I’ve worn this for a few interviews and it looks really professional. Doesn’t wrinkle easily and travels well. Good consistent rental.

This one fit me oddly. It's very long and not stretchy, making it tight in the hips. While I generally prefer to tuck shirts in, I not only had to tuck in, but had to blouse it to get it comfortable. It also made these weird "wings" ashen I moved my arms (tried to capture in the photo) so I put on a blazer. It does look good with the collar sticking out of the blazer, and the sleeves were long enough for me to cuff them over the blazer. Three stars for not looking good by itself. 

The buttons are perfectly placed to avoid that boob gape, shoulders hit just right, not too wide, and the fabric feels soft and luxurious

Loved this - fit is great, material feels very nice, and loved the pattern that otherwise elevated a basic black work blouse

Nice drape and subtle print adds a little interest. 

I’ve rented twice now for work and I’d buy it if it didn’t have some gaping issues. I wore it with a black cami to keep things PG. 

So cute but a little tight in the bustline

Huge gap in the buttons- when I moved the slightest bit there was a gaping hole across my chest. And the shoulders were too big and almost pointy. Too much fabric to tuck in. I didn’t even wear it. Insert sad face. 

Have heard about equipment shirt for over a year. Pretty glad to finally try it out. The color looks good, even though I typically don't wear black tone top. Materials are pretty soft

Fits TTS - I should've worn a small but the only size left in-store was a medium. 

Perfect for an elevated casual look. 

You can dress this down or up.  The little flecks are a variety of colors, which you can pair with the shirt.  It is pretty long, but hangs nicely if you wear it out.  And, it's got a bit of stretch, so very comfortable if you are reaching up and putting a bag in the overhead bin, for example!


This was more basic in person than I expected. Good for work, flattering, straightforward.

I was a little unsure about this shirt but the quality is so good and it is soooo cute! Much cuter than the picture. Paired it with a jeans and ankle boots. I love the material, so soft. LOVE!!

Sad because it was missing buttons and I couldn't wear it!
