This was great for my work conference. Probably could have gone down a size but the extra room was comfortable for a 12 hour day. Loved it 

Got a little wrinkly but loved the length and bold patterns.  Im a little busty and it didn't feel too tight.

The dress is so comfortable, it has a lovely fabric lining that felt so good on. Cute for a more casual workday.

Wore to see friends and family, comfy to run around in. Love it and considering buying it!

since renting work fits from RTR, i feel more confident and motivated going to work everyday since I do not work from home. Love the black and white simple print. Dress fits well and comfy

I just rented this again because I loved it so much! It fits great and is really beautiful. It’s a bolder pattern than I’d normally go for and I’m so glad I tried it! It’s true to size. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it. Can’t wait to wear it again!

Lovely dress. It has an underskirt & it doesn’t wrinkle easily. I also felt the cut & print were a nice that made me look slimmer.

Loved this dress! Super comfortable, fit great. I am usually an M/L and have a wide rib cage- the M was slightly tight around the ribs and buttons gaped the tiniest bit. Still looked and felt great but I may try the L next time to compare. Great piece!

I got lots of compliments. Super easy.. maybe a little beachy for work, but wore it anyways.

I waited 6 weeks for this dress and was so happy to get the alert that it was available as I was picking my next order. This dress fit like a dream and looked sharp all though a long day. Comfortable and professional looking, with pockets!! It was definitely worth the wait. 

Felt great in this. I am self conscious of my arms but this was comfortable and confident. TTS. 

This was a great bump friendly option given it has the elastic/smocked waist band. Even thought this was lined it was still very light weight. Overall, an easy yet flattering work dress. Will definitely rent again and would normally go for a XS or S not pregnant. 

I wore this to a big company work event where I had to speak on stage it was gorg and got me lots of compliments. The only down side is she wrinkled SO FAST. I had to sit and get up on stage and sit again and get up on stage and every-time it wrinkled more and more no matter what I tried.

I think I could have gotten away with a large. I’m between a 12/14 right now and I rented an XL. This was comfortable and good for teaching. I appreciated the sleeve length too! 

Wore this to work and got a lot of compliments. Stretch in the waist. Fabric is cool and light to the touch.

I loved this dress so much that I wore it twice.  Once for a meeting with VIPs and another more casual work day and it was perfect for both.  It is comfortable, flattering and has pockets!

The ruched elastic of the waist is higher than I like (right up on the under-boob). Other than that, it's a lovely ensemble.

The scrunch waist will make this fit anyone well if you get the chest sizing right. My only dislike was how easily it wrinkles 

I really enjoyed wearing this with relaxed styling but I’m sure it would be great all dressed up as well. Near perfection but the elastic band around the arms were uncomfortably tight; easy enough to ignore for the majority of the wear but still noticeable.
