I wasn't sure this dress was anything spectacular, until I went out in public.  I wore it out for my birthday dinner.  Of course, my husband thought I looked fabulous; but once i stepped into a small crowd, it was unending compliments.  Even the hostess asked where the dress came from.  I used fashion tape to "hem" the dress up.  Even with extremely high wedges, the dress was super long.  I have a large bust, and was concerned the XS would be too tight in the bust, based on reviews, but I had no trouble at all and actually feel like the entire dress ran a little large.  The straps were long and you definitely cannot wear a bra with the dress.  It is beautiful and sexy-- which my husband loved, but I worried about the dress slipping to the side while I sat or turned and would have been indecent exposure if it had shifted at all.  So, that said, I would not recommend as a dancing dress, if you are a petite frame.

I loved that I could wear this dress braless. I wore it to a day of Napa wine tasting and received lots of compliments. Most importantly, I felt good in it. Highly recommend. 

At three months pregnant in Las Vegas heat, this dress was wonderful! I'm small busted, so the side-boob factor worried me at first-time but all went well. A fantastic dress I'll for sure rent again after baby.

Awesome dress that was the perfect combination of sexy and classy. Runs a tad large so think I would have been  better with the small but used some double stick tape and it all worked out well. Didn't wear a bra. Would absolutely order again. 

I ordered the MR as the SR wasn't available, it was a little big up top but the hips fit ok. I'm an hourglass shape and I figured I could camouflage the top part, so I highly recommend buying the Hollywood fashion tape and silicone nipple covers, they worked wonders on keeping a slightly oversized top in place and giving me the extra "coverage" I needed. All in all a gorgeous and unique dress that caught lots of people's attention. Classy and sexy. 

I love this dress!! Ever since I sent it back I've been trying to find somewhere to buy it online but unfortunately it's sold out everywhere and I can understand why. I've never worn a dress that flows so nicely. It fit me like a glove, the fabric feels really high quality, and the design is super cool and unique without being over the top. All these factors combined to make me feel like some sort of goddess while wearing this dress. I'm 5'7 and I was worried about the length but this dress fell perfectly to my toes. All in all this is my favorite rent the runway purchase and probably one of my favorite dresses ever. Thank you rtr <3 <3

This dress is so easy to wear! Can be dresses up or down from day to night with accessories. The stripes and cut out give it that little something extra and the fit is so easy to wear. This style definitely runs a bit large, I am normally a size 2/4 and was able tow ear the XSR with ease. This would be perfect for taking on vacation!

An effortless, summery black maxi. The material is super breathable and comfortable to wear in warmer climates. It runs true to size, but definitely better for those with smaller busts. I wear a size 26 jean and the hips had plenty of room. I chose to go braless and was completely covered and comfortable. Pair it with heeled boots, delicate jewelry, and a fun hat! 

The top of this dress is sexy, shows a small amount of side boob (not too much) and runs a bit big like everyone else mentioned. But be aware that even the XS is long, I'm 5'3" and even with 3 inch heels, there were a couple of inches dragging on the ground that I would have been tripping over all night. I didn't end up wearing it because it was too long, but if it had been a couple of inches shorter it would have been perfect.

The dress fit in the aspect of I could put it on with ease, but the straps and size of the top portion were TERRIBLE on my frame. I would advise against this one unless you are a teeny tiny human. 

The fit is VERY small in the bust - I would not recommend for gals with medium to large breasts. Fits ok everywhere else.

The XL was way too big but the L was a bit snug in the bust. The back is an awesome criss cross and dips low so  I wore a sticky bra. Very comfortable for an active day and transitioned to cocktails at night.

I have an hourglass figure and it was a bit smaller in the hips than I thought it would be for an XLR, but it was still fantastic!

Rented this for my birthday dinner and it was a stunner! A heads up-- I am a 36D and I was able to wrangle "the girls" with the help of pasties and fashion tape, but I probably wouldn't recommend this dress for larger chests than mine. Nevertheless, once it was taped up, the fit was beautiful and flattering! Love the sexy back and neckline. 

This dress was phenomenal. It fit my frame as if it was tailored to me and it was sexy but refined at the same time. So sad I didn't get a photo but I loved wearing it so much that I didn't even bother with a selfie! Would buy this dress or rent again.

