It fit perfectly. Although I am very small chested so there was not much action going on there and it would fall a little too down but overall great fit. The straps would get on the way of dancing, and it really hugs your body so I couldn't take really wide steps either. Got a lot of compliments and I thought I would regret wearing it because I wasn't a fan of the color but it was a great hit!

I got this dress as as free backup for a wedding. I ended up going with the other dress I ordered, but I truly was in love with this dress! It's a beautiful color and very comfortable. The material is a little thin, but besides that it was so classy and I wish I had another event to wear it to!

This dress was fabulous. The wedding we attended had an outdoor ceremony and it was 90 degrees and humid but this dress didn't show my sweat. So many compliments - could not recommend more highly!

I'm 5'3 approximately 125 lbs,34 D bust with medium to dark olive skin tone.The length of the slit is a little low due to my height. I wore a black closed toes heels which was not flattering at all imo. My recommendation is open toe heels and shape wear. Shape wear is a must. Even with a light Spanx my belly button still seen in the photo. The dress was a bit lose and I was pulling it down all night. Other than that, it's a gorgeous, simple yet elegant dress. 

This dress was the perfect mix of funky and classy! Super comfortable. The color is even better in person. The pencil length is great and the slit is just the perfect Height. I received many compliments! 

I wanted a pop of color and have so many black dresses so this was perfect.  I wore this dress to a gala this weekend and wore a size 0.  Depending on the designer I usually am either a 0 or 2 and this dress fit me perfect.  It was form fitting but still super comfortable. The fabric, style and the drop sleeves were nice and the fabric didn't wrinkle in car or when I sat.  I really didn't want to take it off and this dress was by far one of my favorite dresses.    I received so many compliments and you will love this dress!

It's true to size; I decided to go a size up as I was a little snug with the "6". I danced the night away and I never had to pull it up or get out of the "sleeves". I would definitely rent it again if I could.

Gorgeous dress with such a beautiful neckline. It was perfect for a Mexico wedding when the heat is on. I go in between a 6 & 8 on Godrey; both would have worked but this gave me more room to dance & eat. Tons of compliments; paired with a bold earring & no necklace 

I loved this dress! Possibly one of my favorites that I've ever gotten from RTR! I got so many compliments on it and it fit me perfectly. It is so elegant and classy looking! I did go up a size, the 4 fit perfectly but I tend to eat and drink a lot at weddings and I wanted to hide some of the bloat.

My typical dress size is a 6. Size 6 was unavailable for the weekend I needed, so I took a chance and rented a size 4 and 8. I wore the size 4- it fit, but it was VERY form-fitting. I think the size 6 would have been perfect. The size 8 was too large in my torso/hip area.  Would highly recommend this dress!

Great fit. A little loose from the abdominal area but isn't too noticeable. Slit is just high enough to make it sexy. Hugs curves well. 

Overall, I loved the dress!! The style with the off the shoulders and split! Jay Godfrey dresses always fit me nicely. True to size. I wore a 0 which is what I normally wear. It wasn't super tight just form fitting in the all the right areas. I danced all night with no problems! I'll definitely rent again!! 

This dress was a stunner! Got compliments all day and felt amazing. Has some stretch and the arms are NOT restricted. Would definitely rent again. I suggest Spanx because of the little pouch I developed but I refuse to wear spanx until I absolutely HAVE TO but that's just me :D

In general I think Jay Godfrey dresses run a little big (I normally wear a size 2 and in Jay Godfrey I’m a 4). I rented a 4 even at 28 weeks pregnant because the material is pretty stretchy and it still fit great! The color is really vibrant and I received lots of compliments on it. Beautiful dress! 

This dress is the perfect color and perfect fit. The material is thick enough to feel confident but not super heavy. The drape on the arms is super flattering also. 

Very form fitting so don't make the same mistake as me and remember to wear spanx! 

Loved everything about this dress! I'm usually between a 8-10. The size 8 fit but was a bit too snug the 10 fit perfectly. It fit like a glove, it was comfortable, loved the off the shoulder part of it, really made the dress! It was so flattering. Loved it! 

This dress was so comfortable , elegant and the right amount of sexy. 
I received so many compliments, the theme was chic new age princess jasmine ! Haha and mostly everyone brought that up. The fabric is gorgeous and the slit on the bottom is not too obvious or desperate. I’m 5,1 , 110 Ibs and 32 C and the 0 fit like a glove. Love this dress

Say yes to the dress!!! The blue is SO beautiful in person. I got TONS of compliments all night! This dress was SUPER COMFY! The material stretched so I was sitting, dancing, eating, etc with zero issues . I want this dress permanently 

Tight but has some stretch to it. Also stays up well with dancing. Would recommend wearing with spanx.

The color is great- very teal, not all that blue. There isn't much of a fit difference between the 2 and 4- I wore the 2 because the 4 just seemed to hang weird because there was too much fabric in some places. It stays up, no worrying about exposing your top half! But I just didn't find the fit super flattering. It didn't really create curves- I think it requires you having curves for the dress to be most flattering. I'm not sure. I just didn't love the fit of it and wouldn't rent it again. 

Gorgeous color! Dress is bright, fun, and looks great in photos. I received many compliments! I am 5'3", 118 lbs, and 32D. I ordered and size 2 and 4, and wore the 2. The dress runs large. I wore a strapless bra just to keep the dress up since it was a little big, but you could probably go without a bra. I would definitely order again!

This dress was so fun and the color was great! I did think the size up was a bit more comfortable, it does not leave anything to the imagination.

I wore this dress to a formal wedding in Florida. I am normally a size 8 and it fit perfectly. This dress shows every curve. The good ones and the bad ones! I wore spanx with mine. I received plenty of compliments. It was very modest but sexy. Would def rent this brand again.

This dress is form fitting and perfect to show off your curves. Super comfortable. The slit was high so I had to get a little creative with my spanx. Overall I felt gorgeous in the dress and got lots of compliments on the color. Would absolutely rent again.

This color is gorgeous! I loved the sleeve detail and the form-fitting aspect. The back of the dress would slide down a bit to reveal my bra when I sat, but I adjusted and it was fine. The stomach was a little stretched out but was completely fine to wear. Comfortable and beautiful! 

From the color to the fit, this dress was a hit! In addition to being extremely comfortable, the straps were loose enough to give adequate range to dance. Will definitely order again.
