I wore the 2. My waist is 25.5 inches and the 0 was a bit too snug on my stomach. The 2 had more space in the bust area but I didn't really mind. The 2 was more appropriate lengthwise for me anyway (I'm 5'8.5) I wore it with nude pumps. I feft so pretty. I would rent again.

This was my first time renting from this company, so I was a little worried with how the dress would look upon arrival. I was surprised once I actually tried on the dress because it fit perfectly and will easily look great on anyone. The dress looks exactly like it does in the pictures, I just had one issue, which was having a small stain on a pleat on the dress. You could barely notice it, so it was nothing to really worry about, more of a technicality. Overall the dress was perfect for my event and would look good on anyone.

This was the dress I found after scrolling through pages and pages of dresses...it was such a gem, and so beautiful to wear!  The material is nice and light, and the cut on the front is great for girls who have a larger chest without being too revealing.  The contrast of the color on the strap versus the hint of gold around the middle with the beautiful blue made for some AMAZING pictures.  The zipper in the back has definitely shown signs of being worn quite a number of times, which only added to the fact that others also find this dress amazing!  If you're worried about length -- don't be!  I'm taller, and it fell right to mid-thigh, never feeling or coming off as too short or showing too much.

I rented this dress for my engagement photo shoot, and it turned out beautifully!  It fit perfectly, and the color really popped in the pictures.  The design is both fun due to the short length but classy due to the cut and shape of the dress.

This dress was overnighted to replace a back up dress and I loved it!  I wore this to my bridal brunch the day of my wedding and it was so comfortable.  I continued to wear it as I got my hair and makeup done, and kept the dress on all day until I changed into my wedding dress.  It was so comfortable, lightweight, pretty - I want to own this dress!  I have no complaints.  I could not have received a better back up - shipped overnight by RTR stylist.. thank you!

This was my first RTR dress and it made me a believer! I LOVED everything about this dress. It was comfortable, great to dance in, a perfect fit, and so beautiful.

The fit was pretty true. It is a little loose in the bust area, but that was the only issue. Since it was gold and silver, dressing it up was easy. Loved this fit!

Super comfy, fits great, and the waist is great! I'd def rent this one again! 

The color is a little more blue than the pictures, and definitely more vibrant :)  fit perfectly, true to size. Very flattering and you can easily wear a regular bra. I loved this dress, I felt gorgeous all night.

I ordered this dress for my birthday and couldn't have been happier. The dress fit so well and lasted through all the dancing. I added a belt for the waist. Other than that, the style was great for a downtown night!

Hi, Sorry it has taken me so long to respond! See if you can click my name and see my other reviews. But if not, I love Shoshanna, there is usually a little more room in the bust than a lot of other designers. Also, I had really good luck with Halston Heritage but I have only rented once and it was the orange maxi- it was amazing!!!! Today they released RTR + which I could not be happier about!

This dress was really tight on me but I usually wear a 14 so I was squeezin in the 12, I think it runs true to size, I was just wearing the wrong size! Its really comfortable. It is shorter but I like that because I have really short legs. I wore it to a bridesmaids luncheon and received many compliments. 

I order this dress for my friends engagement party. I order a 2 and 4 but went with the 4 because it felt more comfortable on. The dress was so comfortable and get the dance in. I liked that I was able to wear a normal bra with it. I defiantly reccomend this dress for your next event!

Great dress...was a little long for me, but otherwise was great. The dress came with the fashion tape and that definitely was a must for me because the dress was too big and low cut in the bust for me. Good dress to dance in. It was light weight and a pretty color. 

Fit perfectly, the color is brighter and better in person, very easy to wear, comfortable, loose feel. Probably would have looked better and more filled out on top on a bustier person, or the waistline would have been better fitting on a taller person. But aside from those minor details, it was perfect! I wish I owned this one! Favorite dress!!

I thought this dress was so cute and completely appropriate for a high school graduation! I sometimes have trouble with too much cleavage in dresses but this fit extremely well up top and I loved the flowy skirt. I had so many compliments on the color too!!

This dress was amazing.  My boyfriend loved it and I received many compliments.  The 6 was a good fit but my breast are rather large so I went with the 8 for a little more room.  This dress is perfect for dancing!

Lucky you!  I ordered this for a voice recital and they cancelled 2 days before. When I am busy rehearsign and cannot shop.  I will never choose RTR again for an important event

I rented this dress for my bridal shower and it was so pretty! It fit nicely and the small band made my waist look super tiny. This is a great dress for pear shaped ladies like myself! I loved the color, pleating and the way the dress moved AND you can wear a regular bra with it! The V-neck was not too high or too low and it overall very comfortable.This would be perfect to wear to a wedding or a daytime event. Definately satisfied with this rental!

