Very flattering dress. Made my waist look soooo small. Lots of compliments. Fabric was silky and scrumptious! 

I can't go to work because of this health scare but this dress is so cute. I will re-rent when things calm down. I could have definitely done a medium. It was lose on the chest

Loved this dress. The waist is kind of tight so I had to order a size up, but it's super comfy and drapes well. It really needs more snaps at the chest area, I had to use two pins so it wouldn't flap open (and I didn't want to use that high button at my neck). 

I love Equipment blouses and this dress exceeded my expectations! Since it's a slight A-line and hits at my knee, it's a perfect length for work and for a party. I wore this to a small fundraising party and then again for work. It was great for both. I had to pin it but other than that, it was perfect. I would buy it if it weren't so expensive. 

Great feel and material, comfortable, flattering. I did wear a bralette underNeath because the top could be a little revealing. And the arms are a little long too

One of the nicest things I've rented! Quality is superb and feels fantastic on! Top gaps so had to pin it. The sleeves are long as well, but would definitely rent again and potentially buy it! 

I rented this dress for my winter wedding shower. It's a great print and a really pretty dress but the fit is off. I'm normally a size 6 and am between a medium and a small. The medium in this fit across the waist but the chest was gaping open. The small fit better up top but was a little tight across the buttons. When ordering just keep in mind the dress is silk so there's no real give. 

I loved this pattern and the style is unique.  It was conservative enough for my formal workplace without sacrificing sass.  If you're between sizes, size down, because while it fits TTS, the arms and skirt length can be too much for shorter women.

Super flattering! Was tighter through the mid section than I was expecting but wouldn't have gotten a bigger size because the top would be too big. Top has a slouchy look and I safety pinned to be less showy for work! 

The feel of this dress is amazing. I felt beautiful, confident and sexy.  But, no compliments.  When I look at the pictures the wrap didn't lend itself well. But - just go on how you feel because that is what you exude.

I did not require any pain nor any camisole. Sleeves were slightly long but not a problem at all! Beautiful dress. One-time wear I'm an extra small in this dress but a size 2 regularly.

While the dress is gorgeous, big boobs are pretty risky in this dress. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear this to work.

I rented this dress for spring but it seems more appropriate for fall with the colors. This feels like PJS! It's a high maintenance dress - there isn't a zipper. You have to unbutton a bunch of buttons in the front to get it on. Then you have to pin the front or wear a cami under. I tucked the sleeves under because they are super long- but that's the look. This dress is adorable and comfy.

I would keep this 100% if I could afford to spend this much on one item. This dress is such a beautiful shiny fabric and a gorgeous fit. I typically wear a small, but the xsmall was perfection. So cute with heels or nice booties.

This is a beautiful dress, I think the fabric is silk. It has no stretch, so be aware of that. But it fits absolutely beautifully, is very flowy and feminine. The color is a dark, dark blue that is almost black. It's a perfect fall dress!

This was a great, easy to wear dress that had a really flattering cut and made my waist look tiny! The fabric is a deep navy and has a bit of sheen to it, but still work-appropriate for business casual. Fit was true to size, maybe a tiny bit large. I normally wear a 4/6 and the small fit well. 

Super cute transitional piece. It's double lined so it's not see-thru, but doesn't feel heavy. It hit right above the knee for me, which made it appropriate for work, and cute enough for happy hour. 

I wore this to work with a cardigan and to an awards luncheon - got tons of compliments!  It fits TTS and is beautiful!  I plan to get this back during colder weather to wear my boots and chunky sweater...love it!

I was so excited to receive this dress! The fabric is beautiful but it has ZERO stretch. I was surprised that RTR suggested I get a Medium but went with is anyway. Big mistake! Should have went with the large! If you have a large chest DO NOT size down even if RTR tells you to. So sad I cant wear it to an event I have in a few days :(

This dress buttons beautifully, but wasn't quite right for a work dinner. Would have been great for a date. 

The reviews said this dress ran large but it was entirely too small. It's totally gorgeous but I couldn't wear it. Bummer. 

I really liked the pattern but the fit was awkward. The dress was big except for the waist. I didn't realize from the picture that it buttons across the body. Just not right for me.
