wore this fabulous dress for our engagement photo session!  

This dress made me fall in love with animal prints! I got many many compliments at the night time wedding I wore it to. It fit me perfectly every where - I loved that it was made of thick material and "flowy" so that I had plenty of room to eat and dance. I would definitely rent this dress again!

I loved it- fit well looked great all night. 

Wore this in New Orleans for a Bacheloette party.  Dress was great and received LOTS of compliments!  

I found this dress to be too big, especially in the middle.  I wore a pink scarf belt with it and that seemed to make it work better, but I still wasn't in love.  I'm very leery of Kate Spade sizing now.

I wore this dress to my sorority's anniversary luncheon. Loved it! Very flattering. I wish it was still available to rent!


The shoulders were a little narrow but the length and overall fit was perfect.

I loved wearing this dress and it fits so nicely. It flows beautifully and when paired with a chunky bright colored necklace and bright shoes it really pops. Wish I could buy it to wear again and again.

This is a shift dress so it falls loosely.  It's comfortable, flattering and classy. I'm big-busted, so often shift dresses stand out like a tent at the waist, but this is a soft, loose fabric and doesn't look like a tent.  

I rented to 8 and I was swimming in it.  Granted, I probably am more of a 6 now, but I thought it fit more like a 10.  Cute cute dress though.  The sleeve ruffle is so cute and great details.  

Really cute dress.  Got lots of compliments, wore this to a "couples" bridal shower on Saturday night.  Definitely runs large.  I normally wear a size 10 and I order a size 6 and 8 after reading the reviews.  Glad I did, it was the 6 was the fit better.  Dress has pockets that you don't see in the picture, kind of odd, but not noticeable when wearing.   Dress is also black and ivory, not black and white as I had assumed, not a big deal but I was a little surprised when I opened it.  Very well made, super cute.  Recommend this dress.  Thanks RTR!  

I rented this dress hoping to wear it for a synagogue function.  Based on all the reviews I ordered an 8 (often wear an 8/10) and unfortunately the 6 was not available for the weekend I needed it.  Well, this dress was lovely - heavy silk, fully lined, beautiful sleeve detail - and would have been perfect, EXCEPT that it was enormous and completely shapeless (though might have looked excessively boxy because it was too large).  I am thinking that this might be better on a bustier girl (more to fill it out!)...

Back it went.  The RTR service was terrific - the return was completely uneventful, and the help I received both on the phone and online was great.  I am looking forward to renting again; better luck next time!

I wore this for a charity luncheon and it was perfect! It definitely is a sheath dress. In the picture it looks like it is more fitted around the waist, but it's more of a boxy dress. I got at least 3 compliments and it was perfect for my event! I wore if with closed toed pointy black patent leather heels and gold accessories.

This dress is very pretty - lovely fabric and fun sleeves. It fits boxier than shown in the image and is not flattering on someone with hips and a smaller waist (ie. pear/hourglass shape). I'd recommend highly to someone with a straighter figure. 

The only problem was that it was really big. I had to add a tight black belt which actually turned out really cute. It would have worn me otherwise. Way too big around the waist and I ordered a 00

I wore this on Thanksgiving with my family.  Red suede wedges and red earrings complemented the dress wonderfully.  The dress was very comfortable - especially on an eating holiday!  I didn't have to be self conscious about my tummy.  I didn't find the dress as "huge" as past reviewers have mentioned.  I wear a size 4/6 dress and wore a 4 in this.  I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to look classy and put together in an instant.  Zip up the back and you're ready to go!  

I loved this dress online but sadly it didn't fit the way I wanted it to.  I typically wear an 8 so I rented the 6 and 8 but I was swimming in both.  It's just not very flattering, unfortunately I didn't end up wearing it.

This dress runs very very large.  I ordered a zero and it looked terrific after I pulled the back in by 5-6 inches.  I think you need a very large bust to fill it out.  A 00 would have been too narrow in my shoulders.  I was disappointed b/c this could be a really great dress.  On me, it looked like I was wearing a potato sack.  Normally, I am a size zero, sometimes a 2. I would suggest ordering 1-2 sizes smaller  unless you have a very large bust.

This dress was darling but I couldn't even wear it!  The shape is extremely boxy and swallowed me.  The top fit but I could have hid a basketball in the belly.  

I ordered this dress for a horse racing event in KY.  I usually wear a size 2 so I ordered a 0 and 2.  The dress runs large on a small hipped woman so I wore the 0. I wore opaque black tights and black patent leather peep toe heels.  I have never had so many compliments on a dress like I did on this Kate Spade.  Very stylish women wanted to know where I bought it, who made it, etc.  The dresses arrived in perfect condition and both still had the tags.  The sleeves are gorgeous and the color is beautiful.  I highly recommend this dress and I truly enjoyed my first Rent the Runway experience.  What a great way to wear a stunning designer dress that you otherwise may not be able to afford or you know you wouldn't wear twice.
