The dress is very pretty. Great  work dress 

I love the coloring and pattern on this dress.  When I first tried the dress on, it fit like a mumu.  I realized there was a belt in the bag, but it's unfortunate the dress doesn't have belt loops to help keep it in place.  The belt kept shifting throughout the day since both the dress and belt are the same smooth material.  I think I would try this again a size smaller and try it without the belt but liked the dress overall.

I rented this through unlimited and if they had sent the right belt (no biggie) I totally would have bought it. It's so lightweight and comfortable but the fabric is to die for. It did need a belt so I just used the one RTR sent even though it didn't match. I didn't care and actually kinda liked it! Will rent again for sure. 

It fit well through out. I got many compliments on it

The fabric is beautiful, and everyone loves the peacocks.  The dress is comfortable and easy to wear, but needs a belt for shape.  (There's a fabric tie included, but it's just a black fabric strip, so I subbed in a belt).  It's not clear to me if the sleeves are supposed to be long sleeves or 3/4, but they're definitely 3/4 length on me.  The ruffle at the bottom is kind of reminiscent of a dust ruffle.  Overall, I'm not sure that it's terribly flattering, but it's really fun, and wearing it is making me happy.

The pattern was great and I loved the vibrant colors! Runs very large! I am size M and the XS was too big on me. Definitely size down. The fabric has no stretch but it’s very loose and comfortable. It hits right between the mid thigh and knee. Cute for work or just out for the day with friends.

The peacock pattern and vibrant colors were amazing.  Much more vibrant in person.  I loved the ruffles at the bottom of the dress and it added some detail.  The dress runs on the large size.  The material quality was high.  

Love this dress. Silk, comfortable, great print. 

Can be worn with the belt, or without as a swing dress.

Loved this dress.  The ruffles at the bottom are adorable and the peacock print is a beautiful detail.  The dress definitely needs a belt to give a defined waist.  My favorite part was the sleeve with is a little belled and looks super feminine compared to other shirt dresses.  



This dress is super cute! The ruffle detail at the bottom makes the dress in my opinion.  This fits true to size and comes with a sash to use around the waist.  I did not see the little bag with the sash so I used a belt instead.  However, it looks very cute with the printed belt that comes with the dress.  I'm a tad disappointed I didn't see that it was included in the shipment until I was putting the dress back into the bag to ship. 

This dress is perfect for summer wear.  Don't wear on a windy day!

The length is perfectly appropriate for work too! 

I rented this pretty Kate Spade number and wore it to a work conference.  The peacock pattern in the blue palette made this dress work appropriate but not boring.  There is a sash that was included with my rental and it added the perfect touch by accentuating the waistline.  The v-neck opened just a tad low for me but I was able to pin it up.

I rented this for a friends rehearsal dinner. I chose to wear it without the sash and kept it a shift dress, but if I had ordered the XL I Probably would have used the sash. The ruffled him is very cute and I liked that you could tie or keep open the top. Lots of compliments and could be worn many places! I got this through unlimited and will hold on to it for awhile. 

This dress is one of my all-time favorites so far after almost a year of renting. It fit perfectly, but you definitely need the separate tie at the waist since a belt doesn't really work and it fits like a bag without it. With the tie, it was very slimming and flattering, actually a great length even though I'm 5'9" and SO comfortable. Kate Spade also makes gorgeous peacock earrings (check out Rocksbox) and a peacock purse (available on RTR) that were so perfect for my friend's peacock-themed party for her daughter! I will definitely rent this one again.

This one is my favorite statement dress!  The amazing pattern aside, the cut and fit were fantastic!  If you want compliments aaaalllll day long, rent this dress. I know I will again :)

I rented this for a relatives birthday party in San Diego. I loved the print and received compliments. I'm pretty curvy and found it flattering and conservative. It fell nicely just above the knee and wasn't tight at all. Very comfortable fit. The fabric was very light and made me nervous when the wind hit it, as it tended to want to blow up. Otherwise I was very happy with this rental. I wore it with the belt to give me more shape, but it was cute without the belt too.

But there are definitely cuter things out there on RTR. Also wrinkled very easily. On the plus side, the belt with this was actually much better than most similar ones I've dealt with, and the dress didn't bunch up too much around it. May rent again, doubt will ever buy. 

