Long enough sleeves for me, which is rare. 

I wore this dress from work to a local winery and it was not only comfortable, but super chic and fit the vibe I was going for. The dress is TTS and I can’t wait to rent it again in the fall.

Comfortable, flowing dress with pockets. I loved the look with boots. Wore to a conference and felt very comfortable in it. 

…I figured it was worth writing a review. :) Seriously… compliments all day! I was comfortable and confident while giving my presentation at work today. A very flattering fit. Pockets! I love it. 

It had the perfect cinch at the waist so it didn't appear like a bag. Fun, easy dress to wear. Loved the pockets too!

I wore this multiple times during my rental and received so many compliments! It's fun and feminine while still being very appropriate for the workplace. The tie string in the middle helps make the garment look like a perfect fit.  

I felt so pretty and how flattering this dress is. I wore it to a wedding tasting at the venue. It was  comfortable, a nice weight of the material so it could be good for cold or spring/fall weather. The tie in front made my waist look smaller. Dress hit all the notes for me. Went grocery shopping after and received so many compliments from random strangers how beautiful the dress is. Would rent again! In terms of size, go with your usual. Most dresses I've been leaning to 14 and it fit great. 

This is a gorgeous dress with great construction. The fit was a little tight on my rib cage, with some extra room up top, but nothing noticeable.

This might be my new favorite work dress! Comfortable, stylish, and made me feel confident and ready to take on the day! I also wore with white sneakers for a cute, more casual look

This is a great dress for a fall day at the office and out and about the city! It’s thin so I work thick tights for the cool morning.

I rented this for work and it was perfect!! Received a lot of compliments and loved how different the design was. The material is on the thicker side so wouldn’t recommend for the summer if you live somewhere super hot. Fit true to size (normally 2/4)!

I received several compliments. I loved the fit and cut of the dress. It had pockets and tied at the waist.

This dress is perfect. It's flattering, cute and fits just right. The V neckline shows a little bit of cleavage. I wore this sightseeing and on a flight and it was a great outfit for both. It skims your body and accentuates an hourglass type of body really well. It's not skin tight and feels a little loose in the waist, yet very flattering. The fabric feels cool so perfect for hot weather.  

I got so many compliments! I rented this for a work event/dinner and loved it, but still didn’t want to buy it at the price point. I ended up renting it AGAIN for a work event/dinner and got more compliments. I ended up buying it and it has become a favorite! 

Great material and fit.  Pockets are always a plus.  Several compliments throughout the day.  I thought it might be more fall, but I’m wearing it near the end of spring—so I guess it’s multi seasonal!

Beautiful dress! Enough coverage for work, long, colorful and great quality. Currently 6 months pregnant and should have opted for the size 6 - a little tight in the waistband area.

I enjoyed this dress a lot. Fit very well and the tie at the waist makes it flattering. Incredibly comfortable. The 2 scales of the print together are really sophisticated and the palette of black, blue, orange/gold and white/taupe goes with everything. I’m not a big fan of polyester but since this dress didn’t wrinkle or cling I’d rent it again. It is a bit low cut but I have a bra with a bandeau style top and it works great. 

I was so pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this dress and I received many compliments as well. I’m typically a 4 but glad I got a 2 because it definitely ran big. It was a perfect dress for my work conference and I also winded it up wearing it to a classier first bday. The bow around the waist is adjustable so you are able to cinch it in and I loved the the two different pleating on the skirt. Would rent again! 

I really loved this dress the second i put it on. The structure and cut was overall really flattering and very comfortable. I felt like the dress was really well made and the tie in the front gave it nice shape but doesn’t snatch your waist. I feel like this runs a bit big since I’m typically a size 4 and I did still have room in this. 

This dress was great for a fall dinner out. It was true to size and not too long on my 5’4 frame.

I loved the vibe of this dress! Dressy but comfortable! I received loads of complete and felt confident all evening. The dress arrived sooner than expected, which is a plus, but I should have tried it on as I felt I could have gone down a size. I just tied the waist tighter and rolled up the sleeve cuff once and made it work. Would definitely rent again! 

Wore to work, and loved it. Great cut, sleeves, material. Perfect transitional weight. Only difficulty is that zippers up the back are hard to handle by oneself. Never my fave. Will be renting again for sure.

Such a flattering dress. Very forgiving cut and is so comfortable. It is low-cut so I wore a tank underneath. Goes great with boots or heels. Almost bought it. The colors are dark and warm, so it makes it a great early spring dress. Loved it!

Love this dress. There is a tie at the waist to make it fit your waist. The top is alittle big but it's not baggy and the cut is appropriate enough for work. Got tons of compliments 

I absolutely LOVED this dress. I usually rent 14's from RTR and after reading the reviews I went with a 12. While it was minimally tight around my rib cage, it was a perfect fit. I'm glad I didn't go with a 14 because there is so much material. Oh and can I just say, POCKETS!!!!!!! Why do I always want to buy the dresses that are WAY over my budget! All I can say is I'll be renting this again, it made me feel feminine while being totally comfortable all day!! 

I didn’t love this dress. Despite sizing down I was still swimming in it. Not so much around the rib cage which fit fine but the skirt and the poofy sleeves. It just wasn’t my style. Also looking in the mirror I felt cuter than when photographed. I don’t know why but it’s true. There was just too much bulk everywhere. But the color combo I loved. 

I thought it looked better in the photos on the RTR site than it did on the hanger or on me. It was okay, but a LOT of fabric and the print just doesn't look at nice in person. Worth a rental I guess, but not in love with it.

I rented this dress for my Aunt's 80th birthday/family reunion in Canada, in winter. I wanted a dress that I could wear black tights underneath given how cold it was there. I did not get any compliments on this dress and I did not expect to because I felt a little frumpy in it. However, I also felt like it was an appropriate dress for the occasion. 

This dress fit perfectly on me. Received compliments as well. It’s subtlety unique. I only wish the colors were a bit brighter. 

I wore this to a work retreat and absolutely loved it! The fit was great, very flattering and also unique. Was comfortable to move around in all day & doesn’t show sweat. 

Felt frumpy and didn’t love where the tie hit. 

Feminine and nice rich fabric. Wore with pumps for early Spring. I had to pin bust-line for work. Lots of compliments. Will rent again in early fall and will wear boots! 

Belt cinches to give some shape. Colors elevate a black dress. True to size. Pinned top to avoid cleavage. Travels well without wrinkling or losing shape. 

Liked the color and pattern more in person than expected. As others noted, it is lower cut than appropriate for work and I had to wear a bodysuit. 

The 2 was enormous and so ill fitting, I couldn’t possibly wear it.
