The buttons are functional the entire length of the dress. Fabric is sturdy and breathes, but I found it too "heavy" to wear in the sun on a hot day. Pockets that work (ie can actually hold something.) 

This dress was effortless. Fit perfectly, has pockets, quality and lightweight fabric. Will rent again!

Runs big. The neck is pretty high, so if your in a humid environment it could be uncomfortable. Needed to be ironed before wearing. Cute for 4th of July or a summer picnic. 

I wore this during my third trimester of my twin pregnancy and received several compliments! I felt pretty and playful in it and thought it accentuated my bump in a flattering way. Perfect for work and out and about. Would rent again!

This is a cute day dress. It's a little cutesy but worked for my Zoom meetings. It runs a little big as I usually wear a 4 and the 2 was plenty big enough. It was just below my knees and I'm 5'5". 

Very comfy fit. Even a little roomy in the waist. 

So perfect. Comfortable, cool for the summer, great material and POCKETS. Might keep this one :-)

I'm all over the place with sizes (4-10)  depending on how something is cut. This was a size 4 and fit perfectly. I thought it was black and white check but it's actually navy and white. Still very versatile. 

This dress was easy to wear and can dress up or down. Will rent again!

Super cute dress. Perfect for a casual day at the office. Can be dressed up or down. I found it more flattering with the buttons left open. There's also a LOT of fabric down below. I wish the waist was a few inches longer. It would have been so much more flattering. This almost felt like an empire waist.

I ended up buying this dress, you guys.  I'm sorry you can't see all of it in the pic, but trust me, you will look SUPER adorable in it, and will love the pockets.  It's cut to flatter everyone, and the fabric was cool and breathable.  Perfect summer dress! I wore it to the outdoor theatre.  

Wore this cute number to a bridal shower (and also work the next day). Which shows how versatile it is. It was comfortable and cool. Loved it.  I am short and was like peasantry surprised it still worked. 

Light material, deep pockets sleeveless arms nice a-line skirt got tons of compliments. I could have worn an 8 but it was not available. Looks like one of the gingham dresses Michele Obama might wear. Very flattering neckline and overall 

Easy fit, fun to pair with pops of color for multiple wears. 

I rented this for a barn bash themed party and it wasn't what I expected.  The material is find stiff and wrinkled easily.  I was hoping the collar would be more open but it was stiff and the waist sat a tad too high for me, I am hourglass shaped and normally love an elastic waist band but this one set right under my boobs.  It did have pockets though!

I love J. Crew sizing. I'm typically a 6-8 and a J. Crew 6 fits me *perfectly*. I wore this dress for Easter Sunday and it was perfect-- lightweight, but well-made and easy to wear. I even went on a little hike after lunch in the dress (swapped the heels for Chacos!). I would purchase this dress in a heartbeat.

Perfect fit and style - ended up going with the smaller size (wore a 4, but usually fall in between 4-6). Comfortable, and knee length. 100% recommend. 

Great fabric. The dress looked brand new. 

I am 5'3". The dress is a little longer than I would have liked but I put my own spin on it. Added a black belt, Jean jacket and chucks for a super cute 50s style look. Oh and FYI this dress has pockets. 

I would buy this dress in a heartbeat and I'll definitely rent it again! Very comfortable. Light weight, but still has enough thickness to hold its shape. I seriously had so many compliments on this dress. I have a large chest and button down dresses like this can be my enemy, but this one was perfect! I normally wear a size 16, but I sized up to 18 and it was perfect! 100% recommend!
