Really pretty and flattering jumper. To me, it was a little large for the size, but I have really skinny legs so didn't have the same problem as some other reviewers. I received compliments from both friends and strangers. It is sexy in that effortless kind of way that i love. I highly recommend renting this piece. 

I am a  12/14 so I was cautious and ordered a size 14. Was too large but wearable. The waist fell down and didn't lay on my waist but it didn't stop strangers stopping me throughout the day saying how much they loved my outfit.

I loved wearing this for a day. I paired it with my new favorite sparkly sneakers.  Three issues - the waist was so big that I used a tie belt I had lying around to hold it up (and I don't have a small waist). The thighs were roomy in a not super flattering way. The ties at the cuffs kept coming undone. Still happy I wore it for a day. 

Because I am pregnant, but my mom and I are the same size otherwise, I had her put it on and I have never seen life breathed into someone so quickly that I immediately bought it for both of us. Perfect fit, great material, and looks perfect on. Rtr does it again!

Fit well, was comfortable. Elegant & edgy. Got lots of compliments. Would wear again!

Comfortable and classy. Loved the peekaboo ankles. Could've gone a size up for more room on the bottoms. 

Yes pants are fitted around the calves but it was manageable. The top back portion cuts a little low, threw on a black cami and was fine. Received tons of compliments! I'd rent again 

Perfect fit. I loved this jump suit. It's cut perfectly, has pockets and drapes like a dream. I wore it for work and play and will rent it again. 

Loved this jumpsuit. It fit me perfectly on the calves and looked great with my mules. I did not expect the waist band to sit so low - it sits on my hips. The top was a bit roomy for me. 

Really classy could easily wear this to work, to brunch to a date and to a club and feel perfect in all situations. There is no zip you fit into it through the unbuttoned neck hole. Had to squeeze my butt in and I wear a size 10. Glad I read reviews and sized up. Though once butt was through the hole it was really roomy. 

Only other thing was it was tight in the calves for me.  I work out a lot and have a bit of a squatters butt and strong calves but would never consider them "big" calves- never have an issue with boots or pants usually.... 

Love love love this romper! I go between a two and a four so I ordered the four. Going slightly larger allowed the romper to fit loose and flowing. So classy and sophisticated. Comfortable and not too hard to use the bathroom. At 5 ft 4 the romper hit me at the ankles so I did not have trouble with the tight fitting Calves as some of the other reviews mentioned. But I could see it might be a problem for a taller person. 

There is a beautiful slit in the back so remember the appropriate undergarments as the top of your black will show. I was traveling and forgot a special bra so I ended up rocking the sports bra look in back

Wore this jumpsuit for a work dinner and loved it. It's simple, but has nice accents like the ties at ankles, flared sleeves and slit in back. Can be dressed up or down! Would definitely rent again. 

I wish I could buy this jumpsuit.  It was loose and flattering for a curvy girl.  I received tons of compliments and felt confident in it.  Great piece!

The top was so large compared to the bottoms. The pants fit nice while the top was a bit too large for my liking 

Super cute jump suit!  This will not work good if you have larger calves.  I am 5'8 and 166 lbs.  I usually wear a use 12, but the 10 R fit perfectly.  

This is a great option to wear to work and to wear out. It's open in the back so for work I had to put a black tank underneath. The legs were a bit baggy around the thighs but otherwise the fit was great. Size down if in between. 

Jumpsuits are meant to be worn comfortably. Make sure to be aware of your body measurements when ordering a jumpsuit. If a jumpsuit is too tight, it can look tacky. I'm 115 lbs, 5'4", have long legs, and I ordered the 2R. It felt comfortably and I wore this to work at least 8 times. It has a slit in the back which wasn't too revealing, and the look of the sleeves being flared slightly is uber chic. When other reviews mention the ties being weird, I think they mean that the slits at the sides of your legs are weird. Other than these slits. 

As for weather conditions or temperature considerations, I wore this during 60-70 degree weather. Anything above 74 degree weather is too hot to wear this in. 

Me: 5'1", 32DD, 8/10 in pants and medium or large ( petite ) in fitted tops, short torso/arms, skinny calves with big thighs, lil bit of a belly

It was overall too big on me - you can see how baggy it looks. The elastic waist band helps to cinch but fell in a weird spot on my short torso and because of my lil belly. The legs also bunched up since I'm short (pardon my ripped tights in the photo). I'll try again in a size smaller.

