Love this dress. Form fitting. Runs small. 

This dress is AMAZING..... once you manage to get into it;) when I say the waist is cinched it is CINCHED. 

Once on, confidence goes 0-100, real quick.

The dress really accentuated all the good parts. The color was a conservative red and the detail in the front added depth to the shape without adding bulk. This dress covered all but fit like a glove!

I love all dresses from this designer, and especially features such as the pinned front!  RTR please get more colors and styles!  In my work rotation. 

If you're looking for a classic, power dress this is it. Also, HIGH quality material. You don't have to worry about anything showing, hanging out, or riding up. pure confidence in this dress because of the quality. 

Wow, did I feel like a knockout in this. Hugged in all the right places & forgiving in all the right ones, too. I felt like a million bucks. The picture may not look as good as I felt. Haha. But it was super flattering. 

Fit true to size. Very flattering! Difficult to get on and off. You have to pull it over your head. It is a tight squeeze until you get it on - therefore, make sure you do your hair and makeup after you are dressed. Great for brunch and exploring the city. 

I've rented this dress before and I will rent it again. Every time I've worn this dress I've received compliments. It's a beautiful dress that makes me feel great and I think you should try it -- the skirt portion is unbelievably flattering and will hide and food babies/bloating. The waist holds you together and the top will lift your girls to heights not seen since your teens. The dress is polished, professional and feminine. Rent this dress.

I rented this dress for work and it made me feel like a boss (and still sexy).  Fit and material is very similar to other dresses by this designer. I'm a 2 or 4 US and wore the 40 IT (4) as usual. 

This dress made me feel very chic and confident. The material feels like what they make wetsuits out of and tucked everything in. The previous reviewer comments about it being difficult to get on are true - no zipper and not a lot of stretch, so do it before you do your hair and makeup! Loved the dress and got many compliments. Would definitely rent again. 

Very tight but very flattering. No zipper so hard to get in and off but once on it looked amazing. 

This dress fit like a glove however was quite crazy to get on as it is skin tight! I'd wiggle into it again in a heartbeat tho! ADVICE: wear invisible deodorant so it doesn't get on the dress when putting it on!

I never wanted to not have the option to grab this one. The material is like Spanx. It's perfect. I went one size up. 

This dress is simply amazing. The material is thick and covers any imperfections 

I loved this dress for work.  I wore it on two different client sites and had lots of compliments at each.  The fabric was thick but comfortable and easy to move in.  The color was a good red for my skin tone.  It has a blue undertone so if thats in your color wheel it's a great choice.  The only downside I can say is that it does not have a zipper so because it is so fitted getting the dress on and off was a bit of a struggle. 

The dress is super tight, but very flattering! It's a little weird to get on-- you literally need to step into it and pull it up like a scuba suit. Fully worth it for the final look! 

Runs a little bit more snug than other things i have ordered in the same size from this designer. It's very bodycon but the unique fabric gathers hide belly bumps. One thing i didn't see in photos (though written in the description) is the menswear inspired pinstripe. It's light but very much a defining feature. Great for my work.

This dress fit like a glove and the picture doesn't do it justice. Gorgeous deep red color and a classy cut makes it perfect for a date or event. I felt sexy and sophisticated. 

I LOVE THIS DRESS. I plan on wearing it multiple times because the material and fit is so nice. The color looks great in person. The only flaw of this dress is if you have a large bust it WILL be a struggle to get on and off. But it's truly worth the struggle... just so your hair and makeup after you put it on haha. 

I love this brand, but this particular style didn't work for me because of the longer asymmetrical panel on the front. From the side it was workable, but it looked awkward from the front. Loved the color, subtle pinstripes & the signature body-smoothing fabric. Would recommend this for anyone 5'6" or taller.

The dress is very flattering. Thick and stretchy fabric is very slimming. I am going to wear it for the NYE party. I am size 12 and ordered 48 (12). It runs small but I will try to make it work with spanx, otherwise it shows all the bumps. Next size up (was not available) would be just perfect. 

This dress is super tight.  Which normally can be an issue but it's almost like wearing a dress made of Spanx because it holds it all together very well!  Too tight for work though -- I'm going to wear it to a holiday party instead!

This thing is a pain to get on but once on it's perfection , it's like spanks made a dress.

It holds any extra you have in, which I loved. But it's for tall women. It hit me at a weird point in my calf's which made me look stumpy.

My wife couldn't stop looking at the booty ;) the ruffle detail on the front had been ripped before I got it up honestly I liked it more when the front panel laid flat. The fabric helps hold everything in and the color is super flattering! Would recommend! 

This is a gorgeous dress. It's very form fitting and flatters the backside, which is not exactly what I was looking for in a work dress. I would wear this to a cocktail party or dressier wedding, but it's not appropriate for a conservative office. 

Once you get it on (must step into it) this dress fits you like a glove. It was easy to dance into. 
Fabric is thick and formal...more of an evening dress. Compliments all night. 

Not the easiest to get on but once on very flattering. Gathers at the right locations 

So you can see that I am pretty curvy. But this dress just hits the right spots. With this designer, a size 14 would be more comfortable, but the 12 works 

It's weird to have to step into a dress, it would be nice for it to have a zipper. Despite that, the dress is ridiculously flattering!
