Not something I'd ordinarily pick out but fun to try! Love the color. It nips in quite a lot in the waist which makes it more flattering than you might think.  Has a light silky texture. There is a deep slit in the front that was too revealing for work, so I wore a camisole under it. I liked how the back hem of the dress dips down lower in kind of a v shape. Really fun rental!

I have been wanting to get this dress ever since RTR added it to their inventory but my size was never available! Finally a wonderful RTR representative helped me place the order for this and I have to say this is one of my all time favorite dresses from RTR.  The fabric is light, flowy, it looks amazingly professional but chic at the same time.  This is one color that will look good on any skin tone.  The only con to this dress is that the ribbon/belt on it has ZERO give - so when putting it on its slightly tight around the shoulders when pulling it down over your head (no way getting it up past your hips if you step into it instead, unless you are only skin and bones) - but once it was on it was perfect! I got compliments ALL DAY! (sorry for the poor quality picture) For reference I am 120 pounds 5'8 and wore the 2R.

I'm usually a size 4 and thought that this size 4 was a tiny bit tight in the waist. Not sure I would go up the next size because it fit everywhere else perfectly. But if you're in between sizes, I'd size up. Beautiful green print. Asymmetric bottom with midi length, but it wasn't too trendy, it was tasteful. The front slit in the chest is also tasteful (but does show some cleavage so if your work is very conservative, this might not work for you). 
I received compliments on the dress from other fashionable women.  Finding the right shoe was a bit difficult. I thought it looked best with a black pointy low to mid heel. Didn't look as good with flats or sandal heels. 

I loved the way this fit! It's fairly long so is perfect for tall ladies. It flowed beautifully and I loved the pattern and the color. 

This is easily one of my favorite rentals - such a sophisticated, ladylike dress!  The fit is just gorgeous and so flattering - nipped in waist defined by a ribbon waistband that is not tight, with a blousier top and a skirt that flows over the hips without being too voluminous. The bodice of this dress is just magic for a small-chested person - though the keyhole is fairly low it is very well-cut so I wore a cross-back bralette and it didn't show at all, nor did I feel like it was too revealing. It was perfect for my creative office, but it would also be nice for an event (casual, cocktail, or whatever) and could work braless I think. Larger busted ladies may have a more difficult time making it work with the cleavgae although the fit shoukd be ok because the bust is draped and there is space.

The length is a long midi. Really just a beautiful dress and a joy to wear - I will be keeping it for a little longer and will likely rent again!

Fits true to size, maybe a little tighter in the rib cage. Im 5'8" and it hit below knee. A great pattern and lots of compliments. 

Great dress, quality material, lovely color and the description accurate. The keyhole is revealing, but I was going for a bit of a sexy look. I would rent again.

Wore this to work for a presentation and couldn't have been more pleased. The length was a perfect midi (I am 5'7"), the cinched waist was very flattering and the green color is striking. As other reviews have noted, the neck is deep (it would have been too revealing for work), but I wore a camisole under the dress and then it was totally fine. Received so many compliments! Thanks to one of the RTR stylists for picking this one when I wrote to RTR saying I was having finding work clothes on the site - love the customer service!

I rented this dress for a pitch and i received tons of compliments all day. Its striking, elegant, and professional. Perfect for an occasion where you need to be conservative but not boring. Highlt recommend!

The 2 fit great, but I had to put the dress over my head to zip it up! If you have a bigger chest area, size up. 

Great fit, cinched at the waist. Im tall so it hit right around mid calf. And i wore with black short booties. To work and to a broadway show! Very light weight and comfortable

I rented this for my daughters baptism and really enjoyed it. Very easy dress. Comfortable, flattering, unique. Kind of a little extra fabric though. Otherwise great. 

I LOVED this dress. Very sophisticated look for work. The ribbon around the waist has NO give. I had to think skinny thoughts to get it zipped. Once it was zipped it looked great (NOT tight looking!), but I wasn't sure it was going to make it!

I wanted this dress to work so bad, as it was perfect besides the broken zipper.  Customer service was helpful with getting me a replacement. 

I wore this to work from my monthly subscription. The keyhole is just the right cut to be pretty yet professional. The long sleeves and length keep it totally work appropriate. Would definitely wear this again or even purchase.

