Can't go wrong with these shirts!! Slinky material, perfect fit, a TON of compliments. 

Loved the fit of this shirt, fell very nicely. Fabric was very soft, people were touching me all night. Very fem but not girly and I love that it's actually a pale pink not white. Only down side was that I really wanted to wear it again but since it's silk one water spot and it was done. 

What I loved most about this shirt is the print. I tucked mine in to a pair of high waisted jeans and really loved the look. Fits true to size for Equipment which for mean, means sizing down. Comfortable silk blouse with a beautiful print--you can't go wrong! 

It fit well and I felt pretty all day :) 

I love a good silk shirt, which is what this is. It was a bit pinker in person. 

Loved the silky soft fabric - and the pattern/colors are great!  Shoulders are a bit large, leading sleeves to be bit long. Could order down a size, but would recommend sticking to your usual size as the fit is intended to be a bit long. 

I was shocked to see the base of this shirt was not white. It is a light pink color. I liked the shirt but did not wear it becasue was too big. It looked a bit sloppy when i put it in. 

Wore this shirt for casual business lunch with black jeans and then again the next week with dark green dress pants. Casual and easy to wear. Looks better tucked in for true business look

Equipment blouses are truly classics. This one felt timeless as a silk button down yet on trend with the flowers. The pockets are detailed so the pattern is seamless with the rest of the shirt. I wore this with black pants to work and with jeans to go out. I will rent this again. 

Runs large (XS still very roomy), but great pattern and overall style

I wore this to work with black slacks and loafers. Then I changed into stilettos and pencil pants for a night on the town. Received tons of compliments on this shirt all day! A server came over to my table because she had to know where I got the shirt from. I told her all about RTR and she was impressed. Seems that a lot of folks think that RTR is only for gowns. Now they know it's for everyday wear, too!

This blouse was BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed wearing it and received a lot of compliments. It's more gorgeous in person. 

I loved this shirt. It was silky and the prefect length. The shirt is more pink that it looks like in photos but I did not mind. Fit true to size - no problem going over my larger bra size. Rent this shirt! It was great. 

Loved this blouse. Great color--and as the other reviewers mentioned, the base color is a pretty blush pink. It is a little long but given its silky material it ticks easily. Lots of compliments. 

 This is a very elegant and flattering blouse.  I'd buy it but it is too expensive.  Would probably rent it again.

This is a lovely shirt. I love all  the Equiptment shirts, and this one is a bit classier because of the silky fabric. It truly does feel like you're wearing a silky pyjama top, but looks great with black skinnies and boots. The fit is a bit big and looser. 

I LOVE the rosy color of this top. Silk fabric feels amazing! Runs on the bigger side but I like the slouchy look. Considering buying. 

Bright colors (v.pink), tons of compliments, runs big in the body. Not a fitted cut. Loved wearing it though and was a perfect blouse to pretend spring is really here 

A looser, relaxed fit to this Equipment top. The shoulder drops a bit so it feels like it runs bigger.

A little oversized but still a great work piece

Wore to work on a 40 degree day after two weeks of single digit temps! Really cute comfortable top. Lots of static though and unfortunately mine was damaged on the cuffs. But still got a good use if it!

Very beautiful top. I was slightly disappointed in the color. It's much more pink in person. 

However, I still wore it and got a ton of compliments. Only thing that bugged me about it was the it was way too long. I ended up tying it up. Otherwise, great rental!

Thought the pattern was really cute, but didn't wear it because it was huge on!