This is a very long dress but at 5'8" I was able to wear it with flat minimalist sandals.  Paired with some industrial-style jewelry and a very short haircut I masqueraded as a woman from a far more sophisticated place (I'm thinking European urban center) rather than Baltimore.   

I feel like it ran a bit small. I wore it once and sent it back because it did not fit my chest right. I am a 34D and it was tight and stretched across the top. 

I didn't get to wear this dress because it didn't arrive in time for my event (not RTR's fault), but when I did get to try it on, it definitely runs big. I normally wear a 6 and it was so big that the front cut-out hung in a weird spot. Next time I'll order the SR and I think it will be perfect! It is an awesome dress and very well made, I definitely recommend it.

I ordered both the small and medium and ended up wearing the medium.  The small fit better up top but I am larger through the booty and hip area and it was too tight.  The medium fit me much better through the bottom area but was too large up top so I had to end up taping the dress along my chest.  I am a 34B and had a little side boob so if you have a larger chest, it may be a bit revealing.  Slits are not too high and the length was great on me with wedge heals (I'm 5'4).

It was cute but small size was way too baggy - didn't wear. I think if I got XS I would've liked it

This dress is amazing, but it would have been better if I were two inches taller. I'd say at 5'3 I'm petite, but I really couldn't carry this dress. I got the XS and it was just a lot of fabric for me to carry even with wedges. 

This dress was very pretty and flattering. I am somewhat curvy for a petite girl, which was fine for me. Another reviewer recommended this dress for small-chested girls, but I have more of chest and it was perfect and not too booby. The only issue I had with it was the length. I thought it would be okay but on my 5'3" frame it was hitting the floor even in heels. However, the slits on the side compensated for the length and when I walked the dress flowed and didn't look as long. Got compliments all night and heard strangers commenting on how much they loved the dress!

In reading the reviews for this dress, many pointed out that it's better suited for women with flat chests. Though I agree it's not for the busty among us, as a flat, thin girl, there were too many times that the large arm gap exposed my chest. This made me self-conscious and not super comfortable in the dress. Really pretty though. 

My opinion is unless your body looks good with side boob don't get it or wear something over it.

As others have noted, the top of the dress fits a little strangely. There's extra fabric on the side of the bust. Not as if a larger bust would fill it- more on the side as if it's a design flaw. Because of that, something could be worn underneath but that really changes the look. 

I'm a 34D with "enhancements" so the dress was tight in that area. I had lots of side boob in this dress. I could've worn either size, but I felt the small kept the girls in better than the large. I didn't wear a bar - and frankly, in this dress you can't wear one. I was scared of a malfunction happening with this one. Plus the underlay of the dress would ride up. It was extremely forgiving though in the stomach and legs. Not my favorite rental, but I wore this with a statement necklace. I got more compliments on the necklace than the dress.

This ran so large that my chest would have been exposed. I would have worn it if it fit me better. It's really cute, but definitely don't rent this for a formal event. It's a very casual dress...more of a light, beachy, maxi dress. 

The dress was great, unfortunately not made for bigger cup sizes.

I did not wear this dress because I am too big busted.  The straps are LONG and it just did not fit right.  I imagine this dress would be great on a tall, thin, small busted woman.  The dress itself is adorable, just not right for me.

I think this would have been a cute dress had it fit properly. I ordered two sizes and did not wear either. It was tight across the bust and the bum, but left extra fabric in the midsection, which made it look sloppy and unflattering. Probably won't rent this one again, even in a bigger size.

Pretty cute, but just too long for a 5' 2" foot woman. Even with 4 inch heels, the dress would still be dragging on the ground.

This was just a bit too long for my 5'5" frame, but nothing knotting the spaghetti straps in the back won't fix.  If I rent this again I will try a smaller size.

I wanted to like this so much! But on a short, curvy girl it just did not work. The large was a little too big, but I don't think sizing down would have helped. The straps are long and not adjustable, and the bust-triangles were small yet also stuck out on the sides. It's definitely a sexy dress and it would look fabulous on taller women who don't have a lot of curves. 

This dress was really pretty and well made, but I didn't get to wear it.  I'm very tiny on top and have big hips for my size so this was all loose in the stomach area but super tight on my hips.  Recommend for girls with small hips!!
