This is a great dress, fits true to size, is a little clingy/ static-prone, hence the 4 stars, but I got tons of compliments..runs slightly narrow in the arms.

All of the reviews say it runs huge and although it does run a bit large it is just a boxy fit through the waste. The arms and hips run fairly normal. It would be more flattering if it came in at the waiste a bit. If you go too small the hips would be fitted and make the buttons pull when you sat. I wore it with tights and booties for a mother-son mass and breakfast at my sons school so it worked well. If you are looking for comfortable and casual it is good. If you are looking for figure flattering, this is not your dress. 

I was unable to wear this because it was too large. But the print is beautiful, the detailing is charming and the dress has pockets! It would have been great for work and I will order a smaller size.

PROS:  Interesting pattern, has pockets, comfortable to wear.
CONS:  Light weight material for the colder climates so you may need to wear something warm under it. Runs LARGE

The buttons gap, and the waist is large. Makes you look boxy.

This dress is unique especially for work - I liked the idea of the structured/semi-boring top (almost a button down) and then a flow-her bottom. Unfortunately it did look a bit weird and sloppy on, but I actually ended up liking the size/shape. The bottom of the dress had a bit of an odd print. I paired with black tights and leather over the knee boots. I enjoyed wearing it but wouldn't rent again. 

As others said, the lack of structure once the buttons makes this dress go from super cute to not that flattering.  From a side view, it looked really good but from the front or back, it make me look big.  I didn't find a belt to help so I just wore a cardigan buttoned part way to give it some shape.  Because people don't pay all that much attention to what others wear at my workplace, I wore it, but I wouldn't wear it outside of the office for  an event or something.  The top part fit my chest and I might have been able to size down but I don't think that would help the rest of it enough.   If I owned this, I would have about 2 inches taken in on each side.

Item was too big in the smallest size available. 

This was a nice shirt dress. Fabric is thin and unlined, and I think it would work for warmer days in fall and spring. The cut should have been good on me, but it wasn't. It bloused out so far away from my actual waist that it looked unflattering, like I was trying to hide an early pregnancy. 

Pros: This dress arrived with the tags still on (plus!) but also left with them still on (lucky for the next person!). The pattern is pretty, and I think the cut would be flattering on many people and, had it fit, would have been nice for the workplace bc it's tailored but not tight. Cons: It was much, much larger than I thought it'd be. I'm usually a size 10, so I got the IT 46/US 10, and I definitely needed one to two sizes smaller. The sleeves were long, and the dress was very, very roomy. I tried belting it, but bc of the fabric blocking it was hard to get it to lay just right, plus it still looked obviously huge. Other minus was that the shirt was very starched, which made it look older (I'm 27, and I felt a bit madame in it). That may change as more wear it, though. Other note: it's very light, so keep that in mind now that it's December. I was planning to wear it with tights and a slip, so I think it would have been fine, but it might be hard to wear in true winter.

Not flattering at all. Doesn't even fit the hips. 

I couldnt wear this. I could have fit two people in it. Im not familar with european sizing, maybe they sent the wrong size or I ordered the wrong size?
