I wore a cami underneath this to make it work appropriate. 

Wore this while traveling for work and it was perfect for day but transitioned to evening well. Also great for covering up minor wrinkles! Very flattering and a fun style! Will rent again!

It’s a comfortable, well-fitting blouse. It’s just a bit relaxed fit. Nice fabric and neckline. 

It was more formal than I normally wear to work but it was definitely a statement piece. I got lots of compliments. The shape is so fun!

Great top. Runs a little big. Looks good with or without a belt. Can dress it up or down.

Love the pattern, flare, and cut! It’s a deep V neck, so I wore a cami. 

Material and style is, subtle perfect for work and casual wear  

Showed more cleavage than I anticipated. Wore a bodysuit under to help with keeping things professional. I gained some weight and felt like this made me look pregnant 😩 Probably a great choice for early trimester wear though (which I am not). 

Cute top for work & the puffy sleeves are very flattering. 

Was a cute top for work,  needed a little ironing but I wore as-is. Needed a camisole underneath. 

I really liked this top.  Wore to work followed by running errands.  Fit was good for my body type and love the color / pattern.  The bust is close fitting, and then it blooms out at the waist quite full.  A little too full for me, as I typically avoid big volume around the middle.  Overall a great top that will get you lots of positive attention.  Although a good rental for wardrobe variety, I would not purchase.

Wore this to work and got tons of compliments! It did run a little tight in the chest and shoulders if you have a larger chest, but very flattering and the colors are vibrant.

I loved this top.  It was cute and flattering when paired with a pencil skirt.  I did wear an attractive camisole under it since the deep v-neck was a little too much for me.

A tiny bit tight in the sleeve - but could ignore it

A little low cut so I wore it with a whit cami for a girls dinner and again with a black cami for work. Comfortable and striking

I love this shirt. The fit is very flattering. Wore for a public speaking engagement. It does have one quirk. Air can get caught under the shirt and it blows up exposing your stomach. It happened to me a couple of times. But I still plan to wear the shirt again. 

I wore this top multiple times to restaurants and the theater. It is comfortable and fun to wear. There is a lot of volume in the sleeves and the peplum, and the fabric is sort of a stiff poplin, but I liked it. Feels like the upscale style I expect from RTR. Unfortunately, did not get a photo.

Pretty, elegant top that may feel a little large.

If big sleeves make you feel powerful, this is the top for you. Was slightly lower cut than I expected, as others have mentioned, but it wasn't too dramatic on me. Loved the colors, and it was pretty comfortable overall.

Good length blouse that is perfect for work or casual wear.  Liked the puffy sleeves and the pattern.  Needed to be ironed to get the fabric to be a bit softer and not as crisp. 


The peplum of this item is very flattering. The top is ivory and blue. The skirt is bright white and blue and does not match.
