Equipment's silk blouses are famous for a reason.  They are such an easy way to feel like a million bucks!  This cut is intended to be blousy, so when in doubt, order a size smaller. 

Although this button down, runs true to size, I would recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust. The fabric is silky and could be worn with jeans, leggings, or tucked in a pencil skirt as shown above. It is very comfortable in the midsection and I would definitely recommend for everyday wear. 

The color, weight, and fit on this piece make it easy to dress up or down. I wore mine on a date with wedges and jeans, but it would look great under a blazer for work or tucked into a pencil skirt. It is loose fitting but flattering, so size down if you are between sizes. I'm 5'3, 34B, 132lb, pear and the small was perfect. Two cons - wrinkles very easily!!!!! Also, the buttons were chipped and cracked. 

Great color and fit!  The shirt was great but a bit over worn. It had stress marks in the front and some of the buttons were odd colored. 

Nice short but a bit underwhelming. 

When it was on the hanger I actually thought it was a dress! But when I tried it on it was perfect to tuck in to jeans. I wore on Thanksgiving and got lots of compliments!

Fits slightly oversized and just right, I'm glad I didn't get the XS. Perfect to wear to work with white skinny jeans.

Pros: good fit, soft, loose  cons: It wrinkles easily and water spots do show up and takes awhile to dry.

I rented this one size up since these tops are typically fairly fitted on the bust and I wanted a longer top to wear with leggings and boots. Its a basic top but soft and cozy for fall weather. Only issue is that it wrinkles easily.

Fit true to size - usually I have found equipment tops run a little big. Great work shirt, a very put together while still comfortable look. 

Oversized fit (which I like) and prefect color. I did have to steam the button area near the collar because of wrinkles but overall great top!

Wore this top out for a night with friends. So comfortable and flattering. Runs true too size....it is supposed to be a little lose, which I love!

Great fit, lovely color. I loved the olive color for the fall/winter.

It's not form fitting so great to tuck into jeans with a belt. 

I liked this shirt which I rented for work. It was fine, but I was not blow away by the cut nor by the fabric. The color was nice though, true to the pictures here.

Another beautiful, versatile Equipment button down.  What makes this top unique is the beautiful olive green color.  Fabric has a soft yet sturdy silk feel.  Will rent again!

Looks great with jeans and a blazer or a fitted skirt. Comfortable and versatile piece 

This was so large I couldn't wear it.  Definitely will get it again - it was a really nice color - but smaller size!
