I wore this to work with the sleeves rolled tucked into a pencil skirt and then loose with a pair of jeans and wedges for an weekend dinner. I loved it. It does fit a bit larger even though it is a loose fitting shirt. I wore a medium, next time I rent I will try a small. 

Easy, breezy silk top.  Got pretty wrinkled in my suitcase but most of the wrinkles came out while I was wearing it.  

Very easy and effortless paired with jeans.  The only cons and they are very minor...the sleeve had small "pulls" (signs of wear) but not notuceable to anyone other than the person wearing it and i had to use fashion tape to open up the collar a but.  It was slightly big for me but that happens pretty often on my frame.  Overall, its a great blouse, great look and i will definitely rent it again.

I wore this top twice during my rental, once to work and once to the wineries. It worked perfectly for both. Even though it was a steamy 90 degree when I wore it, the light weight fabric was still very comfortable and cool. 

Loved the pattern -- very fun. The colors looked great together. It runs true to size. I would recommend going one size down for backup. The fabric has no stretch but is straight fitting at the waist and there is comfortable room throughout the midsection. It’s great for any cup size and may be worn with any standard bra. It was long which I like in a button down shirt. Great material and light/easy to wear. You can make the top dressy or casual. It’s trendy and makes the outfit. Great for spring/summer. Would definitely rent again!!

I wore this shirt with a pair of yellow capri pants and white sandals to my son's High School Band Spring Concert. I received several compliments on this top. It's perfect for spring evening but I wouldn't wear it during a hot or humid day since it is 100% silk. I haven't decided if I want to send it back yet or send it back and rent it again later.

The pattern was just lovely, very simple but unique floral with blues reds and yellows - looked GREAT with jeans. Was definitely large on me - if rented again I'd size down to a small - but I'm also 5'9" so I couldn't have work it with leggings alone either and it had to be tucked to look right. 

Super pretty and comfortable.  Great length, perfect for work.  Could also be tucked in for jeans/weekend/evening use. 

I loved this shirt so much I literally want to buy it. It's super comfortable and it's so pretty. It definitely runs big though - I typically wear a 10 in tops and I wore the Medium. Next time I'd probably even go for a Small. I wore it tucked into shorts one day and a denim skirt another day since it was so loose and it looked awesome. I got so many compliments! 

This shirt is just downright beautiful. I love equipment and I saw this top and knew it would be perfect like everything else they make. Equipment as a brand just runs a bit large. They're meant to be baggy and long so unless this bugs you just get your normal size.  I wore with distressed denim and chunky sandals. I got a ton of compliments on this top and I will definitely be renting again. Might even buy it! You can make this work for multiple different occasions. Get it!

The fabric is so pretty and the colors make it fun yet professional. Makes a great statement. 

I ordered a small because the XS wasn't available- a little roomy but still looked great!

I wore this to work with trousers, then changed into jeans to go see a band. The shirt looked so great with both, and I got a ton of compliments. It was comfortable and blousy, perfect for tucking in but still forgiving to the tummy area! I will for sure be renting again!

Great print with colors that match everything. With room in the arms, waist, and bust and no stretch to the fabric I'd recommend ordering your true size. Definitely on the longer side, this top looks great with pants or leggings for a more casual look. Comfy and breezy, would love to own!


This top was such a delight to wear!  I love the colors and print.  The silk was lightweight and comfortable.  Perfect top for spring into summer.  

Sleeves were a bit long and I have long arms, ran just a bit larger than small, nice blouse

I love this shirt. Lots of length in sleeves and body. Gorgeous print. And the best part is that the fabric is much thicker than I expected. I still wore a nude bra but I'm not even sure I needed to- unusual with a white blouse! Rent this. It's great. 

This was a very comfortable and well made blouse. The sleeves were long enough for my long arms which was great! I almost had to buy this one. 

