This dress fits very well, is sexy, and comfortable. I am 5'7" and 135 and usually between a 4 or 6 depending. I wore a 6 and fit well. I loved the dress and would wear it again!

I’m 5’8” and about 128/130.  I generally wear a size 2 dress - sometimes 0.  This I ordered in a 4 and it fit perfect.  Read all the other reviews - as if you order the size you normally wear it might be too small.  It might be a little long for someone on the shorter side.  It was great length for me - not too short, very comfortable!  The only thing I didn’t like is that there was a stain on the front :(. I was hoping that it would look brand new - but you could tell it was worn previously.  Regardless, i loved it.  

Loved this dress! The side cut outs make it a little sexy. It's form fitting and flattering 

I rented this dress for a fundraiser event and it was exactly what I was looking for! It's a fun shade of red and a form fitting shape with some stretch in the fabric to hug you in all of the right places, but not too stretch much where the dress loses its shape. I found it to be super flattering and sexy while still being classy and not too revealing. The only downside is with the cut outs you can’t wear a bra, but I’m not a cup size where that really matters so it didn’t phase me.  

I thought the 0 ran a little small but typical for E&J. Great length, tasteful cut outs, vibrant color and nice sturdy material.

I've tried RTR a couple times without luck, but this dress worked out great. I ordered it in a 4 and then opted for the 2 as my backup and although both fit I ended up wearing the 2. It seemed to hug in all the right places and was still plenty long enough. At 5'8" this is often a challenge so I appreciated the length greatly. Many reviewers said it runs small, but I feel like it's one of those dresses that I could have worn on a 2, 4, or 6 depending on how fitted I wanted it to be. 

Such a great dress, felt amazing. I had to buy a new bra and use double stick tape, so that's the reason it didn't get 5 stars, but otherwise it was exactly what I wanted it to be

What I really liked about this dress was the style, the color, and the overall fit.  It was perfect for a holiday party with friends.  The only cons are that it does fit small (so order up for your back-up size), and it does have a funny pucker on each side in the bust area.  I felt it was more noticeable in the mirror than it was during actual wear and photos.  Definitely used a good bit of fashion tape to make sure everything stayed in place on top.  I wore a sticky bra.  Strapless bra definitely would have shown in my case! 

Love the fit of the dress but the color is more raspberry red than what it looks like in the picture. I ended up bringing this to the event as a backup dress. Would rent again; it's great for hourglass/athletic builds with booties 

Not sure what made me order this. Lol! I loved the way it looked on everyone. I love the cut out but didn't realize you couldn't wear a bra with it. This would be fine for most people but I am just not comfy with it. Too much mom boob cleavage. Also, maybe I just needed a bigger size but the bottom was sorta puckered. I am a true size 4 is most everything but curious what a 6 would have looked like. Hope that is helpful for someone. 

I wore this to a wedding with lots of dancing and it was a great choice. The size 4 was extremely fitted so I didn't need a bra. The size 6 also fit well, but some of the seams in the top weren't sewed together.

Remarkable dress overall, I'll rent again for sure! 

True to size!! Tight at the top which was perfect because you cannot wear a bra with this dress! But didn't wrinkle after sitting for awhile! I loved it felt so sexy in it!! But classy at the same time .. the size 4 fit well 

The dress was very form fitting. I could have went with a size 6, but was afraid it would have been to big in the bust area. No need to wear a bra since it may show through the cutouts. It was a very comfortable dress. Next time, I will wear more comfortable shoes!

I felt so glamorous in this dress. The cut outs do just enough to make you feel sex while still being class enough for a wedding. I loved it!

The dress had an awesome stretch to it in the lower half. I got tons of compliments and the wedding. The length was good even for us shorter girls.

I typically don't wear red, but needed a dress for an event. I loved this! The cut outs were so cute. A little tricky to wear a bra and the darts on the bust kind of look like nipples because of the placement. I also felt like it was a bit small for a 12, but it worked!

It does run small. Size up. Cannot wear a standard bra. Nice fabric, expensive looking. Loved it.

A little tight in the chest area for me, fit nicely everywhere else. I normally wear a size four however, I needed the 6 for my chest and that was till a bit tight

E&J hit a home run with this one! The color is obviously a showstopper and it hugs your curves just right. The fabric is forgiving (I was 8 weeks post-partum here) and I got compliments all night. 

Dress is stunning with two exceptions: the fabric folded funny in the chest area so it looked like I had nipples on the sides of my chest, and the fabric folded funny on the bottom so I couldn't keep it straight. Even with those two things I had fun walking around Vegas in this dress. Fabric is great and it fits like a glove. 

Like many Elizabeth and James dresses, this one runs a bit small. However, for a small-busted woman like me, the larger size (4) just had a little bit too much extra fabric in the chest/upper waist, so I elected to go with the smaller size (2). I'm pretty tall, and it was a very modest length that balanced well with the inherent sexiness of the cutouts and the color. I will, however, warn fellow pale women that this dress would probably look better on someone with a bit of a tan! Still, no regrets. It was a great dress for both eating and dancing, and I would definitely consider renting it again. 

Very sexy dress but still appropriate for a work related formal dinner.  It definitely runs small, I usually wear a size 6 and went with the 8.  This dress hugs all your curves so if you are looking for a form-fitting number this dress will meet your expectations! 

I wore this to a friend's spring wedding that was cocktail attire. It was perform for a wedding and fit great. I got lots of compliments. It was a little long on my short stature but still appropriate for the occasion. 

I am a very tiny girl, so I always am hesitant to rent dresses online. This dress fit perfectly! I felt classy and sexy, and I received so many compliments throughout the day. The fabric wasn't too hot, and it was very easy to dance in. 10/10 would recommend 

This dress was sent as a backup when my original dress didn't arrive on time. It fit well but wasn't as fun or exciting as I would have liked. The cutouts along the side and color added some visual interest and it was very comfortable and fit well. 

Absolutely loved this dress and even looked into purchasing it! The color was a beautiful raspberry red and the cut outs made this dress a standout. My husband wanted me to keep it!

The color of this dress is head turning and the fit is fantastic. I’m 5’1 about 100 pounds and this dress hits all the parts perfectly. I didn’t even need to wear a bra. 32C. Fabric is substantial, not too thick, not too thin. I got a million compliments. I really want to rent it again but it’s sort of unforgettable. I felt sexy and classy. 

All the reviews are right - def. size up not down, don't wear a bra, and have fun!  This dress was really confortable and a total headturner.  My size 10 was showing a little bit of wear in the front stitching across the chest.  I'm a 36C so if you feel broad or have a biggest chest, you might stay away.  

This dress was really nice! Lots of compliments! Make sure to size up! The only con is the material in the bust area.

I loved this stunning red dress. Paired it with a rose gold clutch, nude shoes and did gold and pink smokey eye makeup with a nude lip. At first i wasnt able to find a bra as all of mine showed on the side above the cutout. I am a dcup amd i felt wearing it without a bra squished the girls too flat. But i found a calvin klein normal bra that did not show. I used fashion tape to keep it hidden amd everything looked great. I am just more comfortable in a normal bra so i was very happy. I am 5'8" and the 8 was long enough. My only complaint is the darting on the breasts does look like nipples, but it wasnt a big deal. I wore it to a holiday party and it was very festive!

Dress was great and received a ton of compliments.  I will say that the zipper is a pain to get up so be prepared - had to go a size up for the zipper but my size fit otherwise!  It was comfortable and danced the night away.