I LOVED this dress! I rented it for my "Breakfast at Tiffany's" themed bridal shower and I didn't want to send it back! It was the perfect color and I felt like a princess! I paired it with the RJ Graziano "Dress Me Up Necklace" and I thought the two complimented each other. I loved how the dress wasn't too short but still felt sexy. The only con was that the top was pretty baggy, the necklace helped downplay that but without it I felt baggy.

This dress fit perfectly.  It gave me the right amount of cleavage (and I'm busty), a small waist, and it was so fun on the dance floor.  The color is great and I got a lot of compliments.

I wore this for my sorority's annual parents' formal. The dress was absolutely perfect. I loved the way it fit and the way the bottom flowed. Both the fabric and the fit were very comfortable. The dress was a good length for my 5'4'' frame.The color was a little darker than I expected, but still looked great. I was so sad to send this dress back. I definitely wished I owned it. 

The dress fits true to size, is the perfect length and is perfect for a beachy wedding or cocktail party.  I was worried how the color would look against my pale skin, but it worked well!  I would definitely recommend it!

I got this dress as my back-up and fell so in love with it I decided to wear it for my event instead! It is a great teal color and flowy material. It was a little tough to zip but other than that NO complaints! Got a ton of compliments and looked/felt great for my 25th birthday party!

Love this designer, but the zipper is always tough when the fabric changes.  Really flattering on the waste and the color is fantastic.  It was very hard to put this dress back in the mail, I really wanted to keep it.  

This dress fit me perfectly, it was an appropriate but fun length and was so much fun to wear! The only thing I would note is that if you have a shorter torso like I do, the straps may feel a little loose and slip down when you move certain ways. 

This dress is adorable! It is super vibrant and fun for the spring and summer! I love this dress because you can really dress it up or down so it is great for any occasion. It did run slightly big, so I would size down in your backup size. This hit me about 3 inches above my knee. 

 Runs true to size. I was worried that it would be too short since I am almost 5'7" and it was the perfect length. Short but not so short that my bum fell out the back.

I rented this dress for a bachelorette weekend getaway and it was perfect. The color is so vibrant! I got tons of compliments. The bust also fit very well compared to another Erin Fetherson dress (So Delicate Dress) that I had previously rented. I also thought the length of this dress was perfect for someone my height (5'10"). I think if I owned this dress I might wear it every weekend, I absolutely loved it!

Runs true to size - I am normally a size 2, wore a size 2 in this dress. Fit perfectly where it cinches in around my ribs, but loose on top but that could just be because I have a small chest; not a super flattering dress for someone with a "pear" shape like me but I still chose to wear it for my engagement photos and I'm very happy with how the photos turned out.

I loved this dress and was disappointed that I didn't get to wear it. The dress just fit me but the zipper wouldn't pull up past the belt detail in the dress. The color is bright in a cheerful way. The top fit just right to wear a regular bra. When I lose a few lbs or when it is available in a size up, I'll rent again.

Loved the color and cut if this dress. The shoulder straps were baggy and slipped off on occasion as I normally wear petite sizes so this is always an issue. The two tone was great the waist got a bit tight after eating too many croissants :-). But loved how it flowed and I could wear my regular bras. Great fit in the chest area and was appropriately low cut- went to a baptism so had to keep it pg. definitely recommend it!

I needed a "beach formal" dress for a wedding and tried RTR for the first time with this dress. It was perfect for the wedding and I loved the fit! I got the 10 and the 12 and went with the 12 due to my bust size. It was definitely tight in the chest area and I had to adjust a bit throughout the night, but overall I loved the look. I wore it with flat sandals since the wedding was on a beach but would definitely recommend heels if you are on the shorter side, since it does fall around the knee area. Great first experience!

Dress looked good but it was a little big for me. 

I rented this dress for my friend's bachelorette party in Savannah, GA. I wanted something that would pop but also a little understated -- I'm not a flashy dresser. This dress was perfect for the occasion, & I lucked out because my normal size (6) never arrived due to being returned to RTR damaged. I was pleasantly surprised that this dress fit me as well as it did because I am almost always a Size 6. 

The material was soft & light, which helped out a lot given the humidity & all of the dancing we were doing. The waist band had the right amount of snugness to make the dress flattering. My only complaint is that the zipper stuck a little bit due to some thread that was coming loose on the waist band. This was easily fixed, but I'd encourage RTR to take a look & make a small repair so that another guest doesn't accidentally break the zipper by tugging hard to get the dress on.