I got a lot of "I love your peacock dress!" comments when I wore this to work. It's a little short for my preference, but it worked out fine. I definitely think you need to wear a belt with this if you're looking for a more polished look. Would be a great spring dress!

I love this dress. The pattern is really eye catching. It did come missing a tassel which is disappointing. It not the end of the world. 

Runs large - definitely needs to be belted (either with the tie it comes with or another belt).  Loved the pattern - it's even more vibrant and beautiful in person but still understated. The sleeves hit at a slightly odd length and kept getting a bit stuck too high on my arms but otherwise no complaints.  Would rent again!

I rented this because I was in love with the Peacock print and the ruffle.   There Weren't too many photos when I placed my order so I  hoped it would be long enough for work.

It is not long enough for work (if you're 511 and want to Belt it).

It did come with a matching fabric belt but I thought it needed a little bit of contrast to break up all that pattern so I used a brown leather belt. I also tucked the tassels in because they always feels fussy to me.

Overall, it's a pretty cute dress, but it's something I'll save for a date night.

This dress has a cute print-- got a lot of compliments! The L was pretty baggy on me though, I definitely should have ordered the medium and would recommend sizing down. 

Pros: cool peacock print, pretty colors, easy breezy look, light fabric so good for spring or summer
Cons: silk wrinkles easily
Other considerations: runs huge! This may be great if you have a maternity bump or want a really loose style, but I would still size down. I preferred a belted look (it didn't come with the belt on the model so I used a brown belt) 
Final analysis: Cute look. Size down.

I wore this dress to several junior league meetings as well as around town for errands, lunches, etc. I was not sent the belt that goes with it, but it's cute without the belt too. It's very "flowy" and light enough to wear on a hot day. I would probably have bought it if I had also received the belt it came with. Would definitely rent again and maybe purchase.

Was a little big, but with the belt the overall fit is great.  Also, this dress is very comfortable.  I wore it all day to work and then again to Easter dinner with my family.

Loved the print and the fabric. Thankful it came with a belt because it inproved the fit. Runs a bit big. Would definitely rent again.

Cute, comfortable and fun.  Definitely runs a bit big so probably could have sized down, but with the belt still looked great.  The belt is definitely needed.  Great color and print.  Would absolutely rent again.  Loved the ruffle at the bottom as gave it a flirty aspect, but still work appropriate.  

I've rented this dress a couple times and it always gets a lot of compliments. It's very comfortable yet stylish so it's a great way to dress it up without feeling stuffy. This also was great beach cover up while hopping from town to town on the Amalfi coast. However this dress I rented did not have the tassels like the other times I've rented it, which made me a little sad.

The only size still in stock was a medium, which was HUGE but still wearable on my 5'2" frame. The provided belt was a big help. Had to tuck the sleeves up around my elbows. Length and style were appropriate to teach in before heading out to the party. Peacock pattern is beautiful, and breezy silk was great for a hot California September. 

Ran a little loose, but I think that's sort of the style. This dress was great for keeping my work wardrobe rotated as part of my unlimited plan 

This was one of my favorite Kate Spade dresses I have rented to date (and I have rented almost ALL of them). It was loose and comfortable and the peacocks were adorable (though my two year old kept calling them turkeys). I thought the dress was going to be more fitted and have buttons, but it was just a dress you could pull over your head (which I love). Easy to wear to work for a casual office or out with friends. I will likely rent again. 

Great for business casual workplace. Very light even with long sleeves. Work it to work in the middle of a hot and humid summer.

I loved this dress so much, I'm considering purchasing it! I love the fun peacock print and it fit my body perfectly. I normally wouldn't wear a long sleeve dress in the summer, but the fabric is light and the dress was airy enough I was still comfortable in the humid summer air. Going to hold on to it for one more event and decide if I want to buy. 

Worn without a belt, it's too baggy to be stylish in my opinion. Luckily, it comes with the matching belt. This is unlined and thin, so even though it has long sleeves, it's fine in the hot sun. I always wear a 12 in Kate Spade but the large was too big on me. Would order a medium next time, and would wear again! I'm 152 pounds, 5' 1".

Wore this little number from kindergarten graduation to a meeting with the boss and clients and I got complements everywhere. The pattern is small enough for a petite frame and the cut is very flattering. Thanks to another reviewer that pointed out there's a matching belt in the pocket of the garment bag! Considered buying this one.
