This is a wonderful coat! I always felt I looked so put together in it. It was the perfect rental for me as I live in Florida but was visiting the North East for a week. It runs big and has an oversized look that I liked. I sized down to a small from my normal medium and it was perfect. The pockets are huge and doubled as a purse! Large enough to fit an umbrella in one side and a sunglasses case in the other with plenty of room for more. There's also a secret zip inside which I used when we went to a basketball game and couldn't bring a purse. If you're going somewhere cold, rent this coat!

This was the perfect heavy coat -  I used it for a weekend in NYC in November. It's HEAVY in a good way and oversized. I kept checking the tag thinking I ordered the wrong size because it definitely didn't seem like an XS. It rained 2 of the days I was there and it kept me warm and with the addition of my umbrella, I was warm and dry!

Very warm and down filled but still thin and wearable.  Brought to Germany in the Fall

Listen to the reviews and size down. Loved this coat and wore it almost every day. Easy to wear open with the ties in the back as well.

Such a great quality winter coat! Love the olive color it was so chic! It's quite heavy but keeps you soooo warm. 

I do wish it zipped but it was thick and cozy

I brought this jacket with me to my recent trip to Japan in November. The weather was cold and crisp and the jacket was a perfect warm warmth to keep me warm and any showers that may happen. However, it is a very heavy jacket that’s well insulated and it makes you feel like a bit of a secret agent while wearing it. I loved it and couldn’t have been happier with it.

Very heavy, well made and warm. Wore to a fall festival. Cool army green color. 

Perfect tts fit, love the oversized collar, looks chic belted or open. Very warm and functional. Knocked off one star because of the 100 polyester.

This is not your average trench coat. It's warm (and heavy). I think it's perfect for anyone over 5'6" because it does run a little long. Love this coat so much and will rent again. 

Used on a trip to the UK and it was perfect. 

Fits great - plenty of room for a sweater - even a blazer - without looking too bulky.

I received so many compliments! I really wanted to buy this jacket, its casual, but also appropriate for work/interviews.

Classic trench coat tailoring but lined so super warm

Looks classy and elevated. But feels like you've wrapped yourself up in a down comforter.  It was perfect for the super cold weather that we had last month.  If it wasn't so expensive, I would've definitely bought it.

This coat is WARM. I will definitely re-rent. Got tons of compliments and felt like it elevated my dead-of-winter athleisure/sweats outfits.

Loved having this coat. As others have mentioned it is heavy, but i loved that i could wear it in colder weather and still look chic! Got so many compliments. Will definitely rent again. TTS but could also size up if you want to layer more under.

Beautiful trench. It's absolutely stunning. The description is misleading, but don't let that deter you. (I understand the other reviewers got something they didn't expect, but I don't think it's fair to knock the coat for that.) Ahem... So, this is a puffer jacket disguised as a trench. It is impeccably made, and the fabric drapes beautifully. You should think of this as something to dress down (vs. dress up) to elevate daily life. It's warm enough to wear over an evening gown and would be PERFECT traveling for work in cold or transitional seasons, because you wouldn't need to carry on a bunch of heavy layers. It'll accommodate a variety dress codes. Looks really great worn open with jeans and converse too. Really versatile piece. Highly recommend!

This coat fit really well and went beautifully with my cream scarf and hat. I received many compliments, even from total strangers. I live in Buffalo, and it was a lot warmer than I expected. The length was perfect. It's very versatile. It went with jeans and boots, dress clothes, sneakers, you name it. I would rent again.

I love this jacket. It’s super polished but the down makes it warm without being bulky. I sized down based on reviews and I’m glad I did. It’s a very polished structured jacket so it looks big from the front but more slimming from the side. Perfect for work days when I want to look more polished.

This a very warm coat with great lining and insulation. It does run big and can look a little oversized.

Perfect for winter. As others mentioned, it is thick and heavier than it looks in pictures. It's perfect for when temperatures drop, and it would be a great choice if you're outdoors walking around 

Super Chic! But it’s to hot in LA for this, will rent another time. Definitely a heavier material for NYC or Chicago!

So beautiful and elevated. This is super heavy, so just be aware that it’s not a lightweight spring/fall trench. It will keep you warm!

Wore this to death and would have bought if it wasn’t so expensive! Great for the in between seasons - and versatile in many ways.
