This suit is a lot if pattern when all together. But for a Mad Hatter? Perfect
Such a great and comfy skirt. Might be too much with the jacket, I didn't try. Will consider buying this
Overall Fit
Just right
JCrew normally runs one size big for me, but I was nervous that the 00 would be too tight in the butt/thighs area. There was plenty of room. Size down if you want it to fit high waisted like it's supposed to. Color is vibrant and stands out in a sea of boring navy and black. Good length on my 5'3 frame.
I received so many compliments on this suit combo. I was worried it would be too much pattern, but I really liked it. I got a size 14 skirt which fit, but was a little snug in the hips so it looks like there is gapping by the buttons. The skirt is fully lined and the buttons don’t come open.
It was slightly big in the waist and when I tried to jump over a puddle it was a tiny tight in the legs but who cares I’ve never got so many compliments. Wore with sheer tights and black pumps to work. Men and women alike complimented me all the live long day.
Professional, yet fun and total “Clueless” vibes! I wore this to a formal dinner party with a group of executive attorneys and couldn’t think of a more perfect outfit for the occasion! Was literally stopped on the street multiple times with compliments.
Perfect piece, I wish I had bought it
This wasn't a perfect fit--too big in the waist, but just snug enough in the hips that I don't think I could go down a size. That's just how it goes for the hippy in a pencil skirt. But I loved wearing this so much I had to buy it and now I want the blazer too.
As with the jacket, it fit very well and was quite comfortable. The colors were bright and fun, making the work suit more interesting.
Paired with the jacket and got lots of compliments.
Ok so technically it's not purple. It's a plaid of blue, pink, and burgundy, which actually makes it look purple even in person! I'm a typical 6, but RTR suggest both the 6 and the 8 as a great fit. I chose the 8. It was a little bit loose in the waist (I'm an hourglass so this wouldn't be a problem for Apple figures), but I think had I gotten a 6 it would have been too tight throughout. Overall I loved renting the matching blazer- it was great to brighten up the office on such a rainy day!
I liked this skirt a lot but maybe not very flattering for someone of my height and weight.
I rented the matching blazer with this. The skirt seemed to run a little bit big. I probably could have sized down. Loved the buttons up the front, but there was also a zip in the back so you don't have to unbutton any of them. Could probably pair this with a light pink sweater. I felt a bit like Elle Woods in the full purple suit.
Decided to wear this to a presentation I was conducting, opposed to an upcoming ceremony where I was being recognized for outstanding performance. I wish I had waited! It's super cute, and fits so well.
Beautiful colors! The button/wrap look is just for effect - no risk of coming open in real life it is decorative. Found it ran large. Kind of narrow in the pencil cut, but very cute.
I'm a tall girly but this hit a few inches above the knee for me. May hit lower if you are short so just check out the photos of other folks your size. I work with a black body suit and sneakers for a trade show.

Tons of compliments - pink + blue - looks great with the matching jacket!
I am typically between a 10-12 and the 10 fit great!
Felt like I was channeling Alicia Silverstone in this one. Paired it with a pale pink body suit and it was fire. Great length for work if you’re leggy.
The skirt fit just right and was a stylish addition to my work wardrobe. It’s a little on the short side so be mindful of how you sit, but it’s a great midi skirt for day to day workwear.
Overall Fit
Runs big
This skirt is a great length for work. It is long enough that when you sit down, it doesn't ride up.
Runs a bit large in the waist
Overall cute, but when sitting the slit before the bottom button can get a little short.
Fit around my thighs but not around my waist.
This is a really cute skirt but it was just too big everywhere. I'm short but not necessarily petite and it's rare that an 8R doesn't fit.
At the widest part of my hips, the buttons spread. Sadly, they’re faux buttons - just for show. Why anyone would design a piece like that is beyond me.
This was beautiful and would go with white, black, gray, burgundy, blue, or purple.
Originally rented the 4 (my usual) But the 2 fit great at the high waist (where it should be for the most feminine look) A great color for fall/winter. Pair with tights or bar legs, I wore a sleeveless black turtle neck tucked in (always tuck in the shirts ladies!)
Worn with a black blazer - perfect work outfit!
This fits like a glove - not too tight, not too loose. Perfect for working in a busy office environmental. Love the bold purple color - I paired with a jet black body suit and cute black tieks and it looked great!
This skirt was actually big on me but despite that the seam in front with the buttons puckers and would crease after sitting. Super cute and got compliments on color but the fit was jut too off.
Overall Fit
Runs big
The waist was too big so I couldn't wear it. Runs at least 1 size big.
It was fine for work but it did fit a bit larger than more size 4's for JCrew. I also wasn't a huge fan of the colors. It looked more purple in pics but it is actually light pink and red plaid.
Order down. I'm usually a size 4 or 6, the 6 fell off my hips. Otherwise super cute pattern!
This skirt felt like a 4 not a two. Paired with the matching jacket, my boyfriend asked if I was going to be in the new Willy Wonka. I am not sure what that means, but I am sure it was not a compliment.
