Wore this for my sister-in-law's baby shower. The theme was candy so the bubble gum pink color was perfect! Nice thick material. 

I ordered this dress for an evening black tie optional wedding over Labor Day weekend. The dress is a beautiful color, I got a lot of compliments on it and I did like that I could wear a regular bra with it. I typically wear a 2-4 but based on the reviews I ordered a size 6 as a backup, which I ended up wearing. To say that the dress runs small is an understatement. The size 6 was SO TIGHT that breathing and sitting were a bit of a struggle and I couldn't wait to take it off at the end of the night. Also, a lot of the photos were unflattering because of how tightly it clings to your body unless you make sure to tug on the dress to remove it from any body creases first.  I recommend you go two sizes up if you are decide to rent this dress. 

I wore it for our annual research day at work. I did have to size up, as with all dresses in this line. I am a consistent 00-0 in all other brands, but the 2 is what I wore. It's tight in all the right places but long enough to be classy and with a sweater, may be work appropriate. 

I wore this to a cocktail reception for a friend's summer wedding, and it was perfect. I ordered a 0 and a 2 as backup and I wore the 2 because the 0 was very tight. The 2 fit like a glove, definitely needed no-show underwear. I thought the color would be a lot, but it's bright without being too loud. I got a ton of compliments. I would definitely rent this dress again.

Typically a 6, and the 8 was very snug, but once I got moving it was actually pretty comfortable. The material was thick but breathable, so it's super flattering. I want to own this one! 

Wore this for my bridal shower. Super cute color, looks great on curves! The fabric was forgiving for any lumps/bumps in your figure. I agree with the other reviews, this dress does run a bit small!

The color of this dress was awesome, but it runs small, like REALLY small.  I'm 5'7, 145lbs with an athletic build. Typically I wear size 4 but sized up to 6 in this dress.   It was so tight that I literally worked out the morning of the wedding in hopes that I could sweat out some weight. Regardless of being uncomfortable, I received so many compliments. It's a gorgeous dress, but definitely size up!

This dress is very flattering - it does run small, so size up just in case.  I ended up wearing my usual size but didn't wear a bra with the dress.  I received many compliments, especially about the color - would definitely rent again!

I rented this for Easter because I loved the color and style of the dress. I read the reviews and all said to size up so I did. I'm usually a size 4, so I ordered the 6 and 8. I ended up wearing the 8 which fit well through the top, but was still super tight in the hips and butt. I managed to make it work, but I wasn't very comfortable. Curvy girls beware. This is a beautiful dress, but probably would be a much better fit on a tall, slender frame.

I wore this dress for my engagement photo shoot in Washington, DC. The dress is well made, runs small, and is just a lovely classic fit and color. I didn't wear a bra because I felt it was snug enough to be supportive. Elizabeth and James is one of my favorite RTR go tos because they fit girls who have that string bean type body so well! Our Photographer, Anna Kardos (@annakardosphoto) really did an amazing job making me feel especially beautiful in this dress.

The color of this dress was fantastic - it was so vibrant! It is definitely snug but still flattering. It was perfect for a Vegas show and I would definitely rent again. 

Definitely runs small. I had to size up to a six. It made me look very curvy. I felt so pretty in it!

Rented for family photos/daughter's first birthday photos. Definitely runs small, I'm a 4/6 and wore the 8- fit like a glove, but didn't wear any undergarments. Did wear petals up top. Really pretty dress in a bright, cheery color. Got a lot of compliments. Will rent it again for sure.

I've had my eye on this dress for quite a bit! I'm normally a size 0, but I ordered a 2 after reading other reviews and was super happy I did! The dress was tight but not uncomfortable at all. I was able to wear a strapless bra with the dress, and I felt beautiful for my birthday! 

Believe the other reviews: this dress is outrageously undersized. I wear a size 6 and sized up to an 8, but most definitely could've used a 10. I've never worn a 10 anything in my entire life but if a 10 would have been available I would've ordered that as my backup size. In order to have a good fit I had to wear sculpting level high waisted Spanx! Definitely order 2 sizes up!

That being said, this dress is phenomenal. I paired it with nude heels and allowed the dress to shine. I danced in it but between the undersized form fitting nature of the dress and the Spanx it wasn't the most comfortable evening. At least I felt like I looked good! You'll get a lot of eyes noticing you in this bright pink so be ready for that and have fun! If they had this in a size 10 I would wear it again and hopefully it would be more comfortable. Sizing is ridiculous with this brand.

I wore the six which felt great, a little cozy, but fine for a walk around cocktail party. I loved the color and got lots of compliments. I would definitely rent it again!

This dress made me feel classy, beautiful, and the color was perfect. The length was appropriate for a summer wedding. I didn't wear a bra with this dress and was comfortable, but with the straps I could have gotten away with one if I had to. The material was thick enough to hide unwanted lines but thin enough to not sweat on the dance floor. Love this dress!

