The perfect fall transitional work-piece. I styled with dark jeans but I could totally see this top paired with a satin skirt as well. Reminiscent of the 40s while still looking modern and super flattering with the waist-cinch. 

I liked this jacket, was comfortable for a day but not groundbreaking 

The off center belt was a little annoying but flattering fit 

I didn’t love this as much as I thought I would, which I why I took a star off, it fits well and is professional, you will definitely need to pin it to make it work-appropriate though. I felt it was a little boxy, even with the tie around the waist, but maybe I should have sized down. 

Summer top perfect for work, I wouldn't buy but fun to rent. Obviously linen wrinkles easily so toward the end of the month I didn't wear. But wish it came in other colors!

Super comfortable blazer to dress up or down. Easy to adjust the waist band behind the blazer as well!

Love the short sleeve blazer trend that popped up this summer. This one is a great way to incorporate and wear a lighter fabric. I wore it with off white pants but wish I could have tried with other pants too. 

I worked this as a blouse. It was weirdly matronly with a nurse vibe as a blazer. 

Ivory/very light beige color. Fit true to size. If it didn’t have the belt, it would look like a cropped lab coat. But overall, an easy work option. 

This was disappointing. It runs small if you have a large bust- it didn’t lay right and could not be worn buttoned. As others noted, the sash is hard to get right but can’t be removed, and is hard to wrangle without it looking sloppy. 

I was excited to wear this. I liked the fit but discovered that the breast pocket was ripped. That was the second item in one shipment to be damaged. 

This top made me late to work. I had a hard time styling it bc it was too big on me. I left to work not feeling great about my fit. The day went on and I found myself loving it so idk. I wore it 2x just to get another use out of it. I think I liked it

When I first put this top on, I didn't think I would end up wearing it because the belt was in the wrong place for me and I just thought it looked awkward. But I tried it a few more times and I ended up loving it. It looked fabulous with light colored jeans. I also thought the top half look tailored and nice… I even ended up wearing it for a headshot! I'm a size 8 on top and 10 on bottom and the M worked for me.

I loved the black version of this last year and was so excited to see it this year in white. Very easy to wear and the fit was adjustable with the belt! 

Love this. Can wear as a jacket or buttoned up as a top. If you have larger boobs, definitely size up. 

I am 6 ft tall & 163 pounds & wear size 36C bra, and got a medium. Probably would get a large if I could do again. Loved this top though.

Dress up or down, needs to be ironed and may easily wrinkle but still love it

This arrived New with tags and I absolutely loved it the cinched waist and short sleeves make this perfect for summer. I wore it alone with black shorts. One note is that if you since the waist too much, it will wrinkle slightly. That doesn’t bother me but if you’re a stickler about wrinkling, it may be worth noting.
