This dress is such a pretty color and I love the shoulder details, but it runs large. I would recommend sizing down. 

I would size up for more comfort but it was super cute! I loved that it had pockets!! 

I like the overall look. The fabric has a liner. But it is still light enough to wear in summer. But it shows every underwear wrinkle. Also need some spanx to cinch it all in. 

I got a 10 & 12 because I can never seem to get the right size with J. Crew. I’ve rented 10s that fit perfectly and 10s I could barely pull up! 
The 10 fit fine but the 12 felt more comfortable when sitting so I went with it.  Bonus -Loved the pockets!!

accidentally matched with my teammates at our donor dinner in Florida- the pink was a fun bold look for us all!

The color and fit were perfect and she has pockets! Only downside is it wrinkles very easily.

Love the color of this dress! Perfect pop of color for a Friday in the office. J. Crew usually runs 1 size big for me, so the 00 was perfect and TTS for the brand. The little "sleeves" are a unique detail, and allowed me to wear the dress without a blazer in my conservative office without feeling inappropriate. Dress has pockets! Hit almost at the knee on my 5'3 frame.

Not a showstopper but simple to pair with jackets and cardigans. Color is what makes this. 

The cut of the sleeves is actually what did it for me. Pink is not a color I usually wear but this shade was complimentary. What you gain in the comfortable, lightweight fabric you lose in the wrinkle-ability.


I just love this work dress.   The larger size was recommended and was bigger but I really liked it.  Very professional.  

Would be great on a pear shape, but it is cut in a way that makes me look pregnant. No thanks.

Professional and comfortable. Great pink color. I normally wear a size 2 in dresses but the 4 worked out well.

This dress has pockets, such a great surprise! Fits great, lightweight material. The little cap sleeves add a little flair to a pretty straightforward dress. 

True to size. Fabric feels great but wrinkles. I added the belt for a pop of color. Plenty of room to move and dance. Received a ton of compliments. 

Great dress. Comfy and has pockets! I ordered the 4 & 6, ended up wearing the 6. 4 would have fit but been a bit more snug in the hips so I chose the 6 to be more comfortable. I actually want to buy this dress it's that great. 

Fit was true to size. Fabric is prone to wrinkle. Nice work dress but needs flare added by jewelry, scarf, belt, jacket, etc. 

Fabric felt a bit thin and cheap but the beautiful pink color and flattering fit compensated!

This dress fit like an absolute glove. The material was  breathable so even in this warm Virginia weather I wasn't awkwardly sweating. 

I'm not even going to mention the pockets, those bad boys speak for themselves!! 

This dress was comfortable and professional.  I wore it both on its own and with the Badgley Mischka Pastel Striped Blazer. The pockets were a nice addition, and I appreciated that they were there without making the dress look bulky.

I would usually never wear pink, however, I wanted to branch out from my usual black & navy (which is why I started RTR to begin with)... I get so confident in this dress! It is very, very pink, however, made a great stamens dress. The cut was perfect. I usually size up with J-Crew and got a 16 instead of 14, but only because I have a full bust. My only problem with this dress is it wrinkles very easy. Otherwise, I loved it so much I just ordered the same dress in lilac and cannot wait for it to arrive! 

I wore this for a work event and it was comfortable, fit true to size and as always POCKETS are a winner! Would rent again if had other color options.

Nice spring color - arrived a little wrinkly but hung out ok - good fit, not too tight and no problem zipping up myself. Appropriate skirt length for work. Solid Unlimited rental.

Great hot weather dress but linen wrinkled somewhat easily. 

Perfect work sheath in a light cotton wool blend.  Great color and it has pockets!

Fitted but not too tight, size down if you're between sizes.