This dress fits like a glove, definitely tight and form fitting all over but the fabric is thick and flattering. The pink is brighter than in the photos on the model, but I thought it worked really well with multi-colored heels and jewelry. If you're between sizes, I'd probably size up for a backup since Elizabeth & James fits tight. Hits just above the knee for me and I'm just over 5'5". Great dress! 

Wore to a black tie optional wedding in Napa, CA. Hugged my body perfectly, fabric is breathable but thick so I didn't need to wear a bra. Easy to dance and sit in. Channeled my best Elle Woods - would absolutely recommend, and rent again

The fit is very tight. I recommend choosing your under garments wisely, but overall I loved this dress. I received a lot of compliments and the quality was very good. Also, I recommend getting a size or two bigger than you normally wear.

As most Elizabeth and James dresses do, this one runs small! I normally wear a 4 in dresses and opted for the 8 since the 6 wasn't available. It fit fine with some room to move and dance. Perfect pink color for a summer wedding and SO comfortable!

Tight and a little long for my height. The color is a little darker than it looked - less pastel and more neon.  I really loved the silhouette it gave me and the nude heels were perfect with these- I don't think I would wear it for a very fancy as the color is very bright but good for an outdoor or garden wedding. 

The dress is very form fitting, yet comfortable. I usually wear a 4-6 and the 4 I didn't even try to zip up the entire way. I would order your true to size and then one size up. The bottom of the dress is a little restricting, not as easy to move or dance in. But overall it was beautiful and I felt great wearing it!

This was the perfect dress for a summer wedding. Originally ordered as my back up dress, I opted for this over my first pick. Very form fitting yet flattering, and was super comfortable to move around in throughout the night. I received so many compliments on the dress and would definitely recommend it!

I ordered a size 2 with a backup 4 after reading reviews that the dress ran small.  For me the dress fit true to size and the 4 had extra fabric around the bust area.  This dress was absolutely stunning on and I would rent an Elizabeth and James dress again in a heartbeat, very quality dress, beautiful color.`


Loved this dress. Sized up as it is very tight, yet long enough to be tasteful. I loved the cut and the color was very fun. Lining inside of dress was pretty worn out but overall was very happy with my rental. 

I went back and forth on whether to wear this dress to a graduation and high end Manhattan restaurant dinner after because of how tight this fit. I tried three other dresses but ended up coming back to this one. I should have sized up. I'm a pretty steady size 2, but this dress fit like paint and made it difficult to enjoy dessert. Sizing aside, I really like the quality of the  sturdy fabric, which actually did a pretty good job holding me in, and the color is stunning. I think one size up, this dress would be really flattering. I think I would rent this again.

I didn't end up wearing this dress. I ordered my regular size 6, and it fit, but I could tell that I wouldn't be able to eat or drink anything and feel comfortable. I would definitely order this again in the next size up because the color is so amazing. I felt like a Barbie! I would also need to figure out my bra situation, because my bra stuck out even with a clip to make it a racer back. I definitely understand why this is a RTR favorite !

Snug fit but it has some stretch/thickness to the dress so it's surprisingly comfortable and does a great job of accentuating your figure. I needed a sticky bra to avoid my bra showing on the shoulders/armpits but this wasn't a problem. Definitely runs small though so order a size up for your second dress if you don't want it skin tight. 

This dress was snug! It fit more like 00 than a 0. The cut and color are a great balance of classic and playful. It was perfect for a bright and colorful day-to-night wedding. I received compliments On the dress all night, would definitely rent it again. 

This dress turns heads for all the right reasons!!
-- I rented this because I was obsessed with the color! Like others have described, it is the PERFECT bright pink to grab attention but not over the top in your face pink. 
-- Fit is definitely SMALL. I'm typically a 2 in most RTR dresses. Was going to order the 6 but it was unavailable so I went for the 4. It fit like a glove! Any smaller would've been too small because it definitely showed ALL my curves. 
-- I'm 5'8", 130 lbs, 32C, hips measure 38.5". Top was perfect without a bra, the bottom was tight and I had to pull it down every time I stood up to walk across the room, but it wasn't too annoying. Was comfortable to sit in.
-- Could've worn a bra with it but I opted for some reusable pasties. Underwear need to be seamless or thong or Spanx!
-- Because of the function, I chose a more business style shoe, but a cute simple strap heel looked super cute with this too!

I got so many comments & compliments, I would totally rent this dress again! 

Just like all E&J dresses, this one was all about the fit!  Love the Kenna dress and have it in many colors. This bubblegum pink color is so fun and make you a total standout!  Loved it!

This is an adorable dress! This dress is a great option for petite women - I'm 5'0" and it hit just above my knee and hugged my figure! Pink color is fun for spring and summer - definitely bright pink, but lovely.