Wow! I love equipment shirts but this one is particularly beautiful. It is a bit sheer and definitely runs a little large in fit. The shoulders fit but it's best tucked into jeans or a skirt. I wore this to work, out to dinner, out to brunch... I'll definitely be renting this again.

Yes to real silk! This is the quality that I expect from RTR. On trend and great quality. And it actually closes over a 36D. Keep up the items like this coming.

Great fit, as usual with Equipment! The piece I received was obviously worn numerous times, but I still liked it a lot. 

I could definitely tell this blouse had been worn a lot. It didn't look bright white like the images on the model - more so a light gray. The fabric was beautiful, but was a little worn in certain areas as well. Overall though, this blouse was beautiful and looked amazing tucked into jeans. The fabric is gorgeous and it drapes well on the body! I would still recommend, but probably won't rent again.

This top runs super large! I was swimming in it in a small and I usually wear a medium. Would be great on someone bustier. I gave it four stars because it fit me so large, otherwise I loved the print and style of the top. It was a great top to transition from day to night! 

It ran a bit larger, but I think that is the intent, as it is a silk blouse. 
Great dressed up or down 

Overall, it's a pretty top. I thought that it ran a little small around the chest, and a little short (though I have a long torso so for most people it wouldn't be noticeable). I had some static issues too...but maybe situational. Simple and pretty. Note: definitely get a back-up. The size I ultimately needed was bright white, but the back-up was a dingy yellow. I let RTR know, but sometimes it's hard to keep this fabric bright white so better to be safe! 

Huuuuge. Took me a long time to style, ended up going with med-high rise navy straight-leg slacks, suede grey sling backs, nude belt with rectangular silver-plate... tons of compliments but I almost sent it back. Would look cute as is, untucked, baggy as anything with skinnies and heels of mostly any kind. I rented for work 

Nice work shirt. Can be dressed up or down. Nice for spring/summer floral trend.

This was a great springtime shirt for my office picnic. I received tons of compliments on the flowers and colors. The material is quite soft and comfy. Would rent again for another day outside when the weather is in the 70s. The sleeves and material would have been too much for anything in the 80s or above. 

Lightweight, beautiful shirt. Wore it for my first day at work at a new job. The fabric made me sweat a lot which made be a little self conscious - but thats my own fault for not knowing how and when to wear silk. Overall, it was a little bigger than true size but I tucked it in so it didn't matter much to me. Would definitely rent again (just not during the summer this time!)

I rented this to pair with some usual work pants. I've rented a lot of Equipment things in the past and found this fit way boxier than usual. It looked almost too casual/sloppy for work. Would be cuter on the weekend with ripped jeans.

Seems like it is designed for an oversized fit. I wore with skinny black pants for work. 

I normally love equipment tops but I think this one needed to be pressed on the lower collar. It kept flipping up and really bothered me because I work it during the day on vacation and we were taking a lot of pics. Still a really cute top though. Definitely not see through. I think that I truly needed a medium but ended up getting the large because if I don't the buttons pull cross my chest. 

Wore this to a casual work event - cute dressed with jeans and loafers. I wish it was more fitted, it wouldn't have been long enough to wear with just leggings for me, but was quite long. Sleeves were long too, at 5'10'' they're usually not long enough. Not quite as bright as I hoped for, but great silk quality. Wore a nude tank underneath since pretty sheer otherwise. It seemed less fitting than their other tops I've rented. 

I've rented other Equipment silk tops and this one is definitely a larger fit and is longer in the back. It has an overall flowly casual feel to it. Cute top but I probably won't rent again as even in an XS I don't feel like it did anything for me.

Lots of room in this shirt, even if I sized down it would have still fit and been long and loose.  Cute with skinnies and heels.

Shirt ran large so I ordered an XS fit great I wear a 2 usually on top.  The fabric looked faded and wore out like it's been rented out one too many times also there was a button broken on the sleeve.  Not really impressed overall with this one.

Liked the pattern but I was swimming in it.  Definitely needed to size down.  Maybe better on someone taller.
