I love Equipment blouses. This fit perfectly and was great for brunch, work, and going out. 

Wore this to work with black jeans. Work place is casual, so the print was a fun take on the typical blouse. Medium fit comfortably and was long enough for my long torso. Should work for most tall women! 

This loose fitting blouse was great for work! I got a lot of compliments! It is light and see through so you definitely need a tank or camisole underneath but it's airy and awesome! 

Fit well but nothing super special. Nice for work. 

Beautiful print and high end fabric. Looked perfect tucked into a pencil skirt for a sophisticated work look. It also made for an upgraded outfit to wear with jeans. Wore a couple of times. Flattering fit. 

Beautiful silk, may be slightly looser at the bust than other Equipment shirts.  

I wore this for Christmas Eve. Got compliments print was eye catching. Fun shirt 

Felt sharp in this beautiful silk shirt. Lays really nicely. 

The print is gorgeous. Florals can be a bit tricky but this was chic with a black blazer and jeans. I've had some sizing issues with button ups from Equipment. I'm a 34C and sometimes few that smalls are a little fitted in the bust. The shirt fit perfectly with no unexpected mishaps.

I rented this for a work convention, and i felt professional and pretty. Fit me well. 

This shirt was really cute. It fit well but when I moved more throughout the day I did have some gaping issues in the chest area (so annoying)! I wore a tank underneath. It was fun and I got a lot of compliments, I just wish there was a bit more stretch to it to prevent the gaping. 

Wore this 22 months pregnant. Fit was great. Looked nice and people noticed it. 

Wore it to a dinner. I loved it. I just wish I ordered a an XS instead of a small since I personally lile my button downs more fitted.

I just tucked it into my high waisted jeans for it to look more fitted. 

Equipment makes such great blouses. Easy to wear and versatile. I think the xs was still a tiny bit big on my 5'2" frame. But I love it and plan on wearing it several times before I return it.

Wanted a nice floral print with sleeves for going out in early spring- this was a little too basic. Nice for work...

Wasn’t sure how I would feel about the flower pattern but I really loved it! Great silky top for work, looked very nice under a black blazer.

I wore this for work as well as to go out to dinner. Styled it with black jeans and a black blazer and it looked great. Definitely something you can dress up or down, and very lightweight so you can layer it in cooler weather.

Grateful this was beautiful, not sheer at all, and long enough in back to provide some coverage but cut closely enough that is didn't look sloppy. Wore it a lot!

Beautiful shirt fabric and pattern! Can be worn with a cardigan or a blazer, or on its own! Looks high quality and expensive. 

The fit was as I expected. I wear a size 4-6 and the small fit perfectly. I didn't like the pattern.

Fabric is really pretty and the top is high quality. It runs really small. I'm usually a large and got the xl cause I wanted an over sized look. The xl fit me, but was not oversized. It wasn't the look I was going for so I didn't wear it. 

Good fit! I own several equipment blouses in an XS and they are too large - I really like it that Rent the runway has the XS/TP which is harder to find in stores and means the fit is much more tailored. Item was in great shape.

Great top - I love all things from Equipment. Great work top to add color to black pants. I got a few compliments the day I wore it. Just so pretty. Almost bought it. 

Love this shirt! The fit is perfect to wear  with slacks or jeans. The colors are so vibrant and the material is of great quality. The fabric is light enough to wear on its own without being shear and fits well under a sweater. I loved that the fabric didn't wrinkle- I took it with me on a business trip and it traveled well, no wrinkles. I'm going to wear this shirt several times before returning. 

It runs slightly large so if you want it more form fitting you can size down.  It is a very comfortable shirt and very nice fabric and pattern.

I work in a pretty buttoned-up office, and this was a fun way to brighten up a black suit. The silk fabric really elevates it. I rented it in August 2019, and it didn't seem crisp/brand new, but wasn't looking worn either. I'd rent it again. 

Loved this top which I wore to work several times, loved to colorful pattern and fabric silky soft. Thinking of buying I loved it so much! 

I felt like I could wear it for business or casual. Bright colors.
