Nice fit with great lines, form fitting, love this piece 

Excellent comfort and put together look for work. 

Loved the details of this dress. It looks plain but it’s really stunning on. I’ve already worn it twice in the week I’ve had it. Once to a friends day time concert and another to a night time event. Lots of compliments! 

Great navy color!  Form fitting but a little stretchy so super comfortable. I loved the pleats!

The waist hits perfectly at the natural waistline, giving a flattering shape. Happy with a large.

Pretty plain but a good work dress. Could be worn with a cardigan 

Nothing super fancy or unique here but made with great material. Definitely a staple-type item. 

Solid rental but it was a little tight in the arm holes. 

At first it seems simple, but the way the dress drapes is fantastic. Especially if you have a post partum bump. It’s got a bit of stretch and so comfortable. I paired it with a jacket at a work conference and got compliments all day.

Really liked the material of this dress- no wrinkles throughout the day and it really kept its shape! I liked the small detailing under the bust and on the ribcage, but it caused the dress to pucker there slightly. Flattering, feminine and modest enough for work. 

Stretchy and really comfortable.  Dress up with a blazer or wear alone for a more casual summer look. 

So fun and flowy— great for the humid outdoor event. I paired it with some tan/white sneakers and a belt. 

I am curvy and petite and this dress is ideal for my figure. Loved it so much - I bought it to be a part of my wardrobe permanently 

This navy dress has a lovely color, but it’s a bit hard to put on and take off because the waistline is quite tight. If I rent it again, I’ll definitely size up.

I did not find this to be flattering on my postpartum stomach at all and did not wear it

I loved the simplicity of this dress. Great for somebody who is “hippy”, it has great lines and feels great!

I ended up buying this dress, so I think it’s safe to say that I loved it! Great for work and you can dress it up or down. 

Fit was perfect and got a lot of compliments at work. 

I had been eyeing this dress for work from the time it first dropped but it was always out of stock! Well worth the wait. So simple! So cute! TTS. 

Wore it out for the day on vacation and to work. What a great dress. Honestly would probably just buy it if it weren’t still so expensive. I really love the look and feel of it. Fabric was heavy without being too hot.

Solid work dress with good length, coverage, and fitted yet not too tight. Hit just at/above knee for 5’3”. High quality construction and fabric. Super comfortable to wear. 

This is super versatile and can be worn on its own or with a playful blazer or cardigan.

This dress you can dress up or down. Great fit & good for petites. Had a band around waist that I wasn't real fond of but overall good dress

This review is for the XL size which is the size RTR’s algorithm recommended for me. I think it is just a bit too tight, and as a result, is riding higher (i.e. shorter) than I’d prefer. I love the diagonal ribs in the woven design that run below and frame my chest. The fabric is not stiff or scratchy, but still very structured, so it hides my problem tummy and hangs nicely on my frame. The sleeves also were a bit too snug to be flattering, so I’d recommend sizing up. The attention to detail in the design and construction really are designer level. It’s a very nice staple that you can dress up or down.  

I can’t stress enough how much I loved this. Feminine and professional… was clean and brand new. 

A bit stretchy, not too long for short girls. 

Perfect dress to go from work to an alumni panel networking event. The bottom of the dress had a fun flow. There are tiny holes in the dress in case that might make you uncomfortable but not at all see through

SO classy!  Loved the fit and shape of this dress.  Slip on and go.  Lays perfectly.  Would consider buying. 

The waist line has noooo stretch. I’m a 36b and was able to get it over my chest but any bigger and I’m not sure it would be possible. The bottom has perforated dots that I thought would be see through so I wore a slip underneath but I’m not sure it was necessary.
