Rented this for a weekend getaway to Portland. Super lightweight-almost silky. It was great for coast with temperatures in the 70-80's. Would love to have this is my closet. Would rent again for sure! 

Shirt is super comfortable and silky, very light.  I was really excited to receive it and make myself wear despite the cold weather.  Super comfy and worth renting if this is your style.  Style is more on the loose blousy side.  

This shirt is so light and perfect for the between summer and fall season.  I loved the feel, fit and colors. 
Definitely would recommend! 

Looked great w/denim for date night or worn to work tucked into a pencil skirt. 

The fit is loose, but somehow more tailored than a regular, boxy button-up.  The fabric is very lightweight...it just looks flannel.  Perfect for a California summertime.  May buy this one!!!

I LOVE this shirt. Wore it to a baby shower with skinny jeans and also wore to work tucked into a black pencil skirt with black booties. Looked great both ways, well made, comfortable, nice fit. Will definitely be renting again. 

Everyone loved this top. It is a must have. Will probably purchase. I did find that the buttons seem to come undone throughout the day.

I wore this shirt for everything. Outdoor patio cocktails, dinner date w/ the bf, wine and cheese with my ladies, casual Friday at work and then wore it as my travel outfit on a flight to Denver. It was perfect for every occasion. Not "dressy" but not your standard "flannel" so you feel fab in all of the settings. Paired it with ripped jeans, black skinny cords or black skinny jeans and a black leather jacket and I loved my outfit each time. Also wore a black sweater over it for the colder weather and it was a great addition to the outfit. I think I might be obsessed with this shirt... ya think??

This is the perfect transition piece from summer to fall because the material is so lightweight and cooling. The silk feels amazing! It's not fitted so it's perfect for those days when you just want to lounge and still look fashionable and cute! 

This was a great top to throw on with some jeans. It fit perfectly and was a more upscale version of the plaid shirt. That is good because you get more of a fashion forward vibe instead of looking like a lumberjack. It is the girly way to pull of this trend. I will be renting this again for sure.

This was a light, long sleeve shirt that works for all seasons. It looks amazing with white shorts. Sexy and chic for everyday wear. I am usually a size 4 with a small bust, and it was perfect. 

It was perfect for a dress up or dress down day. Made me feel like I looked put together while still being comfortable. 

Fit is a little large, so I would size down. I LOVED this top. Lightweight, silky, and oh so soft. Can easily be dressed up, or made into a casual top. Such a fun rent!

Awesome combo of silk fabric plus plaid print makes this top super versatile. Slender fit makes it flattering to wear untucked. Have worn with leather leggings, jeans, and skirts and always looks perfect. Highly recommend! 

I'm 5'7" with boobs shirt fit literally perfect 

Loose fitting but I liked it that way because i wore it with leggings and boots and that fit went well with the look. If I would have sized down it would have been ok but my chest may have pulled the buttons a bit. Many compliments and transitioned from work to play nicely!

This shirt is super comfortable, a little lighter than I was thinking but the fit was great and it was nice and light.

This blouse is fantastic. The print looks like a flannel (which I love) but the fabric is actually silky. Love, love, love this shirt and will definitely rent again in the future. 

The silk is remarkably soft and surprising with the print. I wore this during the day and then to a casual party. It garnered compliments and was so easy to wear.

Fit like a classic Equipment blouse - roomy, yet flattering. Color and pattern were unique and looked great in person.

Very cute for work or running around town.  I didn't read the details and thought that it would be plaid, but it was more silky.  This actually was great for work but certainly not to be worn for a cold day. Fit was very much as expected

Wore to work with a blazer, leather jacket on dates, and perfect for travel. Did not wrinkle when I threw it in my luggage.

True to size, beautiful fit in shoulders. I'm a lanky lady so the sleeves were a bit short, but I rolled  them up and they looked fine.

The shirt is 100% silk so it is lighter and has more flow than a regular plaid flannel shirt. I wore it with dark skinny jeans and ankle booties.  Another day for a little extra warmth I layered a white tank top underneath and it really made the white in the blouse pop.  

love this! And, as other reviewers have pointed out, Equipment shirts run extremely small. Like, sometimes I wear up to a Medium in tops, but would have been drowning in even a Small of this shirt. Size down! 

I was worried about the fit because I have a full bust - 34F, but it buttoned fine and only gapped at the bust when I was wearing a jacket that pulled (or slouching). Wearing a well fitted bra was key. The contrast of flannel print on a silk shirt was nice. It made it casual but interesting. I kept it weeks longer than my other Unlimited items.

I want to buy this - what a great shirt!  It's silk so it is dressier than you think, but the plaid gives it a nice casual look.  It was great for a weekend in the Hudson Valley with fireplaces and snow - fit right in with the rustic look, but a bit dressier with the silk material which makes the lumberjack look somewhat feminie.  Super comfortable and flattering.  I also wore it to a superbowl party.

The only reason I returned it is because literally everyone I know has seen me in it twice. I wore it constantly. Would rent again for sure. So flattering. So comfortable and perfect for work, home, dates...I need 10 of these shirts. 

It is a silk flannel style. It dresses up the flannel look for a cute day to night transition. Would wear again! 

Bit big, but fitted to be flattering and the fabric is extremely luxurious.

I wore this to lunch with a leather jacket and it looked great.  The color and fit were great.  I am 62 and my daughter (age 28 and a size 4), who has Rent the Runway Unlimited account said, "I am going to get that outfit!"  

This top is a silk plaid, not a woven, which was a surprise, but a good one.  I paired with leather leggings to elevate the look for work with booties and some copper accessories.  The length was perfect, just covering my butt, making it legging appropriate.  Gorgeous blouse for the fall and winder months.  Would love to rent again to style with white denim as picture for spring as well.
