Rented for my birthday and it was perfect! Very flattering. The back is great!

I rented this for a "music festival" themed wedding in September. I was anticipating warm weather but got fall instead! The dress is definitely for summer, but worked fine with leggings underneath. It was very comfortable, even without a bra. Tons of compliments, and it fit the occasion well. 

Loved the fit and beading. Like other reviewers mentioned - this dress is short (I'm 5'3)! 

Dress is beautiful, love the back but this dress skimmed my butt and a slight lean forward would have revealed too much.  Couldn't wear!

Cute everyday dress. I am usually a 4 and only the 8 was available and it was actually perfect. It was a nice dress and loved the back.

Wore this little dress to a summer event at the local art museum! Loved the embroidery and the gorgeous beadwork. It is really one of a kind. It was short on me and I'm petite, so probably not a great option for you long legged ladies. Lots of compliments in this dress and had me feelin myself!

I loved this super cool and edgy Free People dress! I wore this for a night out with my girlfriends. It was a casual summer night so I dressed it down with white sneakers. I got so many compliments on it! It did run a little bit small for me because it was a little too short and it would have fit me better in the size 4 because it would be more flowy around my hips instead of fitted, and I usually always wear a 0 or 2. Overall it still fit well, was comfortable, and looked great. I wore no bra with this because of the open back.  It's a little bit of a nicer fabric so you can totally dress this up with heels as well!

This is one of my favorite rentals. I got so many compliments on this dress. Very easy to dress up or down. I'm usually between a 0 & 2 in free people but went with the 2 for the dress because the 0 was super short (& I'm 5'3) and fit way too small in the chest.  It was a super comfortable dress & I was easily able to go bra less. Definitely worth renting & id definitely consider buying.  

The details on this dress are gorgeous and I love the back too!! Very comfortable to wear!

Easy to wear, flattering. I was able to wear it without a bra which was awesome! Perfect for vacation.

I wore this twice. On a warm evening I paired it with high boots and fun jewelry. On a cooler day I wore it tucked into black jeans. This is a great option if the style is too short for your taste. I received tons of compliments. Pairing it with a brown jacket really makes the colors pop. Definitely go bra-less. 

Loved this dress! I wore it to Valentine's Day dinner with my husband. Paired it with a little black cardigan, clutch and nude heels. The open back was super sexy but keep in mind you can't wear a regular bra with it (Nubra works great). Would definitely rent again. 

This fit great from the waist up but was too short to wear for my date.  I really liked it but felt so uncomfortable even just in my home wearing this. Not ideal if you are tall. 

The dress fit perfect. Runs a little short, and I'm only 5'4. Very comfortable though! Danced all night! Great for evening wedding or cocktail party.

Loved this dress! Rented it for my birthday and loved the open back and beading on the front. It was a little chilly, but a jean jacket worked well. Will definitely rent again when it's warm out to show off the back.

This dress was extremely comfortable and flattering. I'm only 5'1, and the dress was a little longer on me than I had hoped, but nothing I'm not used to. Overall absolutely loved this dress and would recommend to a friend!

This dress was a little loose.  The straps in the back hung a little instead of pulling taught.  Even so - it stands out and is very sexy.  Loved wearing it.  The beading on the front helps one go braless as well.  Loved it!

Wore this dress to see Elton John in Vegas! It was so cute and comfy. I am really short and dress was pretty short but it worked fine for me. Would rent again!

Loved this dress! Beautiful bead work with a sexy peakaboo back! Fit runs pretty true to size and is very forgiving in the waist. I typically wear a 0 and would've tried a 00, if they had it. I don't mind a short dress but there's definitely no room for error in this one! No bending or squatting!

This dress was awesome! The beading is so pretty without being overdone. Unfortunately I didn't have a backless bra with me so I had to wear it without a bra at all (which wasn't a great look on me) but I still loved the dress anyway. Just one other thing that others may need to be aware of - the hole to put your head through is VERY small. I happen to have a very small head so it still fit for me, but definitely took some struggling. Anyone with a larger head may not be able to fit in!!! 

Wore to a summertime concert with just some casual flat sandals and it was great for the event. The back is so pretty and unique although not adjustable. The beading and embroidery is very beautiful and stands out even more in person than in photos. One downside is that the fabric does wrinkle pretty easily, even just from sitting. You could definitely also dress this piece up as well with heels and it would be quite elegant. A very versatile and fun to wear dress!

Adorable dress to go out at night. It definitely does not shape your body so if your not very curvy I wouldn't order it. 

Loved this dress, got so many compliments on it! I am normally a 6/4 and ordered the 4. At first I was afraid it would be too small but the boots made the length acceptable. LOVED the back! Didn't wear a bra with it but it was okay (even in December in the mountains . . . ) nothing showed through. Definitely recommend. 

Adorable dress, love the beading and lace up detailing in the back. It is SHORT though and for anyone with bigger hips be sure to size up. Usually Free People runs large, but I would say this runs true to size to small.

Fit pretty true to size. I ordered the 4 and 6, and they were very similar in fit. The 4 fit just a little better. 

This dress is very cute, but is definitely a shift dress that is loose throughout. It is on the shorter side. Then back was very fun and different and the beading and stitching is gorgeous. 

I wore this dress for my husband's birthday dinner.  It was just the two of us and he absolutely loved it, but even at the restaurant I was getting compliments from the hostess (who I told right away that this was from RTR and she was so happy to know she could get her hands on this dress).  The dress is very comfortable, the beading on it is so beautiful.  It was chilly, so I wore it with tights and black heels.  As someone had mentioned in another review, there's only one issue with this dress and that the opening at the top for your head.  The laces in the back give you the impression that it should be adjustable but it really isn't at all.  The laces are stitched at the top of the dress therefore leaving the hole for your head pretty tight.  Now I have a lot of hair (really big curly hair), but once I managed to get that through it was fine.   Loved this dress and despite this would rent again!

This dress was super cute and fun to wear to a dinner at a nice/hip restaurant. The beading is very pretty in person. I paired it with an army green silky bomber jacket and black booties. I'm giving it only four stars because it is SHORT... I am 5'3" and the dress was sort of loose at the top and throughout but was def a mini on me- I loved this about it, but I am short... also the strapping in the back is not adjustable like the picture suggests. It does have those cross strings, but you cannot tie them or adjust the tightness of them. I wore a sticky bra. 

This dress is so cute and very flattering. It's a little short, but I loved that. It's hard to tell from the picture but the detail is all beaded and looks so pretty! Also the lacing on the back isn't really adjustable, but it looks so cute!

This dress doesn't fit like typical free people-aka huge. This one is true to size for sure. The 8 fit fine, a little restrictive on the chest but that's because I'm busty. The cut wasn't great for me, too straight. There's a lining with a bit of give but the actual dress doesn't have any. It's really short! I'm 5'1 and wouldn't wear this as a dress. I paired it with skinnies and boots and a long sweater for a nice fall look. The colors are great and the beading is beautiful-golds, dark reds and purples. 

Simple, comfortable and makes you feel fabulous! The back is sexy with the open criss-cross - you won't go unnoticed.
