I wore this today just doing every day errands around town and I felt great in it!!  It was elevated casual, I felt put together and I enjoyed wearing it! 

Wore this for a work event and felt so chic. The linen was good quality and the fit was perfect. The belt added a really nice shape to the top. I didnt but you could probably put a cute tank top under to style it even more. 

The belt is a little thin and annoying but other than that a great top for summer/ fall

Wore this for a work conference and it was incredibly comfortable. You can cinch the waist with the ties in the back to give it a more fitted look. It’s linen too so very breathable!!  

I wore this out and to work as a cover up I loved it ver fun and cute

I wore this for work and dinner with friends. Super cute and fit perfectly. 

got lots of compliments! wore this to a graduation and starting from the airport, the outfit was receiving compliments left and right! i was recommended XS but i think S could've worked too since it you can adjust the belt. 

The shoulder pads give it a good structure along with the belt and deeper collar.

Fit is super flattering - cinches at the waist and can be worn for corporate or weekends

This is such a perfect every day piece to dress up or down. I wore shorts and heels with it on a date, but could also wear it to work. I love a simple, elegant, feminine piece.

The thin belt added some interest to this jacket.

This is a good jacket for summertime at work. I wore it to dress up jeans with some loafers. I did wear a shirt underneath because it is very low cut for me as I have a small frame, but I could wear it out without a shirt underneath for a sexy look.  It is lightweight, but it does wrinkle semi easily. I’m not crazy about the belt, if you style it the way it’s meant to you just have this one long string hanging. I made a bow at the end..

I love this jacket and may purchase.  I wore it on a work trip and it is so comfortable.  I live in Texas and work in AZ a lot and I’m always looking for short sleeved jackets.  I paired with Trina Turk plaid pants and black pumps.

Very sexy black structured piece, loved the v and the cut of the sleeves and was surprisingly loose in the waist. Too deep for work and looked weird pinned.

top just about anything with this short sleeved blazer. pants for a professional look or a dress for date night. pairs well with RTR’s scoop neck dress by silk laundry.
