is so vibrant, the fit is so flattering. Pictures don’t even do it justice - the way the pleated skirt moves with your body is beautiful. I had a blast dancing in it. Great twirling dress. Tons of compliments all night. 

I was prepared to use fashion tape on top based on other reviews that mentioned it, but didn’t end up needing it. I did wear an adhesive bra to give my boobs some shape/lift, but even that wasn’t necessary.

Beautiful dress made of a very light, shiny purple fabric. I received several compliments. Only note is that the waist was tighter than expected. I was able to wear it, but it was uncomfortable at first.

Wore the dress for a ball, and it was perfect! It fit just right, I didn’t have to worry about hemming it, and was able to wear 2-in heels. Couldn’t tell either that I’m 5 months pregnant which was an added bonus! Especially when you’re tired of people coming up to talk to you because of it. I will say, the 2 might have been a better fit for me, but I couldn’t zip it because of baby. So I THINK the fit was just right but it’s a weird time.

I got so many compliments on this dress and I felt so incredible. The color is stunning and it flows so incredibly. I highly recommend pasties and dress tape to keep the dress in place. I thought that the medium would fit best, but I ended up wearing the large, so maybe order a larger size as a backup.

Wore to a wedding with “jewel tones” in the dress code and this was a stunner! My only issue with the dress was that the waist band was pretty tight and it’s not stretchy at all. Might not be an issue for everyone, but I have a short torso and high hip bones so it wasn’t really hitting the right spot. I actually left the waist band unfastened and tucked it in the back. No one seemed to notice. Used fashion tape for the bust and that worked great. I’m short and the length was just right for me with low heels!

So elegant and the purple color is very deep and royal. Wore to a black tie event and felt like royalty 

This dress is a showstopper, but a few caveats: the sizing is confusing because it has Australian/US/European sizing, so what normally would be a 2 (small) is actually a 6. I was more comfortable in an 8 (medium) but had to wear a smaller size to avoid revealing too much of my chest. I wore it to a NYE gala with a lot of dancing, and the top is very loose (especially if you’re not too full up there). The top needed a lot of clothing tape and it probably took away from the natural flow of the material. But overall, the dress was very comfortable, and I received a lot of compliments. Would definitely wear again and recommend RTR for the future!

This was sent to me as a backup due to my original request not having my backup size in stock. I fell in love, but I sadly got hit with a modest bug… not sick… just suddenly felt my occasion was too modest to wear this incredibly sexy dress! 
You may want to size up if you’re unsure of the waist size. Sizing definitely requires measurements and the sizing guide is spot on. I am 61” tall with 28" inseam and the gown fell to exactly floor length. Would have been fine in heels. Photo above is braless, but some adhesive bras or boob tape would have helped my sweet chariots from swinging low. I am keeping this in my favorites in case Studio 54 reopens. 

This dress is so beautiful. The open back and low V are soooo fabulous. I did try and tape down the front so it wouldn’t gape, but overall this dress is amaze

Wore to a 70s Hollywood themed wedding. It fit perfectly - plunging neckline but in a way that I didn’t have to worry about anything slipping out. It fit perfectly for me. Would definitely wear again to a formal wedding. 

This was a beautiful dress. Great for a special occasion. I wore it for a masquerade party and it was perfect. 
  

The color was amazing and the length was perfect for the occasion. Only complaint was the tightness at the ribs once you zipped it up. If I order again I might go a size up and hope it isn’t too loose.
