I wore this dress to my work Xmas party and it was great for that .. Comfortable and appropriate and not too fancy. It wasn't the most flattering dress, however. 

I first wore this to a business meeting, then met a friend out to dinner and then to a book-signing.  This dress is very comfortable.  The fabric had a lot of stretch and the second layer of fabric was perfect to hide an imperfections - you didn't have to wear spanx!  I'm petite, but I did not mind the length at all.  I could have gone with a smaller size, but it was not available and the S was just fine.  The color combination was awesome.  My friend rented this dress as well (who is a size 8) and rented the S.  Totally different look, but looked fantastic on her.  This dress is great for all sizes!

I wore this dress to my office holiday party with the gold necklace suggested by RTR.  Thought the dress looked chic/sophisticated and was very comfortable to wear, I think long sleeves are nice for winter when I am feeling very pale and it's nice not to be freezing cold.   I ordered both the XS and S and was not any noticeable difference between the sizes as far as I could tell.  Wore with black tights & ankle boots.  Would rent again.  

Great dark teal contrast color to black.  So comfortable.

I don't really get this dress- there's a kangaroo-like pouch on the sides. It ended up looking really cool when I folded the skirt up to look like an oversized shirt, so I wore it like that since it looked very strange as a dress. Love the teal color of the sleeves and the feel of the fabric, though.

Fit was very weird. I am curvy and it was still very loose in the hip area and draped in an odd way. Not flattering at all.

Tom and Lorenzo often use the term "For models only" to describe dresses that don't work on many people, and I'd say this is one of those.  You at least have to be tall, and fairly small of hip, to make this work.  The dress fit, but with the sheath over the top of the dress, any sense of curve got lost, and it just looked baggy on top and tight across the hips.  Overall, not flattering on my average height, long-torsoed frame.