Looking forward to renting this dress again some time!

This dress is cute. Only problem was that it made my hips look a little bigger than they are. If I owned it, I would still wear it again though. 

It fit perfectly. I loved the color. It was a fun, light dress. Really fun to twirl in! 

A little big in the chest. A few of our photos had my bra showing because it was so big. Not my favorite but pretty. 

Loved the dress but it had a very awkward fit. The zero fit but was very tight at the silver band around the waist. Once I ate it made it very uncomfortable. The straps were extremely loose and I had to adjust them all night. It was a cute dress, great color, you're able to wear a regular bra (always a plus when you're a DD). Overall I wouldn't rent this dress again based on the fit and comfort. 

The dress is overall very pretty, the colors are great. The waist is accented by a gold piece of fabric (kind of like a ribbon or rope), that unfortunately does not give at all. It was a bit tight on my waist and made for an uncomfortable night. The straps were too large, and I was stuck readjusting them all night after they kept falling. 

This dress was the perfect color and style for my occasion. It fit perfectly, not too tight and not too loose, so that I felt comfortable in it all night.  The slight cinch at the waist gives this dress shape while making everything else look fabulous.  

I rented this dress for New Years Eve. The dress was very pretty and impeccable. The only con I would say like other reviewers is the straps which were a little loose. It's a dress that is definitely meant with someone with a little more in top department. Overall, it looked very classy and I loved it!!!!

The zipper was a little bit broken and difficult to use, but was still wearable with a friend to help you get dressed. Other than that, the dress was PERFECT! Would definitely rent this one again!

The fit was excellent because it did not have any complex straps or back that made it difficult for things to be worn underneath. It also fit at the waist so it gave somewhat of a figure without having it be a tight fit for too revealing. The cut was just low enough to feel comfortable in front of friends and family but also low enough to show some skin. The length was perfect because it was about 3 inches above my knee and the pleaded bottom flowed perfectly. The color was extraordinary and stood out among many other dresses. I did however have a difficulty with the zipper, it had a spot where it would get jammed every time because it must have been where the dress was fitted and it just didn't zip up right.

The color and fabric of this dress were fitting for a Girl's Night Out at the beach. This runs a little snug.  I having been a true size 8 lately and had to wear the 10 I ordered as a back up. Very comfortable. 

This was my first experience with RTR and I highly recommend.  The dress arrived on time and was in great condition.  Loved the color!  The fit was perfect, though I felt it accentuated my hips which I didn't love so much.  Other than that, everything else was great.  

I loved wearing this dress. It was the perfect dress to wear to my fiance's National Guard Officer Candidate Graduation. I got the 2 adn 4...4 was a little loose and 2 was a little tight, but I went with the 2 because I felt like it pinched my waist and was more flattering. On both dresses, on the back where the small band goes around the waist, the zipper appeared as if it was pulling, but it was not. That would be my only complaint and how much I loved the dress and how comfy it was definitely out-weighs that small dysfunction!

The color on this dress is really beautiful - it's a much deeper tone than in the RTR photo. With the pleating on the bottom, the skirt is on the fuller side, so definitely not something you want to wear if it's windy. The only issue I had was that the top of the dress felt a bit loose - my backup was a size 2, which fit better in the chest, but was too tight in the waist, so I ended up wearing the 4 with a padded bra. Overall, a really pretty dress that was great for a summer wedding, but would probably fit better on someone with more of an hourglass shape.

The color is beautiful and vibrant in person, but different than the picture (camera flash changes it). It's much deeper than shown, and the shoulder part is a tan, just so you're not surprised. Still beautiful! I received size 12 and 10 and 12 worked best for me. The zipper is VERY hard to get up past the ribcage where the 'belt'/waist is, even when it's not on. It fit decently well and could have been worn, but I just wasn't comfortable in it and ended up returning it. I'm bigger on the bottom and I feel like the full skirt and tighttt waist wasn't flattering and it was slightly uncomfortable. Just wasn't what I was looking for. Overall I would recommend this dress to a blonde (dress color would compliment better) pear shape and has a more slender ribcage. Also, would not recommend to an athletic build with bigger chest (imo), my sister tried it on and it wasn't working too well. Great for a summer wedding! Try it as a back-up because it's a safe rental, but there might be something more comfortable if you're similar to me or my sister. (Btw, in this picture the dress is not zipped past the waist because it was too much effort to try that hard just for a quick picture; not laziness but just goes to show how hard the zipper is! But it looks the same zipped, just cuts a little more into the sides.)

The dress was comfortable.  A little tight around the back, but otherwise a great fit!  I got lots of compliments on the dress, especially the color!
