Loved this skirt! I wore it a ton and it fit perfectly. Will definitely rent again and might even buy it — perfect closet staple.

This was one of my favorite rentals ever! The smocking was a little bit long for my short torso, but I just folded it a little and it worked great. 

Very flattering and versatile. Almost bought it myself it’s gorgeous ! The fit is super comfortable and easy as well.

Took everything in me not to keep this skirt. I only wore it once, but WOW!! I could see this being a repeat wear in my closet. Not see through AT ALL, light weight, and has pockets! I thought the waistband would look weird on me because it’s so long, but I actually really liked it! Sad to be returning it

Loved this skirt for the option to style it lots of different ways! It’s so comfortable and has lining so not see through at all. I wore it a couple times but my favorite was pairing it with the blue halter also from RTR. 

This is a very high quality skirt. It has a lightweight, breathable lining that eliminates the everything-showing-through-white worries. It has a poof to it, which is fun, but I wore it with a bright, lightweight fitted cardigan (not in the photos so you can see the skirt better) and I was giving off 50’s housewife on Bridge Club day vibes. The elastic kept riding up to fit around my waist instead of further down my hips but I think that’s what made it so slimming. This would look great with a structured crop that shows just a bit of the cinching on the skirt.

Was really perfect with the top. Wore walking around San Juan. The waistband rode up and I was adjusting often, otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

This skirt was so great and comfy. I wore it to travel in and was the perfect outfit. Cute but comfy! The fitted part of the skirt was very lengthy however with how it’s made you can simply fold the waist and down and to shorten the length 

I love the high quality of all Hill House Home designs! A beautiful crisp white cotton fabric with a decent lining that prevents it from being see-through. The smocked high waisted portion looks a little strange worn with certain tops, but looks cute paired with a basic tube top. Overall I liked it a lot! Nothing special but a great everyday basic, especially for high-waisted fit fans! :)

Read some reviews that said it only works well with crop tops but I tried it with some longer tops and it worked too. Very comfortable, well lined, works great if you’re short and TTS. Personally, I’m not a bright white person. Would love to rent it in darker colours.

Wear with anything. I pulled it over a swimsuit then added a blouse and heels for dinner. Heavy cotton. Flattering smocked waist. 

Rented large based on rec but could’ve probably gone with medium which is my normal size? Didn’t feel too big though. Super versatile, definitely want to buy!

Easy on the belly! Can fold up or down to be above or below belly. I used a cropped tshirt with it, a cable knit sweater at times, so versatile. Great for pregnancy!! 

Perfect length on me and im 5'5". Hits right at my ankles!

So cute and comfortable. This skirt was exactly what I was looking for and fit perfectly. Lightweight and true to size 

Loved so much I bought it—perfect with a cropped tank. I like to fold the waistband to make it less prominent 

Fit is TTS. This skirt is so comfortable & airy. There is an extra layer underneath, so no worries about it being see-thru. Can be dressed up or down. Might have to buy this one. 

This skirt is a great summer staple, especially in 90 degree weather. I didn't wear the skirt as a skirt since I found the ruching area to be a bit unflattering on my body. Instead, I pulled it up to wear as a dress and it was super cute and flattering!

Good basic but may be a bit overwhelming on those who are on the short side. 


It was a no from trying this on.. at first you question: maybe it’s a strapless dress and you made a mistake? There’s just so much material and this is everything I didn’t want in a skirt. Sadly didn’t get to wear it, beautiful summery material.

Very useful white skirt.  Super high waist.  This is useful but it's also a crunchy material so it looks a bit boxy in photos o 

I wish the scrunchy part was a bit smaller, or the length was a little longer on me. I am 5'5 and found it tough to pair with the right top & shoes

The quality and fit of this item was great, but it didn't make me feel as confident as I was hoping. I felt like it accentuated my stomach, but that's a me problem. The skirt is lovely, just be mindful if your midsection is an insecurity. 

meh, I don't like how the waist was. Needed a crop top with it. very comfortable. 

This felt like a lot of fabric, wasn't flattering
