I ordered one size too much and it made a difference - wearing the jacket buttoned up made me feel like I was swimming in this coat. But, along the button edges there's a really nice ruffle and it hides the buttons nicely. Pockets are deep and coat is somewhat stiff (what you'd expect of a military/army jacket) yet light and not heat-inducing. Would recommend for work, night out, or just over any outfit! 

This jacket ran quite large.  I wear an 18 and the XXL was a bit too big.  I love the mix of army green and embroidery though ... considering buying in a smaller size!

I liked the flowery twist on the army jacket. It was large and super comfortable. I don't think it was particularly flattering - there is just a lot of fabric - but it was fun to wear to work around town.

Love is not a strong enough word for this jacket. Perfect parts utilitarian and feminine. I received so many compliments on the jacket, it was really a staple in my spring wardrobe!

I really like this jacket and got several compliments when I wore it. My GF loves the look of it. It has a drawstring cinched waist which subtly shapes the silhouette. The material is slightly worn and faded. Considering the quality of everything I have rented so far from RTR I am guessing it is designed that way. A great knock around piece for your classy casual collection.

Fun embroidery, nice lightweight material, but a little large.  Loved it in the mirror, but dang it photographed as massive.  Returned immediately! 

The embroidery on this jacket is really cute but the fit is huge. I tend to wear an 8 or 10 in tops and I sized down based on other reviews. The small was still very big but I wore it a few times anyway because the embroidery made it hard to resist!

This jacket fits true to size. It's super comfortable and the floral embroidery helps elevate the utility jacket style for a more sophisticated look. Highly contemplating purchasing this jacket because I've loved wearing it so much.

I wore this a ton as a transitional spring jacket. It's comfortable in a pretty wide range of temps and the style is appealing. But, trust the reviews that it runs big! I ignored that because nothing ever runs big on me and I like a loose fit anyway. But this is truly oversized not only in girth but length of sleeves etc. Size down!

Looser fit but the cord at waist cinches it in to keep it from being too boxy. 

Fit well. True to size. Pockets were great and easy to access. Didn't get for any special event but to just get through the chillier days moving into spring.  the details are sweet and livens up a black jacket. 

I️ love this jacket. I️ rented I️t for every day and have been wearing it all the time during the spring season. I️ love the style, embroidery and length and I️t goes with everything. I️ get tons of compliments on I️t! 

This was a really nice coat, matched with lots of my clothes. My only complaint was that the garment I received was very wrinkled and I felt too worn

I’ve worn this so many times during my rental and every time I’m out get a compliment! I am 5 mo pregnant so I ordered up. It is pretty roomy but has draw strings to tug in and create a bit of a waist. Considering purchase, but would size down to medium- that would work for both pregnancy and post!!

It is a looser fit through the shoulders and body.  It does have a drawstring around the waist to help with slimming it down.  It is a solid cross between a trench and military style jacket with very cute on-trend flower embroidery.  

Was comfortable and went with so many things. 

I thought this was pretty cute, but it fit a bit larger than expected. As a result it didn't work with what I had planned, so I wasn't able to wear this piece. Really cute details though!

I would suggest sizing down. It's really cute and different.

I loved the weight of it, perfect for a spring jacket. Embroidery is very pretty. The ruffle down the middle is pretty much invisible, but that's ok.  Nice basic piece, I wore twice and sent back.

I really enjoyed this jacket and received many compliments. Great embroidery details and super comfy. Perfect to pair with jeans. Does run VERY large. If you want to wear buttoned I would suggest sizing down. 

Fit well, I cinched the waist with the internal drawstring.  The drawstrings are really long so I wrapped them around.  Rolled up the sleeves and paired with denim and a tee.  Cute!  

I typically wear a 14 in Kate Spade, so I got the XL. It was very very big on me. I would absolutely rent this again, just in a L. The cinch in ties allowed me to wear it without having to send it back. Very cute jacket though. Nice relaxed look.

Pro: Cool jacket that look great with jeans.
Con: Runs big.

I usually wear a medium/large and the medium was huge on me! 

The fit and quality is fine. There is an unfortunate ruffle going down the front which I didn't notice in the picture. 

Fit was really large. I am 5'7", 127lbs, typically a 2-4, size small. I ordered an extra small and I couldn't wear it, it was pretty large on me. I like things a little loose but this jacket was just too loose. It was cute though!

I love the detail but it was too big. I normally
go up a size for jackets because of my broad shoulders, but this was just huge in a large.