This dress was perfect for work. The length is great for winter (about mid calf on me) and the color is vibrant. The chest is a bit low cut so I wore a bandeau bra to make it more modest. All in all, one of my favorite rentals!

Unique print, fit & style! Highly recommend if you want to be one of a kind in a sea of grey at the office ;) 

If you are busty, this will show a lot of cleavage and breast-top.  

This dress is amazing. Flows beautifully. I've never had luck with dresses that hit mid-calf but this one pulls it off. Wore it with knee high boots and it was perfect. The waist is small and there's no give, and the zipper is a little tough to work with (not for fit reasons, it just got stuck a bit), but this is a dress I am going to rent over and over, I can tell.

The keyhole cuts a little lower than I expected so just be aware of that if you have a lot of cleavage. Luckily I have a smaller chest so it wasn't inappropriate. The length is about mid calf, and the top is blousey. I really really loved this dress. Got so so so many compliments and really fit like a glove.

This dress was much brighter than I anticipated, but it was perfect for a holiday party. Most of the dress was true to size, but the chest was snug. I had to pin the keyhole closed because it was pulling open and felt a little too revealing. Once it was pinned closed it was fine, and I received quite a few compliments. 

The keyhole is definitely low for work, most especially if you are busty. A fun pop of color for a drab winter.

I would've been absolutely in love with this piece if it didn't run so large in the chest. I felt like Kate Middleton!

all sorts of comments about this dress. the hook-and-eye closure at the neck is a tad scratchy. however, i recommend using it to make this already-a-showstopper even more unusual; otherwise it's just an open neckline. it's got a deep V, and as others have commented, i wore a black cami to be more modest. that said, the top is very blousy and loose, even though the waist was cinched, so there was NO EVIDENCE of any boobs whatsoever. definitely an oddly-cut dress. that said, if the waist had a whisper more give, it would have been comfortable, and i have a small waist. i could sit and eat, but it was JUST okay; like JUST. for all these criticisms, the color (vivid emerald), print, and style of the dress is really stunning, and i totally stood out (in a good way) at the occasion. i wore dark hose and boots. the bottom of the dress has some flair and flounce. the long sleeves kept me warm and comfortable. if you don't want to blend in, this dress is for you!

This dress i stunning. Beautiful color and details.  Unfortunately it was far too ling on me and i could not wear it.  Im 5'5. Rented the 8 and it was low calf length.  Too bad, but better for tall girls. 

I really wanted to love this dress, but the waist was sooooo tight! I have a pretty straight shape and am also taller (5'8") so it could be that the waistband just hit too high on me. Note that it has NO GIVE. I would try again with a size 4, as the print is really beautiful, and the flow of the dress is lovely. 

The green print on this dress is really striking and its a nice alternative to a sheath dress at work.  You have to wear a camisole underneath the keyhole (I seriously don't understand why designers make clothes with weird holes that would otherwise be work appropriate).  The waist is a tiny bit weird in the dress--both the top and the bottom bulge out a little from the waistband.  All in all, I got some compliments and the dress was very comfortable.  Not a stunner, but definitely a solid find.

The hem length was too long and made me look dwarfish. I am 5'4" so anyone with that height should keep it in mind. The bodice was snug as a glove and so were the sleeves. It is a beautiful piece and true to actual size other than the length for a petite person.

I am a solid size 4 and could not even get this dress over my head/shoulders due to the waist belt being so tight. Its a shame because the dress is beautiful. I never wore it and sent immediately back. Recommend sizing up for sure. 

Gorgeous dress, loved the material and the fit of the 2, (I'm usually a 0) but the length was about 12" from the floor.  I'm 5'2".  So that's a no.  If you're over 5'6" this is probably the dress for you.

I wanted to like this rental, but I really didn't. I will say the fit was spot-on.  I didn't have any issues with it fitting anywhere and the length was just about mid-shin.
The keyhole at the chest is REALLY not work appropriate. I paired this with a nude cami, and that's where things started to go wrong... I hated how the cami peeked through the hole and thought it looked tacky. Maybe it would have been better if I went with a black cami? I also paired it with black t-strap heels. Between the shoes and the mid-shin length, I ended feeling like a bad Broadway dancer. In retrospect, styling was my downfall, but I didn't like the dress enough to give it another shot.
