Loved both sizes of this dress, the smaller one fit well – just showed a bit more. Went with the larger size, and loved it. The fabric was beautiful, felt super high end. Got a ton of compliments. Beautiful blush-nude color

This dress was so pretty! I've realized that it's really hard to find a good quality dress in this color - this is it. I'd say it's a little snug in the top, so size up if you're bigger in the bust. I loved the "clean" look. Just loved wearing this one!

I ended up wearing a 6, but the 4 would have probably stayed on better (small boob probs). It was a great dress. Good quality. Make sure to steam it before! It could have looked even better had I done that. Overall, great rental. I recommend.

RTR was awesome! The first one I received had a zipper issue and they overnighted me a second one, and it went perfectly with my hat! Dress was very flattering and comfortable.  

The dress fit well and color was beautiful and simple. I had lots of compliments on it!

I'm a fairly new mom with a pooch and was afraid this dress would show it but I went a size up to have it fit not as tight and it was very flattering! Fabric feels and looks expensive! 

I rented this for my stepbrother's wedding at the shore and it was exactly what I needed! It was a thick enough fabric that it smoothed out my shape, but it was breathable enough to be comfortable in warm weather. So many compliments on this! The only downside was the lack of a hook on top. I had my zipper slide down a bit if I moved a certain way. But, it didn't fall that far- just something to be aware of.

This dress is a little less stretchy than I thought it would be, so make sure you get the right size! It was comfortable and stayed up though a whole night of dancing - no bra needed.

Great dress wore with a jacket due to weather. A tad snug in the middle and longer than I thought but I was happy with it. It was giving in the hips but I did need spanx because of how it fell. I would do regular size or size up if you're nervous. I'm 5'4 and normally an 8 in jeans but wore the 1 to be comfortable. 

The edges look almost frayed. I did not end up wearing. 

I usually wear a 10 so this runs a little small and doesn’t have a lot of stretch. Very flattering shape, but def need spanx to smooth ya out underneath. The color and style shows what ya got going on under that dress. It was super comfortable and didn’t have an issue with it falling down at all 

This dress is beautiful! It is the perfect color for a wedding. It was very comfortable. The only issue that I had is the zipper and button on the back are very prone to coming undone. If I sat or moved the wrong way, it would unsnap causing the zipper to be loose. I think a hook would have been a better design. You may could alleviate this issue by using a safety pin. Otherwise, it was a great dress and I got tons of compliments!

It’s a lovely party dress but not my favorite. 

This style dress is not the most flattering of my body type. Therefore, I had to suck in all night. However, It is a great dress. It's a good tan color, that doesn't wash you out (I had a spray tan though) and there is rubber along the top so it stays to you and you don't reveal too much cleavage. It's a nice comfortable fabric. It's very classy, and I liked it, but I won't get it again. 

Great dress for holiday Christmas party at work. The breast area was. A little snug and I usually wear a 32B so was shocked that it was that tight in the bodice. Definitely would size up next time for comfort. 

It fit well once I got it pinned together.  The no hem thing is definitely weird, and the bunches on the top hem were off.  It ended up looking nice but not without issues.

Perfect for an outdoor wedding. Comfortable and a great neutral color. Would recommend renting! 

The dress was slightly big as I don't have the bust to hold it up..... but it worked and I received compliments all night. Dress was thick material so nothing shown through. 

Great fit, strong stretchy fabric. I had zero issues with this dress and received a ton of compliments. Super easy to accessorize. 

This dress is so simple but so chic! Definitely make sure you have a good tan/good fake tan if you're fair because it could wash out fair skin tones. The fit is a little tight on top, which is ok since it's strapless, it's a good sign it'll stay up-but size up one size! Elizabeth and James overall runs about one size small. You can definitely get away with no bra because of the ruffle so that makes it easy. Lots of compliments!

The dress stayed up all day and was flattering around my waist. The fabric is heavy enough that it didn't blow up in the wind when we were outside. I received compliments from people across all age ranges throughout the day- it was very cute and classy! The color had more of a pink hue than I expected, so the red accessories I had originally planned on didn't work. My green accessories ended up working well, and I think purple or blue would be pretty as well. I would definitely rent again! 

Great material. Color was perfect. Stayed in place. Cut perfectly for my build. 

There is no give in the bust so I recommend ordering based on that. Beautiful dress. Lots of compliments! 

The dress is very flattering, although it's pretty tight around the waist/belly. I ordered both the size 4 and 6 and went with the 4 because I have a smaller bust, although I didn't notice a huge difference between the two sizes. I received many compliments on the dress and would recommend!

This dress was the perfect true nude/blush color and looked great even on my pale skin. I wore the size 0 and it does fit pretty snug (even I couldn't wear a bra and I am small chested). I had to wear seamless underwear to make sure you couldn't see it through the dress, but it looked very flattering and the fabric was thick. I also didn't have any real problems with it wrinkling until the end of the night, which was understandable. Highly recommend overall!

I loved this dress! My second Elizabeth and James rental, and the material and quality of the dresses is always perfect! I was worried about the wrinkling that some mentioned, but I didn't experience any of that. Maybe because it was freezing cold both inside and out, the dress didn't wrinkle? 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ Stayed in place all night. Didn't have to worry about pulling at the top, etc. I really cannot say enough great things about this dress!