Loved this fun jumpsuit! Only negative was the open / low back that required a low-line bra. The fit was great for my 5'8 and long torso frame. Elastic waist is nicely done so it doesn't look frumpy. Wore to a fundraiser for my Kids' school and felt festive but not overdressed. Would rent again!

Loved the upper half of the jumpsuit!!! It fit very well all the way down to the calves. If you have really skinny legs this would be the cutest ever but I unfortunately do not. It ties around the ankles but there was not enough fabric in the calf portion it looked way too open. If there was a bit more fabric it would have been a dream suit. I wore it for our company photo shoot and they will crop the pic from the waist up so still a good rental piece but will not be renting again. 

Pros:
- nice lightweight material makes it pretty versatile
- can be dressed up or down with accessories and styling
- if all fit well, could be a great comfy staple 
- full enough coverage to be work appropriate (although slit at back shows standard bra band) 
- top was roomy enough for my broad shoulders (which I imagine would also be good for chestier gals)

Cons: 
- as others noted, the calves have a snug fit. I have an athletic build, but slim legs and the left leg (oddly not so much the right) felt like it was catching on my calf
- I wore a cami underneath to make it work appropriate due to the back slit
- constantly felt like I was adjusting the waistline. Too high and I felt like I had a wedgie, too low and it lost waist definition (I have a long torso, if that helps your decision.)

Other: 
- I'm 5'7" with longish legs and the ankle ties hit just at my ankles. Would likely be too long on someone shorter
 - generally, it was a good one-time option for me, but wasn't terribly flattering and the little quirks made me fuss with it more than I like 

Rented this for my work holiday party.  As others have said the calves are very tapered; too much so for my runner's legs.  I wore it and got used to it as the night went on.  The back slit also made wearing a normal bra difficult.  Still got lots of compliments.  Probably wouldn't rent again.

I wore this to an outdoor event because I didn't want to wear a dress for sitting on a blanket, but I wanted to be cooler than jeans because it was hot out. It fit...ok. I thought the butt was a little bit saggy (and my butt is not super small), but it was kinda fun to try something different, as I would never have tried it on at a store. I paired it with a chunky belt to define the waist a little (even though it is elasticized there). Wouldn't rent it again. 

I really wanted to like this jumpsuit. It's ill-fitting though. The proportions are strange. I know it's supposed to be cropped length but hard to understand where it should hit the leg.  I'm 5'3" and it came exactly to my ankles which is better than 5 inches too long like some other ones I've tried. As another reviewer noted, the calves are snug. I have athletic legs, but I'm not crazy muscular - while the size 4 was not too small, it felt strange. I also wish  the torso was a little shorter from shoulder to waistband. There's a slit up the back that gapes oddly because when I wear the waistband at my natural waist, there's just too much fabric on top. But I have to wear it at my natural waist because otherwise there's very unflattering draping over my lower abdomen. I'm not sure a petite size would fix that, other rompers/jumpsuits have fit me perfectly in the torso. Anyway, this just wasn't right for me!

Unfortunately the size small was all they had so it was too roomy and did not drape as expected. I need to go a size down. 


I am a square-shaped apple, and this was still initially difficult to get over my hips without curves. Once on, the fit was nice. I liked the open back, flouncy waist & leg tie details. The pockets are an added bonus, will rent again.

This is a no brainer. Hair in a bun, two secs to pull this one and you look like a million bucks. Very forgiving and can be dressed up if need be. Halston always has great quality and fit. 

Its a great jumpsuit to be dressed up or dressed down. The ankle tie is really cute. Its easy to get on and off by yourself in the bathroom (a common downside of some jumpsuits). VERY flattering!

Love the fit of the top and through the leg. The ties on the ankles are a sweet touch! I usually avoid jumpsuits as I have shorter legs, and this one ran a little long, but i was able to make do with tying the ankles and wearing heels. So many compliments!

So fun to wear. Very comfortable and easy to wear. Pockets are awesome.

Wore this for a formal dinner party we hosted. I'm long in the torso and at 5'10" I was skeptical, but it fit great, was flattering and very comfortable. Loved the pockets and the tie detail around the ankle. Paired with statement earrings and bracelets, but could have easily gone subtle on the earrings and done a statement necklace. So fun! 

Wore for a Christmas party and on Christmas Day. As others said the calves were slightly tight but did not make a difference for me. Would definitely rent again. 

SO comfortable, so stylish. Was a very simple jumpsuit, but the little details kept it from being boring. This is one I wish I owned! 

I am normally either a six or eight depending on the outfit. The six mostly fit but was a little snug. i would've been more comfortable in an 8, especially in the top.
