The color is gorgeous. It's much fuzzier than it looks in the pictures. It does run fairly big, especially through the waist, so it looks good with slim-fitting pants or leggings. Extremely comfy!

A fabulous coat with a bohemian vibe, perfect for fall and early winter. This piece runs true to size with room in the arms and bodice. It is meant to have a slight over-sized look, so size down if you're looking for it to be more fitted. Pair with your casual daytime look. 

Runs oversized and boxy but very cute pattern and zipper

I rented this because my significant other recently finished restoring a 1988 Jaguar xjs. Think James Bond... so I rented this jacket knowing I would be driving that vehicle to Thanksgiving festivities over the weekend. It was like the most perfect match. The jackets a really cool print, comfy, boxy, warm, great color, HUGE. I got the M & easily could've done a Small. The jacket is also a bit itchy, not unreasonably but I wore long sleeves under t anyways because, well, Fall.  You can zip it if it gets real cold but it's more of a open-hang boxy statement jacket. Best look was the jacket with a black long sleeved lace top I rented, liquid leggings & over-the-knee black boots. I'd recommend it, have some fun. 

Had my eye on this one since I got unlimited a year ago and finally got around to selecting it. Loved the print but the execution was not my fave. 

The asymmetrical zip made it really hard to just zip and go - I could not just feel for it and so I had to try to look to get the zipper in right. 

The jacket is not cut straight but it is tapered and tight at the bottom. On my this meant it was pretty snug around my butt even when I wore simple black tights. Once I saw how weird it puffed out and hugged me in the wrong places when I took this side pic I actually went ahead and sent it back. 

I just wore it a couple days and then returned; was hoping to use for at least a week or two but the asymmetric zip and tight tapered butt area made the fit awkward. Maybe a stick straight and narrow body type would do ok with it. 

Another winning Free People coat.  Funky, fuzzy, wild - but the muted colors makes it totally wearable.  Coat is lined at the back of the neck with leather but not the front - it's a tad itchy on a bare neck or collar so drape a great scarf or wear it open.  If you're uncomfortable with your waistline it's a good choice because of the blocky shape.  Modern and hip.  A stunner for the fall and winter months!

I rented this for a University of Texas football game.  The color was a bit more brick red than burnt orange but it still worked for the game with a burnt orange blouse underneath.  It was a super fun coat and very easy to wear.  I am normally a 6P, and the Small fit pretty well - it was just a bit long in the sleeve and certainly more of a "car coat" length on me than the model. I really liked the asymmetrical zipper detail. 

Lovely piece. The zipper was tight at the bottom so I wore open. If zipped it bunched a little. A medium would have drowned me. Loved the deep pockets!

I was very excited about getting this jacket with my unlimited order, but I was sadly very disappointed. :(

I usually wear a 2, and I ordered the XS after reading the reviews that it runs large. The XS was still way too big. When zipped up, you can tell how strange the shape of this coat is. It was very snug around my hips, and then it gapes around my waist. Super unflattering. The sleeves were too long, too.

Sadly, I ended up sending this back almost immediately, and I didn't ever wear it.

Boxy fit, but great for making a simple everyday outfit look chic.

I have been wanting to rent this for so long! I loved it! It was great for every day and provides enough room to wear a sweater underneath. The colors are perfect for fall and it so cute with some boyfriend jeans on a casual weekend. 

I absolutely love the material and pattern of this jacket!! Its the perfect fall jacket with great medleys of colors. The asymmetrical, leather zipper band gives it a modern look within the Free People style!  This jacket works great with all black assembles. You can pair it with a black sweater dress or even a black, skinny jean outfit.
This is definitely the perfect piece if you want a pop of color to your outfit! 

i rented this coat last fall and loved it!  it's funky, so it's something i would normally buy, but it was perfect unlimited rental piece.  it was slightly large, but it had the oversized look which was on point.  wore it was torn boyfriend jeans, booties, and bucket bag - perfection.  

Kept me warm, I liked it zipped up with black /dark denim and boots 

Works well with casual outfits or to dress down a more dressed up look

I got this to wear when I went home over the holidays and wanted something a little funky.  I wore a size Small with skinny black jeans and thought it looked pretty good open or closed.  When it was worn open, I did think I looked a little heavier because it is an asymmetrical zip and therefore there is a lot of fabric in the front, but generally it was pretty cute!

Like all Free People this coat runs on the larger side.  I am normally a Medium in most tops but ordered the small. I could not zip the jacket up but it fit perfect everywhere else. I left it open and it still looked good. I got so many compliments on the jacket. Well made and great quality. 

I wore this on a trip to Arizona and thought it was festive and different. Really glad I sized down and got the small because the fit is large but it is meant to be. For 40" hips just barely zipped it though, but I mostly wore unzipped. Fuzzy fabric and interesting fall colors. Not for everyone but if you want a more unique accent jacket this works well!

I wore it to an outdoor festival with a heavy turtleneck underneath. Very cute. Can be a little itchy on exposed skin. I sized down based on reviews and didn't regret it. But I am not the biggest fan of the "over-sized" look. If you dig that, no need to size down. 

I loved this coat. It is big but it is supposed to be. Itchy around the neck but you're only renting it so no worries. Skinny jeans and booties and you're good to go. I'm used to being all bundled up in a huge parka all winter so it was fun to have something a little more flattering/feminine/fashionable. 

I loved this coat! I was unique and looked great with jeans for work. It was a little tight in the hip area for me, but I don't think I would have sized up due to the way the body is cut. Would definitely rent this again.

Tried to fit over a baby bump, but it was a close fit. It is nice in pictures but a little tattered in person. I liked the hidden strip on sweater on the inside of the arms, but wish it went down the torso too. Worn in about 30° weather and worked ok.

The coat looked kind of worn and had a weird cut.  It was tight around the hips- which was weird. 

The fabric was fun but it was stiff and baggy in the middle. 

LOVE the print, love the material... but I was SWIMMING in the medium. Way too big. I returned it quickly.

The pattern is on trend. The cut is cute. And the length works for various heights. 

The jacket runs large I ordered a small and wore a heavy sweater underneath. I should have ordered the xs! 

Like it because it's different and a stylish pattern. It's very nice quality, lined and heavy. Exterior itchy but doesn't really come in contact with skin. However the fit is a bit strange.  Not sure it's that flattering. Very Large under the arms. 

This seemed even larger than "over-sized."  Recommend sizing down.

Really funky design, but it was HUGE. Because of the size, it made the design look less "edgy" and more "grandma-y". Looked cooler on the model than it did on me so don't think I'd rent again. 

It's a legit and warm coat and might work for some people.  It was a bit too itchy for me and the texture of the "furriness" was a bit strange/uneven for my taste.  I would have also preferred not to have the shiny material around the zipper.  Coat is long, to upper mid-thigh for me, and I'm tall.

I usually wear medium coats, but this was huge! No way I could've worn it! Size 1-2 sizes down. Very cool look. I wish it fit. 

The fit was what I anticipated. But the style was not. It looked more Aztec and boho in photos than it was in person. 

The zipper was soo stiff and the collar was odd feeling. Just over all not what I wanted. I kept it on maybe 10 minutes and it went back in the bag.