This dress was perfect! It was a little tight but not too uncomfortable. I was nervous about the tan color for a wedding but it was fine. Super easy to dance in and it stayed up so I didn't have to mess with it too much.

I rented this for a summer wedding. Loved it! I ordered the 4 and the 6 and after reading the reviews, I went right for the 6 and it fit perfectly. Definitely does show every bit of your midsection so was more comfortable in the 6. I'm tall and thin but pear shaped and I didn't feel it was too tight anywhere or too short. Took this pic at the end of the night and you can see it wrinkled easily but what can ya do? Paired with a colored earring for a little pop of color. Would rent again!

I loved this dress so much and was so happy when it arrived TEN MINUTES before I had to leave. I was comfortable, felt so good in it, and got compliments all night. Length was just right. Top stayed put. Such a fun dress. Would love to wear again. 

Thought it fit slightly small. I usually wear a 4, but the 4 was slightly small while the 6 was a little big. I felt more comfortable in the 6. The fabric is amazing, it makes the dress feel very high quality. I wanted to keep this dress and wear it again and again. 

Dress fits true to size! The material was different than I expected but I didn’t sweat through on a hot day at an outdoor wedding which was a plus. The top is snug but it was great because the dress didn’t come down all night that I danced and I didn’t need a bra. Would recommend renting this dress. Perfect for summer outings!!! 

This dress fits perfect! Wore it to a VERY hot wedding and was comfortable in the material. Had no issues with the strapless while dancing, and I am small chested, but fits perfect all over. I did not have any trouble with wrinkles as some reviews say, just steamed it before. Loved it!!

I LOVED this dress. The length is perfect and the color is subdued enough that it is very easy to accessorize. The material was thicker than I expected, which was great because I didn't sweat through it on a humid 95+ degree day. I would recommend ordering a backup size up if you're larger in the chest because there is no elastic. I'm a 34B and the 4 was perfect for me. 

This dress has a lot of stretch so it's very comfortable. Color is gorgeous and it isn't too short, hit right above knees. Definitely conservative enough for formal occasion. You can see underwear through it so be prepared to wear spanx. Fits well around bust

Dress dress was beautiful! I loved the color and the fit! My only problem was that it was a tiny small in the top so the button would clasp. But it didn't stop me from wear it! The fabric is a little different than pictures but still looks nice and elegant. 

i have never rented E&J brand before and read reviews saying the brand ran small.. I'm normally a 2 and rented a 4. It wasn't that it was too small, but it was a little more fitted in the middle than I would've liked and a size up would've been too big in the chest.. overall a pretty dress! just be aware of sizing!! 

This dress was amazing, I wore it for a winter wedding and it fit exactly to size. The fabric is super comfortable thick and stretchy so would be great for any body type. 3 stars because of the fiasco of receiving the order. On Friday the delivery day It was sent to the wrong house and and saying delivered but was put back on the truck and lost at UPS for 24hrs and no one knew where it was. I called RTR Saturday morning (day of event out of town) and they told me that UPS had it out for delivery and said it would arrive by end of day (I was leaving at noon), I also called ups to see if I could go pick it up and they said they had it on a truck but the truck wouldn't deliver till the second of January (4 days after the event) and that no Saturday delivery was available. I sat for an hour and a half at UPS trying to get them to track it down just in time for us to leave for the event, after searching and searching they eventually find it. I go to open the package and I only see one size of the dress and then another romper that I had never ordered in a much larger size and no backup size of the dress ordered. Thankfully the size that was delivered in the dress I ordered was my preferred size. All to say whole process of receiving was extremely overwhelming but in the end all the compliments and the fit of the dress were worth it. 

I loved this dress! It did have a bit of a crease in it that I had to iron out, but after that it was great! I'd definitely rent it again!

This dress was so cute! Overall, it fit pretty well. I didn't have to pull it up throughout the day. The zipper in the back didn't stay up very well or the button snap. I loved the color and would definitely rent it again!

I wore this for one of the outfit changes for my engagement photos. I also wore it to church. Overall it fit well but was a bit snug in the top to me. Otherwise I was pleased. 

I wore this dress to a wedding, the fit was nice, only a tiny bit snug in the midsection, and the color allowed for easy accessorizing. The top had no stretch, but allowed it to stay up while dancing. I chose to go bra-less but you couldn't notice because of the overlay. Only con is the stitching on my dress along the bust line, was pulled, but it wasn't very noticeable. Comfortable material, would recommend. 

It's cute I loved the dress but not made for larger bust, I'm a DD and the size 2 fit me in the lower body but was nowhere near able to zip up at the top. I wore the size 4 but had to wear a bandeau that had absolutely no padding and even then it was a struggle to zip the last inch. But it did the trick and was perfect for the occasion.

I loved the dress. It was exactly what I expected and it was really flattering (as I saw on the other girls reviews). The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the size 4 dress was in noticeably bad condition. The zipper was broken and I had to mess with it to zip. The elastic was coming apart on the top of the strapless part of the dress. However, the 6 was in great condition and a beautiful dress overall.
