I adored this coat. It is a substantial, thick knit, lined with drawstring to cinch the middle. The pockets are deep. It kept me warm in 40 degree weather. Looked super classy when I was out--kind of a Melanie Griffith Working Girl vibe. Wish I could have kept it!

I rented this coat for a work trip to Shanghai and wore it almost every day.  It flawlessly transitioned between work and casual sightseeing. The temperature dropped as low as 45°, and with a sweater underneath, the coat is plenty warm. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it just seemed kind of basic to me, but I got multiple compliments on it too, so maybe it is a standout in some way. Recommend, but I don’t think I need to own it or rent it again.

I wore this on my trip to London and Paris! It was perfect and warm. 

I rented this for a trip to Europe. It's not super warm but worked well for the 40s and 50s degrees we had. It adds a little bulk and is not very slimming but it was comfortable and classy. 

Very big, but had a cinched waist which helped the fit. Looked great over a very fitted outfit. 

Definitely oversized, but perfect for cold winter weather because you can easily wear over thick layers.  Has an elastic cinched waist that adds shape. Warm enough for cold and windy NYC winter.  Would absolutely buy if I could!!

I actually loved this coat. It was a little unshapely as others have said, but I cinched you're the waist as tight as I could and wore it for a month or so in MN early winter (30s). It was so cozy and very warm and even though I thought I looked huge, I got tons of compliments. 

Love the cinched waist and it was so slinky/comfy. Big pockets. Good for low 30°s

This jacket is like wearing a blanket. It's so huge and cozy warm. It may not be the most flattering coat, but you won't care when you're snuggled down inside of it. Order a size down. (I did not... hence the result.) it has a unique cut to it and I think would look great if you could get a better fit. Did I mention how cozy this was? 

Warm coat but shapeless and too big. Can't imagine any way to make it look chic or fashionable. Large, frumpy sweater coat

This coat is amazing. The picture don’t show how beautiful this coat is.  The fit is wonderful. 

Very warm and thick. You can throw it over anything and look good. 

Fits perfectly. Kept me warm the entire day in NYC with below 50 degrees. Goes well with everything. Gives you extra confidence while walking along Streets of NYC. This is something you would keep in your wardrobe. 

Wore this on a weekend getaway to San Francisco. Perfect for the plane, chilly weather, and super cute! 

This def runs large. I got an XS and would have been swimming in a small. There is silky lining and the fabric is soft like a warm blanket. I am short 5 feet and it cinched right at my waist. 

It gave me shape and was warm. After months of keeping it, I finally bought it. 

I straight-out loved this and kept it for about a month and a half! The fit was beautiful on my petite bod, with a kind of bungee cord on the inside that allows you to cinch in the waist as much or as little as you like. If it were warmer, I would buy in a heartbeat, but I live in the northeast, so it's really best for fall and spring.
Note: I have a short torso and short-ish arms and the coat was perfect on me. Maybe not for long-limbed types.

Can’t say I love this coat but I like it a lot. Coat is warm, looks bulky, but is lightweight. Sort of like a big oversized sweater coat. I do love the shawl collar; it feels great around my neck. Paired with boots and a bright red scarf it’s perfect for a holiday look! I’m 5’3”. Think it runs large. I’d downsize but wasn’t available at the time. Hits just below my knee so good length for many of my dresses. Would consider buying in smaller size but too expensive now. So I’ll stick with renting. 

It was a bit too much fabric for me. A belt would have helped a ton. Maybe next time!

styles are loose and baggy now, I get it.  But if you are on the short side, this baggy coat works against you bc the fabric is so thick.  I can pull off a baggy look when the fabrics are thin and move more.  This just kind of made me look wide and dumpy.  Tall girls, go for it-- it is cute in person!

Ok, I personally found this pretty dowdy, maybe me look bigger than I am especially around the middle, although it was a really nice soft fabric. I also didn't realize there's an interior clasp that tightens the waistline so I found the waistline really tight. Not a big fan personally and only wore once. 

This coat is very soft, comfortable and warm.  great for those days you are getting in and out of the car for work or errands on a cold day.

Super warm without being overly heavy. Really loved it!

The fit is loose and comfy, great for layering and chunky sweaters under it. The draw sting detail at the waist is an attractive feature. The fabric  and multi gray color allows for versatility  with many outfits.  I simply love this coat and will rent again before the season ends.

I wanted to say that it runs true to size, but it does run a little on the larger size due to the style and intended fit of the jacket. its  meant to be 'over sized' and it is fitted in all the right places, with the option of a cinching  waistband to give it a little more shape if desired. Will end up purchasing 10/10

Great look.  Received more than one compliment.  Perfect for Georgia winters.  I’m in need for something warmer for a trip to Chicago and had to return.

It runs a bit large, but it gives you the option of using the drawstring or not so you can have two looks of you let the strings hang. 

Great jacket for Chicago's slow transition to Spring. The jacket fit true to size (I'm a 6-8 and wore M). It hit me above the knee and cinched at the waist to offer a very flattering fit. My only complaint is the sleeves were just a little bit too short for my long arms. Otherwise I would have bought it! 

Fit was perfect.  Soft to touch.  Very warm.  There is an open neck to the style of coat so on a super cold day you need a scarf.   Draw string on inside of coat allows you to cinch the waist area for definition.   I rented it as part of my Unlimited subscription and ended up keeping it for awhile because I liked it so much.  

So so warm! really not the most cute in a structured style sense, but cute in a cozy sense. enjoyed for a couple days, but too heavy to be a sweater and too thin to be an actual coat so didn't keep it as long as anticipated.

Runs reallly big. But overall, great quality and warm.

This is a nice cozy layer, and no wool so not itchy. The shoulders are very boxy though, almost like it has shoulder pads. A solid rental for cool weather.
