This top worked perfect for me! I picked this out to go with a pink suit jacket and pants (also rented from RTR). The shirt is longer but it was fine because I wore it tucked in. The top is dressy enough that I still felt good when I had my jacket off for dancing. 
It is a very pale pink. It's one of those almost cream kind of pinks but next to my pink suit it read definitely pink. 

I rented this for work and had to pack in suitcase. Tried  hanging overnight to help with the wrinkles but it didn't help. Wish I was able to steam it because the wrinkles made it look sloppy. 

This is a great sleeveless top that is the perfect backdrop for jewelry. Heads up that the color is much more pink in person than photos suggest! 

No gaping at the bust and not too low so that your bra shows. It was a nice work top, a bit pinker in person compared to the RTR photos

This is a nice top that would be versatile for a lot of work outfits. However, it wrinkled very easily as seen in my photo.

Runs very large, can't tell if color was off white and has a pink hue to it? It came very wrinkled and I ironed it, but then it became wrinkled immediately after wearing before I could even leave the house for work! Didn't wear. 

It runs large, order one size down.  A cute, simple dress shirt to wear with skinnies.

Rented for everyday neutral top. Didn’t like the fit or style

It's flattering, comfortable and breezy, and perfect to wear to the office on a summer day. 

This came to me with tags on which is always a perk! Beautiful Equipment blouse that's a little heavier-weight silk than most. Covered button placket with the top button exposed, so it looks great buttoned to the top. I wore it with silky navy slacks. 

I read it ran small and the large was not available so since I was wearing it with leggings I thought I’d give the XL a try.  It was big but worked ok with the leggings.  It was a very well made top.

It was a good work shirt - it's a pale pink, not white. Couldn't really tell from the pictures. 

Generally I like oversized clothes but this one was a little too baggy with the embellishments down the sides. It's a light pink color, and not seethrough which was a big plus. Fabric is light and didn't feel hot. Overall I think it's cute and comfy. Good for a regular work day if you have to move around a lot, but very much on the larger side and for a busty girl that makes it loose it's shape. 

I ordered this shirt in an XL even though my normal size is L because others indicated it ran a bit small and I generally have button popping issues on all button down shirts due to my chest size but it did not need the XL, it was slightly too large so I suspect a large would have been fine.  I love the pale pink color and I wore this to work on a hot summer day.  I did need the wear a cami as it was a bit see thru but not an issue for me.  I hated though that it wrinkled so easily and it was a wrinkled mess before I even made it to my office.

The shirt runs large in the arm and chest area. I usually wear a medium for shirts because I have broad shoulders. I ordered a small because this shirt is sleeveless. I still think the XS would have fit better. That being said I wore this twice and it looked good on.

The style and cut are lovely   The color is muted. Runs large overall and felt that length is more suited to someone over 5'8". 

In the long-sleeved Equipment blouses I go with an XL because my chest and shoulders and bigger, but in the sleeveless I think a L is the way to go. This was a big big, the pleats didn't work with a front tuck (which felt necessary since the blouse was big), and the collar/shoulder detailing looked awkward with basically anything I tried to wear over it.

That said, I think it's a lovely blouse and if my office weren't cold I think I would have liked it better. I appreciated how thick the material was, and I loved how the details looked even though they weren't practical for me.

Reviews were correct - it wrinkles so easily you can't make It through a car ride before you're completely wrinkled. Not ideal 

Too big but somehow is still unflattering on your chest, immediately gets wrinkled, changed my shirt before 11am at work because I disliked it so much. 

This top wrinkles so easily. Don't rent it unless you're going to be standing all day. It wrinkled when I put my shoes on. It wrinkled more in the car on the way to work. It wrinkled while sitting at me desk. It looked sloppy.
